Tofu afumat taiat felii subtiri inlocuieste afumatura clasica si transforma garnitura intr-un fel principal complet vegan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poate stiti deja cat de mult imi place o tocanita gustoasa si sanatoasa. Fasolea alba este unul dintre tipurile mele de fasole preferate, asa ca, intr-o zi, mi-a venit in minte aceasta iahnie de fasole cu tofu afumat. Pentru ca sunt un mare fan al tocanitelor, am adaugat ingredientul meu secret (ma refer la tofu, desigur) si am transformat o garnitura intr-un fel de mancare principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De obicei, iahnia clasica isi ia aroma de la o bucata de afumatura. Eu am folosit tofu afumat tocmai pentru a obtine o aroma foarte asemanatoare, fara nimic de origine animala. Cat despre cum il adaug: eu prefer o iahnie ceva mai cremoasa, asa ca pun tofu mai din timp, cat se gateste inca tocanita, ca sa apuce sa se imbibe cu sosul de rosii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure gata in mai putin de 40 de minute, dintr-o singura cratita.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta de post sau vegana care nu te lasa flamand, cu proteine din fasole si tofu.<\/li>\n<li>Un pranz care merge la pachet si se reincalzeste perfect a doua zi.<\/li>\n<li>O alternativa la iahnia clasica cu afumatura, atunci cand vrei aroma de afumat fara carne.<\/li>\n<li>O cina ieftina, facuta aproape integral din conserve si legume pe care le ai mereu in casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se face foarte repede.<\/strong> Folosesti fasole din conserva, deja fiarta, asa ca toata reteta se rezuma la calit, condimentat si lasat la fiert vreo 20 de minute in total.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are aroma profunda de afumat.<\/strong> Combinatia de boia afumata si tofu afumat da senzatia de iahnie cu afumatura, fara sa pui carne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E satioasa si echilibrata.<\/strong> Fasolea cannellini si tofu aduc impreuna proteine si fibre, asa ca un castron tine de foame mult timp.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E ieftina si la indemana.<\/strong> Toate ingredientele sunt de baza: fasole la conserva, o ceapa, un morcov, un ardei si pasta de rosii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iese si mai buna a doua zi.<\/strong> Ca orice tocanita, aromele se aseaza peste noapte, asa ca e perfecta de gatit in 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fasole alba cannellini<\/strong> &#8212; folosesc doua conserve de 400 g fiecare. Cannellini are bobul mare, neted si o textura cremoasa care se potriveste perfect intr-o iahnie. Cand cumperi, alege conserve in care boabele sunt intregi, nu sfaramate. Scurge zeama si clateste fasolea sub jet de apa rece: asa indepartezi excesul de sare si lichidul tulbure, care altfel poate da iahniei un gust usor metalic. Daca preferi sa pleci de la fasole uscata, las-o la inmuiat peste noapte si fierbe-o pana e moale inainte de a o folosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu afumat<\/strong> &#8212; este ingredientul meu secret aici, o cutie de aproximativ 300 g. El inlocuieste afumatura si da iahniei aroma aceea de fum pe care o cautam. Caut un tofu afumat ferm, nu moale, ca sa pot taia felii subtiri (cam de jumatate de centimetru) care isi tin forma in tocanita. Inainte sa il tai, il tamponez cu un servet de hartie ca sa scot umezeala de la suprafata. Daca nu gasesti tofu afumat, citeste mai jos la substitutii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa, morcov si ardei gras<\/strong> &#8212; sunt baza aromata a iahniei. Toaca-le marunt si uniform, ca sa se caleasca in acelasi timp. Ceapa trebuie sa devina sticloasa, nu arsa: caleala corecta scoate dulceata legumelor si pune fundatia de gust pentru tot vasul. Morcovul adauga o nota dulce care echilibreaza aciditatea rosiilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasta de rosii<\/strong> &#8212; 250 ml dau corpul si culoarea sosului. Pasta de rosii e concentrata, asa ca aroma e mai intensa decat la rosiile pasate. Eu o adaug dupa fasole si o las sa fiarba ca sa isi piarda gustul crud, acrisor, si sa devina catifelata. Daca ti se pare prea acra, un varf de cutit de zahar sau putin morcov in plus echilibreaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Boia dulce si boia afumata<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura de boia dulce pentru culoare si dulceata catifelata, plus o lingurita de boia afumata pentru aroma de fum. Boiaua afumata e cea care face diferenta intr-o iahnie vegana. Adaug-o in legumele calite, nu intr-un ulei prea incins, pentru ca boiaua se arde usor si devine amara. Cand cumperi boia afumata, cauta una de culoare intensa, rosie-caramizie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Frunze de dafin si cimbru<\/strong> &#8212; patru frunze de dafin si o lingurita de cimbru parfumeaza sosul in timp ce fierbe. Dafinul isi cedeaza aroma incet, asa ca il pun de la inceput, odata cu apa. Cele cateva minute de calit in ulei, pana ceapa devine sticloasa, sunt cele care construiesc gustul. Daca arunci totul direct la fiert, iahnia iese fada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga boiaua cand focul e mic.<\/strong> Boiaua, mai ales cea afumata, se arde in cateva secunde intr-un ulei prea incins si devine amara. Trage cratita de pe foc o clipa, amesteca boiaua in legume, apoi pune apa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune tofu mai din timp pentru o iahnie cremoasa.<\/strong> Eu prefer o iahnie ceva mai cremoasa, asa ca adaug tofu mai devreme, cat se gateste, ca feliile sa apuce sa se imbibe cu sos. Daca vrei feliile mai ferme si mai bine conturate, adauga-le spre final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gata cand sosul s-a ingrosat.<\/strong> Dupa 10-15 minute la foc mediu, sub capac, sosul trebuie sa fie legat si sa imbrace fasolea, nu apos. Fasolea alba obisnuita, fasolea rosie sau cea pestrita merg foarte bine; ajusteaza doar timpul de fiert daca pleci de la fasole uscata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In loc de tofu afumat.<\/strong> Daca nu gasesti tofu afumat, poti prepara reteta mea de bacon din tofu la cuptor sau in tigaie si il adaugi la final &#8212; vei obtine un rezultat minunat, cu aceeasi aroma afumata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai cremoasa sau cu textura.<\/strong> Pentru o iahnie mai cremoasa, zdrobeste cu furculita o parte din fasole direct in cratita. O poti reincalzi pe aragaz, la foc mic, adaugand putina apa daca s-a ingrosat prea mult intre timp. Se poate si congela pana la 3 luni; dezgheata peste noapte la frigider inainte de a o incalzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta iahnie de fasole cu tofu afumat merge de minune cu muraturi, asa ca recomand cu caldura sa incercati aceasta combinatie.
