E ideala pentru un pranz sanatos si poate fi servita chiar si rece. Te invit sa o incerci si tu!<\/em><\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Acum cateva luni, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/category\/ghiduri-de-calatorie\/milano\/\">locuind in Italia<\/a><\/strong>, am redescoperit cat de mult imi place cuscusul. Am iesit intr-un local foarte dragut cu prietenii, iar pe langa bauturile super, aveau si un aperitivo ca la carte! Aproape toate preparatele lor erau vegetariene si puteai gasi chiar si cateva optiuni de preparate vegane. Pot sa spun ca imi place chiar mai mult decat imi place orezul. Si, dupa cum stiti, obisnuiesc sa gatesc<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/orez\/\">retete cu\u00a0orez<\/a><\/strong> destul de des.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salata de cuscus, perfecta pentru zilele caniculare de vara<\/h2><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Si pentru ca vara in Romania este uneori precum vara din\u00a0Orientul Mijlociu, ajungand la temperaturi de peste 40 de grade Celsius, zilele acestea am vrut sa gatesc fara sa fiu nevoita sa folosesc cuptorul. Initial, m-am gandit sa mananc numai fructe, insa aveam pofta si de ceva mai satios. Eu prefer sa o servesc rece, asa ca imediat dupa ce o prepar o bag la frigider. Daca iti este foarte foame, o poti manca chiar si calda. \ud83d\ude42 De asemenea, stiti cat iubesc uleiul de masline. Incerc sa consum cel putin 1-2 lingurite de ulei de masline pe zi. Acelasi lucru am decis sa fac si cu salata de astazi: am pus ulei de masline din belsug pentru a ii da un gust delicios. De aceea, in reteta de mai jos, am decis sa nu introduc o cantitate exacta de ulei de masline.
