Se serveste fierbinte, cu o felie de paine prajita si branza vegana topita deasupra. Gata in mai putin de o ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aveam pofta sa fac o supa de ceapa frantuzeasca de foarte mult timp. Prima oara am mancat-o la Bistro De L&#8217;Arte din Brasov, in varianta clasica, cu lactate, si mi-a placut la nebunie. De data asta am incercat sa o fac in varianta vegana si, desi credeam ca o sa fie o reteta complicata, m-am inselat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceapa este printre ingredientele mele preferate. Cursa e stransa intre ea si usturoi, dar trebuie sa recunosc ca, desi imi place si usturoiul, ceapa o folosesc mult mai des. Ai nevoie de 5 cepe taiate julienne (fasii subtiri). Cantitatea mare nu trebuie sa te sperie &#8212; ceapa scade mult la gatit si se transforma intr-o baza dulce, caramelizata, care da intregul caracter al supei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong>, 3 catei pisati, completeaza aroma cepei si adauga profunzime. Se adauga de la inceput, impreuna cu ceapa si condimentele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dafinul si cimbrul<\/strong> &#8212; 2 frunze de dafin si 4 fire de cimbru &#8212; aromatizeaza supa in timp ce ceapa se caramelizeaza. Se scot inainte de a adauga faina, asa ca nu raman in supa finala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Berea blonda sau vinul alb<\/strong>, o cana, se foloseste pentru a stinge ceapa caramelizata si pentru a aduce acea aroma specifica de bistro. Lichidul se evapora aproape complet, deci ramane doar gustul concentrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong>, 4 linguri, inlocuieste untul din reteta clasica si ajuta ceapa sa se caramelizeze frumos, fara sa se arda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong>, 2 linguri, ingroasa usor supa si ii da consistenta. Poti folosi si amidon de porumb daca vrei o varianta fara gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supa de legume<\/strong>, 4 cani, formeaza baza lichida. Foloseste o supa de legume buna, pentru ca influenteaza direct gustul final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Painea prajita si branza vegana<\/strong> &#8212; cate 1-2 felii de paine si o felie de branza vegana de portie &#8212; se rumenesc impreuna intr-o tigaie si se aseaza in centrul fiecarui bol, asa cum cere supa de ceapa frantuzeasca clasica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nu grabi caramelizarea cepei. Lasa cepele la foc mediu aproximativ 25 de minute, pana se inmoaie si capata o culoare aurie-maronie. Aroma chiar se intensifica dupa o zi, deci este o reteta excelenta de preparat in avans. Reincalzeste-o pe aragaz, la foc mic, si pregateste painea cu branza topita doar in momentul servirii, ca sa ramana crocanta. Poti congela supa simpla (fara paine si branza) pana la 2 luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele calde si reconfortante, incearca si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-ciuperci\/\">supa crema de ciuperci<\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci cu ghimbir<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa pregatesti chiar tu branza topita pentru deasupra, ai aici o reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">branza mozzarella
