Servesti fierbinte, cu smantana si ierburi proaspete. Pentru ca imi doream tare mult ca, dupa atata vreme de stat in casa, sa &#8220;mimez&#8221; o atmosfera de restaurant cum trebuie, am folosit chiar si un video cu zgomot de fundal de bistro. Sunt din categoria acelor retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le incerc si imi plac, dar pentru care de multe ori nu am timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera foto pentru ca-mi este pur si simplu PREA foame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asa ca aici gasiti cateva fotografii facute cu telefonul, fara decor perfect si plating de carte. O doza din viata mea de zi cu zi, in care conteaza gustul final si reteta in sine. Eu de multe ori prefer nachos in locul popcornului la o seara de film: sunt asa de crocanti si buni!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cand sa faci reteta asta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nachos la cuptor sunt felul perfect cand vrei ceva fara efort, dar care arata si se simte ca o rasfatare. Eu ii fac la o cina cu tematica mexicana, la o seara de film cu prietenii sau pur si simplu cand mi-e foame si vreau ceva crocant gata in 15 minute. Ai nevoie de circa 200 g. Cele mai groase rezista mai bine la cuptor si raman crocante sub toppinguri, in timp ce chipsurile foarte subtiri se inmoaie repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chifla de burger vegana<\/strong> este trucul care transforma o simpla gustare intr-o masa consistenta. Eu am folosit o chifla de la Verdino, dar poti folosi Beyond Burger sau orice alt brand preferi. O rupi in bucatele si o imprastii printre chipsuri ca sa se rumeneasca putin la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cascavalul ras<\/strong> (circa 100 g) este cel care leaga totul cand se topeste. Foloseste orice tip de cascaval de post preferi. Daca alegi unul vegetal, cauta-l pe cel care se topeste bine, pentru ca multe variante raman doar moi fara sa faca acea crusta aurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosiile, ardeiul rosu si jalapenos<\/strong> aduc prospetimea si echilibrul. Cele doua rosii si ardeiul taiate dau suculenta, iar feliile de jalapenos murat adauga acel picant acrisor, dupa gust. Daca nu iti place iute, lasa-le mai putine sau scoate-le complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana si ierburile proaspete<\/strong> se adauga la final, dupa cuptor. Pentru topping iti recomand reteta mea de smantana de post cu probiotice, dar merge si smantana vegetala din comert. Asa fiecare nacho ridicat din tava are putin cascaval si legume, nu ramai la final cu un strat de chipsuri goale dedesubt.<\/li>\n<li>Foloseste o tava mica, ca sa stea totul intr-un singur strat. A mea are 20&#215;30 cm. Daca le imprastii pe o tava prea mare, chipsurile se ard la margini inainte sa se topeasca cascavalul.<\/li>\n<li>Stii ca sunt gata cand cascavalul s-a topit complet si marginile chipsurilor incep sa se rumeneasca, dupa circa 15 minute la 200C. Sta cu ochii pe ele in ultimele minute, pentru ca trec foarte repede de la perfect rumenite la arse.<\/li>\n<li>Adauga smantana si ierburile proaspete abia dupa ce scoti tava din cuptor. La caldura, smantana se desface, iar ierburile isi pierd culoarea si aroma daca le coci.<\/li>\n<li>Daca nu ai timp de toata reteta, poti servi chipsurile si simple, cu crema de branza vegana langa. Daca raman, pastreaza-i la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, cel mult o zi. Pentru reincalzire, foloseste cuptorul sau air fryer-ul cateva minute, nu microundele, ca sa redevina crocanti. Smantana si ierburile se adauga mereu proaspete, dupa reincalzire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti place bucataria mexicana la fel de mult ca mie, foloseste pentru topping <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smantana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">smantana de post cu probiotice<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/guacamole\/\">guacamole<\/a>. Iar pentru o cina mexicana completa, le poti servi alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/taco-shells-cu-legume\/\">taco shells cu legume<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
