Va vine sa credeti ca nu am mai mancat kale pana acum?! Nu pot sa zic ca ma innebunesc dupa ea&#8230;are un gust mult prea *verde* ca sa imi placa mult, insa cred ca ma voi obisnui cu timpul, daca o voi consuma mai des. Cred ca depinde foarte mult si de cum e preparata. Aceasta salata de kale cu omleta se prepara rapid, in doar 10 minute. Nu este vegana&#8230;<em>*dooh*<\/em>&#8230;dar va voi scrie mai jos si o varianta de omleta vegana pe care o prepar destul de des.<\/p><p>Daca nu mancati oua, puteti sa faceti <em><strong>omleta vegana cu tofu<\/strong><\/em>! Aveti nevoie de 150g de tofu, jumatate de ceapa, un praf de bicarbonat de sodiu, o lingura de faina (eu folosesc faina de naut) si jumatate de lingura de tarate de psyllium. Le puneti pe toate in blender si blenduiti pana cand se formeaza o pasta fina. Se toarna pasta in tigaia incinsa si unsa cu ulei si se intinde uniform.
