Rezultatul este un mic dejun consistent, cu textura de inghetata densa si un topping care aduce crocantul si dulceata naturala a fructelor deshidratate. Este reteta perfecta cand vrei ceva rapid, satios si care arata bine in bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cand vine vorba de smoothies, eu merg pe varianta cea mai simpla &#8212; banane plus inca ceva. Foarte rar am iesit din zona mea de confort si am folosit alt fruct ca baza pentru smoothie. Bananele sunt baza &#8212; ele dau cremozitatea si dulceata, fara zahar adaugat. Cel mai bun truc este sa folosesti banane bine coapte, cu pete maro pe coaja: sunt mai dulci si se mixeaza mai fin. Daca le ai congelate, cu atat mai bine, pentru ca vei obtine acea textura groasa de smoothie bowl care se mananca cu lingura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pudra de vanilie parfumeaza baza si o transforma dintr-un simplu piure de banane intr-un desert de mic dejun. Apa sau laptele (eu folosesc lapte vegetal) regleaza consistenta: pui putin daca vrei un bol gros si mai mult daca il preferi baubil. Iar mixul Native Box Nutri Brunch &#8212; nuci Braziliene, nuci romanesti, merisoare si afine &#8212; se pastreaza pentru topping, ca sa ramana crocant si sa nu se inmoaie in blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum obtii textura perfecta de smoothie bowl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul unui smoothie bowl reusit este raportul dintre lichid si fruct. Un smoothie normal e mai fluid pentru ca il bei; un bol trebuie sa fie destul de gros incat lingura sa stea in el. De aceea adaug lichidul treptat &#8212; incep cu foarte putin, mixez, si mai completez doar daca e nevoie. Bananele congelate ajuta enorm aici, pentru ca ingroasa baza fara sa dilueze gustul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partea importanta: mixezi totul in afara de mixul de nuci si fructe deshidratate, pe care il pui pe deasupra la final. Daca l-ai da la blender, s-ar macina si ar disparea tocmai contrastul de texturi care face bolul interesant. Eu o folosesc mereu si o alternez cu diverse toppinguri, in functie de ce am prin casa. Cateva idei care merg mereu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fructe proaspete taiate: felii de banana, fructe de padure, kiwi sau mango.<\/li><li>Alte mixuri de nuci si seminte, daca vrei sa variezi crocantul.<\/li><li>O lingura de unt de arahide sau tahini pentru un plus de cremozitate si proteine.<\/li><li>Fulgi de cocos, seminte de chia sau un praf de scortisoara pentru aroma.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa schimbi complet gustul, poti porni de la o baza diferita. Daca il lasi la temperatura camerei, bananele oxideaza si textura devine mai moale, iar nucile si fructele deshidratate incep sa se inmoaie de la umezeala. De aceea il pregatesc chiar inainte sa il servesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa castigi timp dimineata, poti pregati din seara portiile de banane congelate in pungute, plus mixul de topping masurat separat. Astfel, a doua zi doar mixezi baza si presari toppingul, gata in doua minute.
