Imi place tare mult sa organizez seri tematice acasa, ba chiar de cateva ori pe saptamana, dar in acelasi timp inca urasc sa petrec ore infinite in bucatarie. Asa ca atunci cand mi-am dorit o atmosfera de restaurant mexican fara sa stau o vesnicie la aragaz, taco shells-urile astea au fost solutia perfecta. Daca stau bine sa ma gandesc, cred ca au devenit rapid reteta mea de tacos preferata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi plac TOATE retetele de tacos la nebunie, dar acestea sunt asa de usoare si rapide, incat este greu sa nu te indragostesti de ele. Chiar imi doream sa impart reteta cu voi pentru ca mi-a intrecut toate asteptarile, mai ales ca am facut-o intr-o seara cu meniu mexican complet (nu glumeam cand va spuneam ca iau serile tematice foarte in serios). Cautati-le la raionul de produse mexicane, in cutie. Sunt deja coapte si crocante, asa ca nu au nevoie decat de cateva minute la cuptor daca vreti sa le incalziti usor inainte de umplere. Sfatul meu: nu le umpleti decat in momentul servirii, altfel umezeala din legume le inmoaie si isi pierd tot farmecul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amestecul mexican de legume<\/strong> face toata treaba grea. Eu am folosit o jumatate de punga de amestec mexican congelat de la Lidl, care contine baby porumb, porumb dulce, fasole verde, fasole rosie, ceapa si ardei rosu, deja condimentat usor. Este preferatul meu pentru ca are si baby porumb, si fasole, si pentru ca vine deja condimentat, ceea ce inseamna mai putina munca pentru mine. Orice brand merge insa la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amestecul de condimente pentru taco<\/strong> este ceea ce transforma niste legume banale intr-o cina mexicana. Eu pun putin praf de chili, pudra de usturoi si pudra de ceapa, fulgi de ardei iute, oregano uscat, paprika, chimion, sare si piper. Daca aveti deja un plic gata facut de condimente pentru taco, merge si acela. Chimionul si paprika sunt cele care dau acea aroma caracteristica, asa ca nu le sariti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de usturoi (aioli) si sriracha<\/strong> sunt finisajul. Pentru o varianta vegana, amestecati pur si simplu niste maioneza vegana cu cativa catei de usturoi zdrobiti, iar sriracha adauga acea picanteala calda care leaga totul. <strong>Lime-ul<\/strong> stors proaspat la final ridica toate aromele si echilibreaza picantul, asa ca nu il omiteti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Hard-Shell-Veggie-Tacos-Mexican-Recipe.jpg\" alt=\"Taco Shells cu legume de post\" class=\"wp-image-142718\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gatiti legumele la abur, nu la prajit.<\/strong> Le sotez intr-o tigaie cu putina apa si capac timp de 15 minute. Aburul le fragezeste fara ulei in plus si pastreaza culorile vii. Stiti ca sunt gata cand fasolea verde e frageda dar inca are putin &#8220;crunch&#8221;, iar lichidul aproape s-a evaporat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaugati condimentele din timp.<\/strong> Puneti amestecul de condimente peste legume la inceput, ca sa apuce sa se hidrateze si sa-si elibereze aroma in timpul gatirii la abur, nu doar la suprafata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasati cojile scurse si fierbinti.<\/strong> Daca ramane prea mult lichid in amestecul de legume, scurgeti-l inainte de umplere; cea mai comuna greseala este sa pui legume prea apoase si sa-ti inmoi cojile crocante in cateva minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Umpleti la masa, nu in bucatarie.<\/strong> Asezati taco shells-urile in suportul pentru tacos si umpleti-le abia inainte de servire, ca sa ramana crocante pana la ultima inghititura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sosul si lime-ul mereu la final.<\/strong> Puneti sosul de usturoi si sriracha deasupra chiar inainte de a manca, si storceti lime-ul direct pe fiecare taco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SFAT: daca nu gasiti taco shells crocante, nu renuntati la reteta. Puteti pur si simplu sa luati toate ingredientele si sa le puneti intr-un bol, ca un fel de taco bowl. Daca nu gasesti amestec mexican gata facut, foloseste orice combinatie de porumb dulce, fasole rosie sau verde si ardei taiat cubulete. In loc de salata Misticanza (mixul meu prespalat preferat), merge orice mix de salata verde ai la indemana. Iar daca vrei un meniu mexican complet, eu am servit aceasta reteta alaturi de guacamole si nachos, ca sa &#8220;mimez&#8221; o atmosfera de restaurant adevarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine este sa pastrezi componentele separat. Amestecul de legume gatit se tine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile si se reincalzeste rapid in tigaie sau la microunde. Taco shells-urile crocante se pastreaza la temperatura camerei, in cutia lor, ca sa ramana crocante; nu le umple niciodata in avans, pentru ca se inmoaie. Sosul de usturoi se tine la rece intr-un borcanel inchis si rezista cateva zile.
