Combini o baza de salata creata cu porumb, masline, ceapa verde si avocado, apoi presari deasupra naut condimentat si crocant, scos fierbinte din cuptor. Este gata in mai putin de 30 de minute si nu necesita ingrediente complicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ador nautul crocant! De obicei il mananc simplu, pe post de gustare, dar de aceasta data mi-a venit ideea de a-l folosi pentru a inlocui crutoanele in salata si pentru a adauga un plus de textura. Pentru naut folosesti o conserva de naut scurs, ulei de masline, sare si boia (dulce plus iute). Sfat util: scurge bine nautul si tamponeaza-l cu un prosop de hartie inainte de a-l condimenta. Cu cat este mai uscat la suprafata, cu atat se va prinde mai bine si va deveni mai crocant la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru salata ai nevoie de o salata creata maruntita, porumb dulce, masline negre feliate, ceapa verde tocata si avocado feliat. Dressingul este unul minimalist: ulei de masline si suc de lamaie. Alege un avocado copt, dar inca ferm, ca sa se felieze frumos fara sa se faca piure. La final, tahini este optional, dar adauga o nota cremoasa care leaga totul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul unui naut cu adevarat crocant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia este sa intinzi nautul intr-un singur strat pe tava acoperita cu hartie de copt, fara sa il aglomerezi. Daca boabele sunt prea apropiate, vor aburi in loc sa se rumeneasca, iar rezultatul va fi moale, nu crocant. Coace la 180C timp de aproximativ 15-20 de minute, scuturand tava o data la mijloc pentru o rumenire uniforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stii ca este gata cand nautul are o culoare aurie-maronie si suna usor cand misti tava. Eu am ales o varianta picanta, insa poti sa folosesti si alte condimente, precum cimbru, rozmarin macinat sau chiar si drojdie inactiva pentru o aroma de branza. Nautul crocant merge aproape peste orice baza verde, asa ca trateaza reteta ca pe un punct de plecare. Daca vrei o masa si mai consistenta, serveste-o alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-cuscus\/\">salata de cuscus<\/a> sau alterneaza cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut combinatia de naut si tahini, vei iubi si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-naut-tahini\/\">chiftelutele de naut cu tahini<\/a>. Iar pentru zilele in care vrei ceva caldut in loc de salata rece, o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-naut-reteta-libaneza\/\">supa cu naut<\/a> foloseste acelasi ingredient versatil intr-un mod complet diferit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pregatesti din timp si cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta salata se savureaza cel mai bine proaspata, imediat dupa asamblare, cat nautul este inca crocant. Daca vrei sa o pregatesti din timp, tine componentele separate: nautul copt intr-un recipient deschis la temperatura camerei, iar legumele in frigider. Adauga avocado-ul si sucul de lamaie abia inainte de servire, ca sa eviti oxidarea si inmuierea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nautul crocant isi pierde din textura daca sta in frigider sau peste salata cu dressing, asa ca, daca iti raman resturi, pastreaza-l separat si reincalzeste-l cateva minute in cuptor pentru a-l reanima. Cine zice ca salatele sunt plictisitoare, clar nu a incercat retetele mele! Daca vrei sa iti organizezi mai usor pranzurile pentru toata saptamana, incearca aplicatia mea de planuri de masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
