{"id":171241,"date":"2021-03-31T15:14:55","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T13:14:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/?p=171241"},"modified":"2026-07-11T21:58:46","modified_gmt":"2026-07-11T19:58:46","slug":"salata-de-dovlecel-la-gratar-cu-sfecla-coapta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-dovlecel-la-gratar-cu-sfecla-coapta\/","title":{"rendered":"Salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta este o salata calda-si-rece de primavara, gata in mai putin de 20 de minute: felii de dovlecel rumenite pe gratar, sfecla coapta dulce, rosii proaspete, masline si un dressing simplu din ulei de masline si suc de portocala. Este usoara, colorata si suficient de consistenta cat sa tina loc de pranz, mai ales alaturi de niste lipii calde. In varianta de baza este 100% vegetala si de post, iar daca vrei o poti transforma in cateva secunde intr-o salata vegetariana cu putina ricotta pe deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am o mica confesiune de facut: am decis sa incep sa postez pe blog toate acele retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le prepar la pranz sau cina, retete pe care le-am incercat si care mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profesioniste pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Multa vreme le-am tinut deoparte pentru ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit&#8230; sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. De acum inainte conteaza gustul final si reteta in sine, fara imagini perfecte, pur si simplu o doza din viata mea de zi cu zi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu sunt un mare fan al salatelor din trei motive mari si late: sunt delicioase, sunt super versatile si sunt extrem de usor de facut. Stiu ca multa lume asociaza salatele cu mancarea de dieta, trista si fara gust, dar permiteti-mi sa fiu eu avocatul diavolului: nu e deloc adevarat. Salatele sunt foarte gustoase, dragii mei! Imi plac la nebunie salatele cu ingrediente calde, iar aceasta salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta este cea mai recenta obsesie a mea. Nu ai nevoie de nimic complicat, iar cantitatile de mai jos sunt gandite per portie, ca sa te poti juca usor cu ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dovlecelul<\/strong> este vedeta. Ai nevoie de aprox. jumatate de dovlecel taiat in felii pe lung, de circa 7 mm grosime (folosesti 2 felii la fiecare portie). Un dovlecel tanar, ferm si nu foarte mare are miezul mai putin apos si mai putine seminte.<\/li><li><strong>Sfecla coapta cubulete de la borcan<\/strong> (aprox. 4 linguri) iti scurteaza mult munca si aduce dulceata si culoarea aceea superba. Poti folosi la fel de bine sfecla pe care o coci tu acasa.<\/li><li><strong>Dressingul<\/strong> este cat se poate de simplu: ulei de masline si suc de portocala proaspat stoarsa (jumatate de portocala). Portocala aduce o aciditate dulce care merge de minune cu sfecla.<\/li><li><strong>Pesto verde<\/strong> (2 lingurite) leaga totul cu o nota aromata. Daca vrei salata complet vegetala, alege un pesto vegan sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulouri-cu-pesto\/\">un pesto de casa fara branza<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Ricotta<\/strong> (1 lingura) este optionala. Cu ea, salata devine vegetariana; fara ea, ramane vegana si de post.<\/li><li><strong>Restul:<\/strong> un mix de salata prespalat (doua maini generoase de portie), o rosie feliata, cateva masline si frunze proaspete de oregano si busuioc pentru prospetime.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum rumenesc dovleceii pe gratar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dovleceii la gratar sunt un ingredient excelent in acest tip de salate, asa ca ei merita cateva secunde de atentie. Taie feliile la o grosime uniforma de aprox. 7 mm: prea subtiri se inmoaie si se rup, prea groase raman crude in mijloc. Cresteaza fiecare felie usor in zig-zag pe suprafata, apoi unge-le cu putin ulei de masline si presara-le cu sare, piper si oregano uscat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce merge trucul cu crestarea? Micile taieturi ajuta caldura sa patrunda mai repede, lasa apa din dovlecel sa se evapore in loc sa fiarba felia si dau acele urme frumoase de gratar. Coace-le pe gratarul incins sau intr-o tigaie bine incalzita, fara sa le inghesui. Sunt gata cand devin fragede si capata semnele aurii-maronii, dar inainte sa se transforme in piure. Pune cate doua maini generoase de mix de salata in fiecare farfurie si stropeste frunzele cu ulei de masline si cu suc de portocala proaspat stoarsa. Asaza deasupra feliile de dovlecel cald, feliile de rosie, cubuletele de sfecla coapta, pesto, maslinele si, daca folosesti, lingura de ricotta (imparte cantitatile la numarul de portii). La final, presara cateva frunzulite de oregano proaspat si busuioc. Atat de simplu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noi am servit salata alaturi de niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lipii-fara-gluten-cu-susan-la-tigaie-parathas-vegane\/\">lipii incalzite putin la cuptor<\/a>, iar combinatia o transforma dintr-o salata usoara intr-un pranz complet. Merge minunat si ca parte dintr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/gratar-vegetarian\/\">gratar vegetarian<\/a>, cand ai deja gratarul incins pentru mai multe legume. Daca vrei sa faci o masa de primavara doar din salate colorate, o poti pune pe masa langa o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-detoxifianta-de-primavara\/\">salata detoxifianta de primavara<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varianta vegana sau vegetariana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTA importanta: daca alegi sa folosesti ricotta in aceasta salata, asa cum am facut si eu, rezultatul nu va mai fi vegan sau de post. Este total la alegerea ta. Apropo, daca vrei sa iei cea mai buna branza ricotta, iti recomand Galbani, pe care am descoperit-o cand locuiam in Milano si inca sunt de parere ca este cea mai buna ricotta pe care o gasesti la noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru varianta 100% vegetala si de post, pur si simplu elimina ricotta. Salata ramane la fel de aromata datorita sfeclei, pesto-ului si dressingului cu portocala. Daca iti place totusi acea nota cremoasa si sarata, poti presara in loc de ricotta putina <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">branza vegana de casa<\/a> si sa te asiguri ca folosesti un pesto fara ingrediente de origine animala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pregatesti din timp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata aceasta se face cel mai bine proaspata, chiar inainte de servire, pentru ca frunzele stropite cu dressing se inmoaie daca stau prea mult. Trucul ca sa castigi timp este sa pregatesti componentele separat: poti rumeni dovleceii cu cateva ore inainte si sa ii tii la frigider, sfecla o ai deja gata in borcan, iar <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dressing-pentru-salata\/\">dressingul il poti amesteca separat<\/a> si adauga in ultimul moment. Cand ti-e foame, nu mai ai decat sa asezi totul in farfurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ai ramas cu chef de dovlecei, arunca o privire peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-dovlecei\/\">celelalte retete cu dovlecei<\/a> de pe blog. Iar pentru cei care, ca mine, sunt indragostiti de salatele cu dovlecel, o alta favorita a mea este <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-dovlecei-cu-menta-si-castraveciori\/\">salata de dovlecei cu menta si castraveciori<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta, mi-ar placea tare mult sa imi lasi o nota si un comentariu mai jos. Spune-mi daca ai mers pe varianta de post sau ai adaugat ricotta, si daca dressingul cu portocala te-a cucerit la fel de tare ca pe mine!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
