Combini astfel beneficiile verdeturilor cu satietatea pe care ti-o da omleta, intr-o singura farfurie echilibrata cu care iti incepi ziua. Evit sa le cumpar din supermarketuri si prefer sa le iau doar de la persoane de la care stiu ca gainile alea traiesc ok, in libertate. Cred ca pasiunea mea pentru oua mi se trage din copilarie, cand bunica imi dadea ou fiert sau ochi la micul dejun, aproape in fiecare zi! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am gasit kale la supermarket la un super-pret, asa ca am zis sa o incerc&#8230; pentru prima oara! Va vine sa credeti ca nu mai mancasem kale pana atunci?! Nu pot sa zic ca ma innebunesc dupa ea, are un gust mult prea *verde* ca sa imi placa de la inceput, insa in salata asta, alaturi de dressing si de omleta, a fost foarte ok. Cred ca depinde foarte mult si de cum e preparata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce pui in farfurie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientele sunt simple si la indemana, dar fiecare are rolul lui. <strong>Kale tocata<\/strong> este baza: alege frunze de un verde intens, ferme, fara pete galbene, si scoate nervura groasa din mijloc, care ramane tare si amaruie. Peste ea adaugi <strong>verdeturi mixte<\/strong> precum valeriana, spanac baby si\/sau rucola, care imblanzesc gustul puternic al frunzei de kale si aduc o textura mai fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maslinele verzi<\/strong> si <strong>ceapa verde tocata<\/strong> dau salinitate si prospetime, iar <strong>cele doua oua batute<\/strong> se transforma in omleta care face din asta o masa completa, nu doar o garnitura. Dressingul este minimal: <strong>ulei de masline<\/strong>, <strong>suc de lamaie<\/strong>, <strong>oregano<\/strong>, sare si piper. Frunza de kale este fibroasa si rigida; cand o framanti usor cu mana, impreuna cu uleiul si sucul de lamaie, peretii celulari se rup partial, fibrele se inmoaie, iar frunza isi pierde din amareala si din volum. In cateva minute kale devine mai inchisa la culoare, lucioasa si vizibil mai frageda, mult mai placuta de mancat cruda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aceea adaugi dressingul direct peste kale si verdeturi si masezi inainte de a pune restul. Aciditatea lamaii si grasimea uleiului fac jumatate din treaba, masajul o termina. Daca sari acest pas, salata va fi mult mai dura si mai amaruie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum iti iese omleta perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru omleta, unge tigaia cu putin ulei si toarna ouale batute, apoi acopera cu un capac si lasa la foc mediu circa 2 minute. Capacul prinde aburul si ajuta omleta sa se faca uniform deasupra, fara sa o intorci prea devreme. Cand marginile s-au inchegat si suprafata nu mai e lichida, intoarce omleta, fie pe jumatate ca pe o lipie, fie complet pe partea cealalta, si mai las-o un minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foc mediu, nu mare, este secretul: prea iute, omleta se rumeneste pe dedesubt si ramane cruda deasupra. Dupa ce e gata, las-o sa se odihneasca un minut pe un tocator, apoi taie-o fasii sau cubulete ca sa o asezi frumos ca topping peste salata. Maslinele verzi pot fi schimbate cu negre, iar oregano cu busuioc proaspat. Salata merge si ca pranz usor, nu doar la micul dejun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte salate verzi pentru zile in care ai chef de ceva proaspat, incearca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-detoxifianta-de-primavara\/\">salata detoxifianta de primavara<\/a>. Iar daca tii post sau vrei o varianta fara oua, omleta poate fi inlocuita cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/omleta-vegana-de-post-fara-oua\/\">omleta vegana de post fara oua<\/a>, care transforma reteta intr-una complet vegetala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si sfaturi finale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine, salata de kale cu omleta se mananca proaspata, imediat dupa ce ai asezat omleta calda deasupra. Daca vrei sa o pregatesti dinainte, kale rezista bine: poti masa frunzele cu dressingul si le poti tine la frigider intr-un recipient inchis pana a doua zi, pentru ca, spre deosebire de salata verde clasica, kale nu se ofileste, ci ramane crocanta. Omleta o faci proaspata in momentul servirii si o adaugi la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru un dressing de baza pe care il poti folosi si la alte salate, arunca un ochi peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dressing-pentru-salata\/\">acest dressing pentru salata<\/a>. Pastreaza sucul de lamaie si oregano pe rol, ele fac diferenta in aceasta combinatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci reteta, mi-ar placea sa stiu cum ti-a iesit kale dupa masaj si daca te-ai impacat cu gustul ei la fel ca mine.
