Se prepara intr-o singura tava, hraneste lejer 8-9 portii si este preparatul perfect pentru zilele in care nu ai timp sa gatesti ceva diferit la fiecare masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu de obicei prepar caserolele atunci cand stiu ca ma asteapta o saptamana foarte ocupata si nu am timp sa gatesc ceva diferit in fiecare zi. Aceasta caserola de dovlecei ne-a hranit timp de cateva zile bune, iar ca sa nu ne plictisim de ea am combinat-o cu cate ceva diferit la fiecare masa: muraturi, o salata simpla, un sos alb sau unul rosu. Daca preferi, le poti inlocui cu <strong>2 oua batute<\/strong> (varianta vegetariana). Ierburile proaspete (patrunjel si marar) impreuna cu cimbrul, oregano si coriandrul macinat sunt cele care transforma un orez cu ciuperci simplu intr-o umplutura aromata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum faci fasiile de dovlecel cu peelerul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trucul care da aspectul frumos al acestei caserole este sa tai dovleceii in fasii lungi si subtiri, folosind un simplu peeler de cartofi. Tragi peelerul de-a lungul dovlecelului si obtii panglici uniforme, care se aseaza ordonat in tava. Vei observa ca, pe masura ce te apropii de mijloc, partea cu seminte nu mai poate fi taiata cu peelerul &#8212; nu o arunca: taie-o in cubulete mici si amesteca-o in umplutura, ca sa nu pierzi nimic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce iese bine de fiecare data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul este ca orezul ramane usor negatit cand opresti focul &#8212; e perfect asa. La cuptor se va mai umfla si va absorbi umezeala lasata de dovlecei, asa ca daca l-ai gati complet pe aragaz, ar iesi prea moale dupa coacere. Sotarea ciupercilor sub capac, inainte de a adauga orezul, scoate aroma si elimina o parte din apa, ceea ce ajuta umplutura sa nu fie apoasa. Daca esti in plina perioada a dovleceilor si vrei sa variezi, arunca o privire si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/musaca-de-dovlecei-cu-ciuperci\/\">musacaua de dovlecei cu ciuperci<\/a> sau peste intreaga colectie de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-dovlecei\/\">retete cu dovlecei<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si o reincalzesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caserola se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider 3-4 zile, intr-un recipient inchis, exact motivul pentru care e ideala cand te asteapta o saptamana aglomerata. O reincalzesti la cuptor sau in tigaie, iar gustul ramane bun. Tocmai pentru ca rezista cateva zile, e o reteta excelenta de gatit in avans, in spiritul altor <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/la-tava\/\"><strong>caserole<\/strong><\/a> la tava. Daca vrei alte idei pentru pranzuri de pregatit dinainte, iti recomand si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/budinca-de-dovlecei-cu-branza\/\">budinca de dovlecei<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-cu-dovlecei\/\">lasagna cu dovlecei<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta caserola de dovlecei, spune-mi in comentarii cum a iesit &#8212; ai folosit psyllium sau oua, si cu ce ai servit-o?
