Am fost foarte multa vreme obsedata de aceasta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tocana-africana-cu-arahide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tocana africana cu alune<\/a><\/strong> si am fost si un mare fan al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tocanita-irlandeza-de-post-vegetariana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acestei tocanite irlandeze<\/a><\/strong>. Dar astazi am pentru voi ceva special. Iar pasta de tomate completeaza totul pana la perfectiune. Ah, inca mai simt mirosul minunat!<\/p><p>Dar haideti sa o luam cu inceputul. Am fost inspirata sa fac aceasta iahnie de fasole cu tofu afumat pentru ca aveam pofta de un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-fasole-neagra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fel de mancare cu fasole<\/a><\/strong>. Unul din tipurile mele de fasole preferate!<\/p><p>Nu eram prea sigura ce as putea face cu cele doua conserve de fasole alba cannellini pe care le aveam. Ma gandeam la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-fasole-rosie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o supa densa<\/a><\/strong> sau la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-de-fasole-alba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o crema de fasole<\/a><\/strong>, dar parca simteam ca am pofta de ceva mai aromat de atat. Asa ca mi-a venit in minte aceasta iahnie de fasole cu tofu afumat!<\/p><p>Ce este asa de special la aceasta reteta este, desigur, tofu afumat. Tofu este cel ce transforma o iahnie banala intr-o adevarata delicatesa. Adica am folosit fasole la conserva! Recunosc.<\/p><p>Voi puteti, bineinteles, sa folositi si fasole uscata pentru aceasta reteta, pe care o veti fierbe intr-o oala. Dar acest proces va dura mult mai mult decat daca folositi fasole deja fiarta la conserva. Pe scurt, puteti folosi orice fel de fasole vreti, promit ca eu nu o sa judec.<\/p><p><strong>SFAT: <\/strong>Aceasta iahnie de fasole cu tofu afumat merge de minune <strong>cu muraturi<\/strong>. Dar daca voi vreti o textura mai crocanta, similara cu sunculita prajita, puteti praji feliile de tofu intr-o tigaie separata cu putin ulei si apoi adaugati-le in iahnie abia la final. Acest lucru va oferi un plus de textura preparatului. Eu prefer o iahnie ceva mai cremoasa, asa ca am adaugat tofu mai din timp.<\/p><p>In <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bucataria americana<\/a><\/strong>, fasolea afumata este servita de regula ca garnitura, alaturi de tipul preferat de carne. Dar pentru ca eu sunt un mare fan al tocanitelor, am adaugat ingredientul meu secret (ma refer la tofu, desigur) si am transformat o garnitura intr-un fel de mancare principal. Puteti servi aceasta iahnie de fasole fie la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pranz<\/a><\/strong>, fie la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cina<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Puteti pregati aceasta iahnie de fasole cu tofu afumat si sa o congelati pentru saptamana care vine. O puteti lua pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pranz la pachet<\/a><\/strong>. Puteti schimba ingredientele daca este ceva ce nu va place. O puteti face <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-picante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">picanta<\/a><\/strong> sau nu. Bazele sunt de post oricum &#8211; fasolea, ceapa, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/briose-cu-morcovi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">morcovul<\/a><\/strong>, pasta de tomate si ardeiul. Tofu? Un element esential in dieta vegana! Asadar, dupa cum puteti vedea, nu este deloc greu sa mancam de post.<\/p><p>Aceasta iahnie de fasole se numara printre cele mai populare retete romanesti. Doar ca reteta traditionala contine afumatura sau slanina. Eu am folosit tofu afumat pentru a obtine o aroma foarte asemanatoare.<\/p><p><strong>SFATUL #2: <\/strong>Daca vreti sa duceti lucrurile la un alt nivel, puteti marina bucatile de tofu inainte de a le adauga in iahnie. Un mix de sos de soia, fum lichid si sirop de artar ar fi ideal in aceasta combinatie.
