Am adus atunci bomboanele mele Raffaello raw si acest tort. Nu l-am postat pe blog pana acum pentru ca de fiecare data cand il faceam se nimerea sa nu am timp de fotografiat. Mi-am amintit de el de curand, cand m-a sunat cineva care fusese la prezentarea Marianei si mi-a cerut reteta, asa ca am pregatit si un video pentru voi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie si cum le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele mai importante ingrediente sunt bananele si untul de arahide, pentru ca ele dau gustul si textura cremei. Iata cateva detalii care fac diferenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Banane foarte coapte<\/strong>, cu pete negre pe coaja. Cu cat sunt mai coapte, cu atat sunt mai dulci si se proceseaza mai usor intr-o crema fina. Bananele insuficient coapte raman fainoase si mai putin dulci.<\/li><li><strong>Unt de arahide<\/strong> generos, de preferat 100% arahide, fara zahar sau ulei adaugat, ca sa pastrezi desertul cat mai curat la gust.<\/li><li><strong>Biscuiti fara gluten Maria Schar<\/strong> pentru blat. Daca nu ii gasesti, orice biscuiti simpli fara gluten merg, atata timp cat se macina bine in pesmet.<\/li><li><strong>Ulei de cocos topit<\/strong>, care leaga blatul. Asa controlezi textura si eviti sa supraincalzesti blenderul.<\/li><li><strong>Captuseste forma cu folie alimentara<\/strong> inainte de a pune blatul. Acest pas mic face scoaterea tortului mult mai usoara dupa congelare.<\/li><li><strong>Proceseaza bananele pana devin o crema fina<\/strong>, apoi adauga indulcitorul, untul de arahide, vanilia si taratele de psyllium si mai amesteca inca un minut, ca toate sa se omogenizeze.<\/li><li><strong>Toarna ciocolata topita cat tortul este inca rece<\/strong>. Pe suprafata rece, ciocolata se intareste repede si formeaza o glazura lucioasa. Inainte de servire, scoate-l si lasa-l cateva minute la dezghetat, ca sa capete o textura mai cremoasa si mai usor de taiat. Eu il las la congelat de pe o zi pe alta, ca sa se inchege complet inainte de a-l decongela.
