Secretul texturii pufoase sta in albusurile batute spuma, incorporate cu grija in aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scopul meu a fost sa creez o paine keto gustoasa din doar cateva ingrediente de baza, pe care le gasesti in orice supermarket. Si mi-a iesit ceva delicios! Aceasta paine este usoara, satioasa si extrem de simplu de facut, asa ca nu ai nicio scuza sa nu o incerci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu trebuie sa renunti la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paine-cu-malai-cornbread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">paine<\/a><\/strong> atunci cand esti la dieta keto. Poti manca o paine &#8220;de dieta&#8221; care chiar are un gust bun, fara compromisuri. Este cea mai buna optiune pentru o paine keto buna si satioasa. Daca vrei sa folosesti faina de cocos, retine ca aceasta absoarbe mult mai mult lichid, deci ar fi nevoie de o reteta diferita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale mari<\/strong> sunt esentiale: ai nevoie de 6 oua, iar albusurile se separa de galbenusuri. Albusurile batute spuma sunt cele care dau painii volum si textura aerata, asa ca acest pas nu trebuie sarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul topit<\/strong> (50 g) aduce grasimea necesara unei diete keto si da painii un gust bogat si o textura placuta. Trebuie topit inainte de a fi incorporat in aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> (10 g) este agentul de crestere al acestei paini. Pentru ca nu folosim drojdie, praful de copt ajuta painea sa creasca in cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de sare<\/strong> se adauga peste albusuri inainte de a le bate spuma si echilibreaza gustul intregii paini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de stevia<\/strong> (1 lingurita) este optionala. O poti omite complet sau inlocui cu putina drojdie uscata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faina de migdale:<\/strong> ramane cea mai buna alegere pentru o paine keto. Sfatul meu este sa nu o feliezi dinainte, ci doar pe masura ce o consumi &#8212; pastreaza painea intreaga in punga, pentru ca asa ramane proaspata mult mai mult timp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O idee foarte buna este sa prepari aceasta paine in weekend, sambata sau duminica. Astfel ai paine proaspata pentru toata saptamana &#8212; macar pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un sandvis rapid<\/a><\/strong> dimineata. Daca vrei sa continui cu mai multe retete keto, iti recomand sa incerci si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pizza-keto-cu-branza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pizza keto cu branza<\/a><\/strong> sau o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/keto-omelette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">omleta keto cu branza si
