O reteta de baza foarte simpla si gustoasa, vegana\/de post!<\/em><\/p><p>Daca va numarati printre cei ce au inceput sa experimenteze cu facutul painii cu maia in timpul pandemiei, atunci va veti indragosti iremediabil de aceasta reteta de focaccia. Hmm, daca stau sa ma gandesc, sunt destul de sigura ca va va placea reteta chiar si daca nu ati mai incercat sa coaceti paine vreodata. Mai deloc. Dar imi place la nebunie sa fac focaccia. De ce? Nu sunt sigura, dar poate este din cauza ca focaccia nu este o simpla paine. Ba dimpotriva &#8211; este plina de arome minunate si poate contine multe alte ingrediente drept topping. In functie de ce va place!<\/p><p>Nu mi-a placut sa fac paine nici macar cand eram in carantina in timpul pandemiei, inchisi cu totii in casa. Preferam de fiecare data sa pregatesc altceva, un tort sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/banana-bread-chec-cu-banane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>un chec\/pandispan<\/strong><\/a>. Paine? Nu, multumesc. Dar as putea prepara aceasta reteta de focaccia in fiecare zi daca as putea. Ce este focaccia? Focaccia este un tip de paine plata, pufoasa, gatita la cuptor si un binecunoscut preparat al <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>bucatariei italiene<\/strong><\/a>. Intr-adevar, este destul de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pizza-de-post-vegane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>similara cu o pizza<\/strong><\/a>, doar ca nu are stratul de sos de rosii si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mozzarella<\/strong><\/a> de la baza &#8211; toate ingredientele vin puse direct pe blat.<\/p><p>Focaccia are un gust, un miros si o aroma minunate. Sa nu ziceti ca nu v-am avertizat: bucataria voastra va mirosi absolut extraordinar dupa ce veti scoate focaccia din cuptor! Iar rezultatul va fi o focaccia pufoasa, sanatoasa si vegana. Nu este deloc! Veti gasi reteta pas cu pas mai jos, unde am incercat sa explic totul cat mai clar si mai simplu cu putinta.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Pentru reteta de focaccia de astazi am folosit drojdie uscata activa, faina alba combinata cu faina integrala 50-50, putina apa calduta, un pic de zahar brun si, desigur, niste sare. In caz ca nu va plac rosiile calde (am auzit ca sunt multi oameni care le urasc, desi nu inteleg de ce!), le puteti inlocui cu niste ardei gras rosu sau cu niste masline verzi si negre.<\/p><p>Exista combinatii infinite pentru topping si niciuna dintre ele nu este gresita. Totul tine de preferinte, gusturi si nevoi dietetica!<\/p><p>In caz ca nu doriti ca aceasta reteta sa fie vegana\/de post, puteti pune si niste cascaval sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>branza<\/strong><\/a> deasupra. Sau alaturi de un platou mare de aperitive.<\/p><p>Daca e sa fiu 100% sincera, deseori mananc aceasta focaccia simpla, asa cum este, imediat dupa ce am scos-o din cuptor. Fulgii de sare de deasupra au o aroma incredibila si textura pufoasa este absolut perfecta pentru o gustare calda. Cu cat mai putin efort, cu atat mai bine! Mai ales daca rezultatul este la fel de bun. Si da, este posibil sa facem focaccia fara framantare cu un gust incredibil si o textura pufoasa ca la carte. Usor. Delicios. Exact asa cum ar trebui!<\/p><p>Singurul efort pe care va trebui sa il faceti este sa amestecati toate ingredientele. Si atat! Luati un castron, puneti ingredientele in el, amestecati si focaccia este aproape gata. Mai trebuie doar sa o puneti la cuptor si sa aveti un pic de rabdare pana devine aurie si numai buna de servit. Usor si convenabil!<\/p><p>Acestea fiind spuse, sunt destul de sigura ca abia asteptati sa incercati aceasta reteta de focaccia vegana\/de post. Si atunci cand va hotarati sa o faceti, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit si ce toppinguri ati folosit deasupra.
