Crema de caju imita perfect textura cremoasa a originalului, fara oua sau lapte condensat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Planuiam de ceva timp sa prepar aceasta reteta, inspirata de popularul desert american Key Lime Pie. Azi, in sfarsit mi-am facut curaj si am inventat o varianta raw vegana si sanatoasa pentru acest desert faimos. Daca nu il stii, Key Lime Pie este un desert traditional din partea de sud a SUA si se face de obicei cu o crema de suc de lime, galbenusuri de ou si lapte condensat, plus un aluat de placinta, iar uneori se serveste cu topping de bezea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versiunea mea de tarta cu lime vegana necesita doar 5 ingrediente de baza: biscuiti, ulei de cocos, caju crud, indulcitor sanatos la alegere (in cazul meu am folosit fructoza) si, bineinteles, limes. Am facut-o sub forma de mini-tarte, in trei forme de sufleu, fiindca asa ai portii individuale gata de servit si crema raceste mai repede la congelator. Cajuul trebuie lasat la inmuiat peste noapte (sau minimum 4 ore) in apa rece: asa se inmoaie, se proceseaza mai usor si rezulta o crema mult mai fina, fara granule. Daca esti grabit, il poti inmuia 15 minute in apa fierbinte, dar rezultatul nu va fi la fel de matasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lime<\/strong> da personalitatea desertului, asa ca folosesti atat sucul, cat si coaja rasa de la doua bucati. Alege limes grele pentru marimea lor si cu coaja neteda, lucioasa, fiindca sunt mai zemoase. Rade intai coaja, apoi stoarce sucul, si fereste-te sa razi si stratul alb de sub coaja, care e amar. Ruleaza limea apasand-o pe blat inainte sa o tai, ca sa stoarca mai mult suc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de cocos<\/strong> are rol dublu in reteta: leaga blatul de biscuiti si ajuta crema sa se intareasca la rece. La temperatura camerei se topeste, iar la congelator se solidifica, dand structura desertului. Alege ulei de cocos virgin daca vrei o usoara nota de cocos sau ulei rafinat, fara aroma, daca vrei ca limea sa fie singura vedeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Biscuiti<\/strong> formeaza blatul, macinati fin in blender pana devin pesmet si amestecati cu ulei de cocos. Sunt suficienti 100 g. Verifica eticheta daca vrei sa pastrezi reteta complet vegana, fiindca unii biscuiti contin unt sau oua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Indulcitor sanatos la alegere<\/strong> se adauga in crema dupa gust. Eu am folosit fructoza, dar merge la fel de bine sirop de artar, sirop de agave sau curmale bine procesate. Adauga-l treptat si gusta pe parcurs, fiindca limea e foarte acrisoara si cantitatea ideala depinde mult de preferinta ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inmoaie cajuul cu adevarat peste noapte.<\/strong> Aceasta e cea mai frecventa greseala: caju insuficient inmuiat lasa crema granuloasa, oricat ai procesa-o. Cand e gata de blender, cajuul se sfarama usor intre degete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proceseaza pana dispare orice granula.<\/strong> Stii ca este gata cand crema e complet neteda, lucioasa si se aduna pe peretii blenderului. Daca se ingreuneaza, mai adauga putin suc de lime sau o lingura de apa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga indulcitorul la final si gusta.<\/strong> Asa ajustezi exact echilibrul acrisor-dulce inainte sa torni crema in forme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Captuseste formele cu hartie de copt si unge-le cu ulei de cocos.<\/strong> Taie cercuri de hartie pentru baza si unge si peretii, ca sa scoti mini-tartele intregi, fara sa se lipeasca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-le 2-3 minute la temperatura camerei inainte de servire.<\/strong> Crema se inmoaie putin si redevine matasoasa, iar aroma de lime se simte mai bine decat direct din congelator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731.jpg\" alt=\"mini tarta cu lime reteta\" class=\"wp-image-209607\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-500x375.jpg 500w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-728x546.jpg 728w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-960x720.jpg 960w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/IMG_2731-1080x810.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lamaie in loc de lime.<\/strong> Daca nu gasesti limes, poti folosi lamai pentru o varianta cu un gust citric usor diferit, dar la fel de proaspat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indulcitor dupa preferinta.<\/strong> Inlocuieste fructoza cu sirop de artar, sirop de agave sau curmale procesate, ajustand cantitatea dupa gust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blat fara biscuiti.<\/strong> Pentru un blat complet raw, foloseste in loc de biscuiti un amestec de curmale si nuci sau migdale macinate, presate la fel cu putin ulei de cocos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O singura tarta mare.<\/strong> In loc de mini-tarte in forme de sufleu, poti turna totul intr-o singura forma de tarta cu fund detasabil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta tarta cu lime se preteaza perfect la prepararea din timp, fiindca oricum trebuie sa stea la congelator 2-3 ore pana se intareste crema. Le poti tine acolo, intr-un recipient etans, pana la o luna, ceea ce le face un desert ideal de avut pregatit pentru musafiri neasteptati. Inainte de servire, scoate-le si lasa-le 2-3 minute la temperatura camerei, ca sa se inmoaie crema. Daca preferi o textura mai apropiata de o tarta clasica, le poti tine si la frigider cateva ore, dar atunci consuma-le in 2-3 zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut acest desert citric, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-lime-si-ciocolata\/\">tarta cu lime si ciocolata<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-cu-lime-margarita\/\">checul cu lime in stil margarita<\/a>. Iar daca vrei mai multe deserturi cu fructe fara coacere, arunca o privire la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-cu-fructe\/\">tarta cu fructe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
