Iata cum puteti face o salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta, foarte gustoasa si sanatoasa!<\/em><\/p><p>Este timpul pentru o confesiune! Am decis sa schimb putin lucrurile aici, pe blog \u2013 adica m-am decis sa postez TOATE acele retete excelente pe care le prepar zilnic pentru pranz sau cina. Este vorba de retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le-am incercat si care mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera foto pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Am tare multe retete in \u201csituatia\u201d asta pe care nu le-am postat aici pe blog din cauza ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit \u2013 nu aveam decor, lumina potrivita si nici plating. Sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. Fara imagini perfecte, pur si simplu o doza din viata mea de zi cu zi!<\/p><p>De cand a venit primavara (ma rog, mai mult in teorie decat in practica), am inceput sa mananc <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salate-bogate-in-proteine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">din ce in ce mai multe salate<\/a><\/strong>. Ei bine, permiteti-mi sa fiu eu avocatul diavolului si sa va spun ca aceste lucruri nu sunt deloc adevarate! Salatele sunt foarte gustoase, dragii mei! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Nu, salatele nu trebuie sa fie simple sau plictisitoare. Nici macar nu trebuie sa fie reci si triste! Exista foarte multe retete de salate calde pe net si, in caz ca nu ati incercat vreuna pana acum, nici nu stiti ce pierdeti. Daca o omiteti, atunci veti obtine o delicioasa salata vegana, gata de a fi devorata! Stiti cum se spune: cu cat ai multe culori in farfurie, cu atat inseamna ca mananci mai sanatos. Iar aceasta salata de dovlecel la gratar cu sfecla coapta este maxim de colorata. Verde, rosu, purpuriu, portocaliu &#8211; are tot ce e mai bun pe lume. Este o adevarata explozie de arome si mi-a placut la nebunie si mie si prietenului meu.<\/p><p>Noi am ales sa o servim alaturi de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lipii-fara-gluten-cu-susan-la-tigaie-parathas-vegane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lipii<\/a><\/strong>. Le-am incalzit la cuptor si au fost foarte bune in aceasta combinatie. Aceasta salata este atat de aromata incat nu are nevoie de altceva!<\/p><p>Ce-mi place cel mai mult la salate este faptul ca sunt 100% personalizabile. Puteti alege si combina ingredientele dupa bunul plac si puteti adauga si un dressing bun. In caz ca nu va place pesto, de exemplu, il puteti omite. Daca <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-porumb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">va place porumbul<\/a><\/strong>, puteti adauga cat vreti in aceasta salata. Daca nu va plac deloc frunzele simple de salata verde, puteti folosi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-rucola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">putina rucola in schimb<\/a><\/strong>. Posibilitatile sunt pur si simplu infinite cand vine vorba de o salata. I-am descoperit atunci cand locuiam in Milano si inca sunt de parere ca au cea mai buna ricotta pe care o gasiti la noi. De departe! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p><strong>SFATURI: <\/strong>Am cateva idei in ceea ce priveste aceasta salata. Noi nu le-am pus in aplicare, dar poate le luati voi in considerare. Puteti folosi un peeler (cutit de razuit legume) pentru a taiat dovlecelul in fasii asemanatoare cu spaghetele si sa il folositi asa, crud, in salata, alaturi de celelalte ingrediente.
