Sunt, de asemenea, extrem de usor de facut; cel mai complicat lucru la tot procesul este sa le dati o forma in palme (si, sa fim seriosi, nu e greu deloc!). Dar ar trebui sa fie suficient pentru o doza de inspiratie. Si daca vreti sa citit un ghid care va va ajuta sa preparati cei mai buni burgeri vegani, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegan-perfect\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">am creat acest ghid<\/a><\/strong> special pentru voi.<\/p><p>Reteta noastra de astazi de burger cu broccoli si quinoa este sanatoasa, satioasa si extrem de usor de facut. Puteti prepara chiftelutele in mai putin de jumatate de ora, ceea ce le face perfecte pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un pranz rapid<\/a><\/strong>. Stiti voi, in zilele acelea cand programul va este atat de incarcat incat nici macar nu va puteti gandi la a prepara ceva foarte complicat. Atunci este cel mai bine sa faceti acest burger cu broccoli si quinoa!<\/p><p>Acest burger contine doua ingrediente principale: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-broccoli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">broccoli<\/a><\/strong> si&#8230; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quinoa<\/a><\/strong>, desigur. Dar eu am mai adaugat si putina rosie in combinatie, dar si ceapa, usturoi, patrunjel proaspat, putin pesmet, tarate de psyllium (sau in macinat) si cateva condimente pe masura. Broccoli-ul, pe cealalta parte, este si el bogat in proteine dar si in fibre, ceea ce il face un candidat ideal pentru un burger gustos! Si chiar daca nu pare, sunt destul de sigura ca aceste chiftelute vor fi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-pentru-copii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chiar si pe placul copiilor<\/a><\/strong>, mai ales daca le veti &#8220;ascunde&#8221; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetal-cu-sfecla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">intr-un burger<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p><p>Cel mai bun lucru la aceasta reteta este faptul ca, cel mai probabil, aveti deja mare parte din ingredientele necesare deja. Iar dupa ce chiftelutele vor fi gata, puteti asambla burgerul dupa bunul plac. Eu am folosit chifle pentru burger, o rosie mare, un avocado copt, muraturi, mix de salata, putin pesto si putina maioneza.<\/p><p>Suna minunat, nu-i asa? Asta pentru ca este! \ud83d\ude09 Dar voi sunteti liberi sa adaugati orice ingrediente si legume doriti in acest burger. Puteti adauga castravete daca vreti sau putin ardei gras copt pe grill. Puteti servi aceste chiftelute de broccoli si quinoa asa cum sunt, drept fel principal, cu putin sos deasupra (puteti gasi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-salsa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aici 5 sosuri<\/a><\/strong> pe care vi le recomand) si cu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o salata drept garnitura<\/a><\/strong>. Sau alaturi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-gratar-fara-carne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">legume pe gratar<\/a><\/strong>. Sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-kale-cu-omleta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">varza kale<\/a><\/strong>. Sau le puteti manca alaturi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bol-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si-legume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">piure de cartofi<\/a><\/strong>, una din combinatiile mele preferate! Dupa cum puteti vedea, posibilitatile sunt infinite.<\/p><p>Daca e sa ma gandesc bine, puteti manca aceste chiftelute <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chiar si la micul-dejun<\/a><\/strong>, nu va poate opri nimeni! Merg de minune <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sandvisuri-cu-avocado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">intr-un sandvis simplu<\/a><\/strong> sau alaturi de rosii proaspete sau ardei gras si un sos &#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitive-cu-iaurt-tzatziki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poate tzatziki<\/a><\/strong>? Cu cat ma gandesc mai mult, cu atat imi vin mai multe idei! Dar sunt curioasa cum veti alege VOI sa mancati <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-chiftele-de-post-vegane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aceste chiftele minunate<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p><p>Iata inca o alegere pe care o aveti in prepararea acestor chiftelute: fie le prajiti in tigaie cu putin ulei, fie le coaceti la cuptor. Fiecare din aceste variante are propriile avantaje. Daca le prajiti inseamna ca vor fi gata mai repede si vor capata si un strat crocant deasupra, absolut delicios. Dar daca le faceti la cuptor inseamna ca rezultatul final va fi mai sanatos, avand in vedere ca nu este niciun pic de ulei implicat. Alegerea este a voastra! Va recomand sa preparati acest burger cu broccoli si quinoa curand, altfel s-ar putea sa regretati! Chiftelutele din interiorul lui sunt bogate in proteine, sunt ideale pentru meal prep, pot fi congelate foarte usor, sunt vegane si suuuper gustoase de asemenea. Asadar, sa ne indreptam spre bucatarie, zic!<\/p><p>Iar daca va decideti sa preparati acest burger cu broccoli si quinoa curand, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit intr-un comentariu din sectiunea de mai jos.
