sunt baza omletei, asa ca merita sa folosesti oua cat mai proaspete. Un truc simplu: pune oul intr-un pahar cu apa, daca sta culcat pe fund e foarte proaspat, daca se ridica in picioare incepe sa imbatraneasca. Bate-le bine inainte sa le torni in tigaie, ca sa intre putin aer si omleta sa iasa mai pufoasa. Pentru o textura cremoasa, nu le bate cu o ora inainte &#8212; bate-le chiar inainte de gatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza gouda<\/strong> &#8212; alege un gouda tanar, nu unul foarte maturat, pentru ca se topeste mult mai bine si nu lasa ulei. Feliile subtiri se topesc uniform peste oua sub capac. Daca o cumperi la bucata in loc de felii, taie-o subtire ca sa se topeasca repede in cele cateva secunde cat sta omleta acoperita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanac baby<\/strong> &#8212; frunzele mici de spanac baby sunt fragede si nu au nevoie de gatit indelungat, se ofilesc imediat de la caldura oualor si a branzii. Spala-l bine si usuca-l intr-un prosop curat inainte sa-l folosesti &#8212; daca ramane apa pe frunze, aceasta se elibereaza in tigaie si lasa omleta apoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unt<\/strong> &#8212; untul nu e doar pentru a unge tigaia, da omletei o aroma bogata pe care uleiul nu o aduce. Topeste-l la foc mediu si asteapta sa termine de facut spuma inainte sa torni ouale, dar nu-l lasa sa se rumeneasca, altfel capata gust de ars. O singura lingura e suficienta pentru o tigaie antiaderenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sare<\/strong> &#8212; doar putina, dupa gust, adaugata direct in ouale batute ca sa se distribuie uniform. Gouda e deja o branza usor sarata, asa ca nu exagera &#8212; poti oricand sa mai presari un pic la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Foloseste o tigaie cu diametru mare.<\/strong> Cu cat ouale se intind mai subtire, cu atat se gatesc mai uniform si se impaturesc mai usor in 4. Intr-o tigaie mica omleta iese groasa si ramane cruda la mijloc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Da focul incet dupa ce pui capacul.<\/strong> Capacul tine caldura inauntru si topeste branza, iar focul mic face ca partea de jos sa nu se arda cat se gateste deasupra. Asta e secretul pentru o omleta gatita uniform, fara sa o intorci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu o lasa prea mult pe foc.<\/strong> Daca vi se pare ca omleta va iese mereu prea uscata, inseamna ca o lasati prea mult pe foc. Un minut sub capac e de obicei suficient &#8212; stii ca e gata cand suprafata nu mai e lichida, dar inca arata usor umeda si lucioasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impatureste-o cat e calda.<\/strong> Foloseste o spatula si ruleaz-o in 4 imediat ce ai dat capacul la o parte, cat omleta e inca flexibila. Pentru un gust mai puternic, incearca un cheddar maturat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga ciuperci.<\/strong> Daca ar fi sa aleg, cred ca as adauga ciuperci, mi se pare ca se potrivesc de minune cu branza topita si spanacul. Caleste-le scurt inainte, ca sa-si lase apa, apoi pune-le peste oua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vrei o varianta vegana?<\/strong> Daca tii post sau esti vegan, omleta clasica nu merge, dar poti incerca o omleta facuta din faina de naut, care imita textura oualor batute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joaca-te cu legumele.<\/strong> Cateva felii de rosii cherry, ardei sau ceapa verde aduc prospetime si culoare, fara sa scoata reteta din zona low-carb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Omleta keto e cel mai buna proaspata, imediat dupa gatit, cat branza e inca topita. Daca iti ramane, pune-o intr-un recipient inchis ermetic si tine-o la frigider maximum o zi. Reincalzeste-o scurt intr-o tigaie la foc mic sau cateva secunde la microunde &#8212; nu o tine prea mult, ca devine cauciucoasa. Nu recomand congelarea: ouale isi schimba textura si devin apoase la dezghetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa pregatesti din timp, cea mai buna abordare e sa ai ingredientele gata: spanacul spalat si uscat, branza feliata. Asa, dimineata, omleta se face in 5 minute.
