Se prepara dintr-un aluat simplu de faina, zahar brun, ulei si lapte de soia, parfumat cu vanilie, coaja de lamaie si rom, peste care se aseaza piersici proaspete. Se coace in doar 25 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Checurile se numara printre deserturile mele preferate din intreaga lume. Sunt usoare, pline de aroma si extrem de simplu de facut. Acest chec cu piersici de post a devenit una dintre obsesiile mele recente &#8212; imi este pofta de o felie chiar acum, in timp ce scriu aceste randuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca va mai amintiti, am impartasit cu voi si alte retete de chec pe blog. De data aceasta am vrut un desert de vara, cu piersici mici si dulci, care sa fie potrivit si in zilele de post. Cele 200 g de faina alba dau structura checului, asa ca masoar-o corect, fara sa o indesi in cana, pentru ca aluatul sa ramana pufos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul brun<\/strong> indulceste aluatul si ii da o nuanta usor caramelizata. Folosesti 200 g in aluat, plus inca putin presarat deasupra feliilor de piersica, pentru o crusta dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de floarea-soarelui sau de struguri<\/strong> inlocuieste untul si tine checul umed. Sunt 100 ml de ulei cu gust neutru, care nu acopera aroma de vanilie si lamaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de soia<\/strong> hidrateaza aluatul si tine locul laptelui de origine animala. Poti folosi cele 200 ml de lapte de soia sau orice alt tip de lapte vegetal pe care il ai la indemana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lamaia<\/strong> aduce prospetime. Folosesti coaja intregii lamai si zeama de la o jumatate, ceea ce echilibreaza dulceata zaharului brun si scoate in evidenta aroma piersicilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extractul de vanilie si romul<\/strong> dau profunzime aromei. O lingura de extract de vanilie pur si o lingurita de rom pur transforma un aluat simplu intr-un desert parfumat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Piersicile<\/strong> sunt vedeta retetei. Ai nevoie de 6 piersici mici, ca cele din poze: 3 taiate cubulete se amesteca in aluat, iar 3 taiate felii se aseaza deasupra. Daca folosesti piersici mai mari, adapteaza cantitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> face checul sa creasca. Taie 3 in cubulete pentru aluat si 3 in felii pentru deasupra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presara putin zahar brun peste feliile de piersica inainte de coacere, pentru o crusta usor caramelizata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testeaza cu o scobitoare la mijlocul checului dupa 25 de minute. Daca iese curata, checul este gata; daca nu, mai lasa-l cateva minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lasa checul sa se raceasca inainte sa il feliezi. Pentru pastrare mai indelungata, il poti felia si congela, apoi il scoti la temperatura camerei cu cateva ore inainte de servire.
