Se prepara fara masina de inghetata, doar cu blenderul si congelatorul, iar rezultatul e cremos, dulce si cu o textura care aduce a inghetata adevarata. As putea chiar sa o compar cu inghetata mea preferata (ne-vegana), Nirvana cu Praline. Ce imi place e ca este foarte cremoasa, dar are si bucatele de nectarine caramelizate care ii dau un plus de textura. Iar toppingurile de caramel, ciocolata si biscuiti o transforma dintr-o inghetata simpla intr-un adevarat deliciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce iese atat de cremoasa fara masina de inghetata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul sta in banane. Bananele foarte coapte si congelate intregi contin suficient amidon si zaharuri naturale incat, odata blenduite, capata o consistenta de crema, fara sa fie nevoie de smantana sau lapte. Practic, bananele congelate si maruntite in blender formeaza asa-numita nice cream, o baza de inghetata 100% din fructe. De aceea nu ai nevoie de masina de inghetata: blenderul face treaba de omogenizare, iar amestecul repetat in congelator impiedica formarea cristalelor mari de gheata si pastreaza textura fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si cum sa le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are putine ingrediente, asa ca fiecare conteaza. Iata la ce sa fii atenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Banane foarte coapte si congelate<\/strong> &#8212; cu cat sunt mai coapte (cu pete maro pe coaja), cu atat mai dulci si mai cremoase. Congeleaza-le intregi, dupa ce le-ai curatat de coaja. Ai nevoie de 6 banane pentru o tava.<\/li><li><strong>Nectarine<\/strong> &#8212; 4-5 bucati, cu samburii scosi si taiate marunt. Alege-le bine coapte si aromate; ele dau contrastul de gust si textura.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; 3 linguri, pentru caramelizare. Rezista bine la caldura si da o aroma placuta.<\/li><li><strong>Zahar brun<\/strong> &#8212; 150 g, care se topeste in tigaie si transforma nectarinele intr-un fel de dulceata.<\/li><li><strong>Toppinguri<\/strong> &#8212; biscuiti Maria (eu folosesc cei de la Schar, fara gluten), ciocolata neagra, sos de caramel de casa sau cumparat si menta proaspata pentru decor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un pont din experienta mea: mi-am dat seama dupa ce am blenduit primele 3 banane ca nu se umple tava, asa ca am mai bagat inca 3. Adauga nectarinele tocate si lasa-le la foc mic-mediu aproximativ 10 minute, amestecand des, pana devin ca o dulceata. Vei sti ca sunt gata cand fructele s-au inmuiat, siropul s-a ingrosat usor si capata o culoare aramie. Ai grija sa nu dai focul prea mare: zaharul brun se arde repede si capata gust amar. Lasa nectarinele sa se raceasca putin inainte sa le torni peste crema de banane, ca sa nu topesti baza inghetatei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucul pentru textura perfecta la congelator<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dupa ce ai turnat crema de banane in tava si ai amestecat nectarinele caramelizate, pune tava la congelator pentru minim 5 ore sau, ideal, peste noapte. Cheia texturii cremoase e un pas simplu: in primele 3 ore, amesteca inghetata cu o lingura din ora in ora. Astfel spargi cristalele de gheata pe masura ce se formeaza si inghetata ramane cremoasa, nu tare ca un bloc. Daca sari peste acest pas, o vei putea recupera lasand-o cateva minute la temperatura camerei inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se serveste si cu ce se potriveste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serveste inghetata in cupe sau boluri, cu toppingurile care iti plac: sos de caramel, ciocolata neagra rasa sau bucatele, biscuiti sfaramati si o frunza de menta proaspata. Daca vrei sa mergi pe ideea de desert generos, o poti transforma intr-un bol in stil <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-banane-banana-split\/\">banana split<\/a> sau o poti servi alaturi de un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-caise-banane\/\">smoothie de caise si banane<\/a> pentru un mic dejun de vara.
