Rezulta un pranz cremos, satios si gata in mai putin de 30 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probabil stiti cu totii deja ca imi displace sa petrec mult timp in bucatarie. Stiu, e putin ironic avand in vedere ca bucataria este \u201eterenul meu de joaca&#8221;, dar, din cauza programului foarte incarcat, evit sa prepar feluri de mancare care necesita mult timp de gatire. De aceea sunt mereu in cautarea unor solutii rapide si sanatoase care sa ma ajute atunci cand sunt pe fuga!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma bucur ca am descoperit shake-urile proteice cu ingrediente vegane de la Herbalife Nutrition, iar aceasta supa s-a nascut din dorinta de a transforma shake-ul Formula 1 Gourmet cu ciuperci si ierburi intr-un fel de mancare cald si reconfortant. Gustul lui ma duce cu gandul la fulgii de drojdie inactiva, parca imi creeaza aceeasi senzatie geniala pe papilele gustative, asa ca se potriveste perfect intr-o supa crema. Alege un dovleac placintar mic sau o bucata de aproximativ 1 kg, cu coaja ferma si fara pete moi. Cu cat dovleacul e mai dulce si mai copt, cu atat supa va fi mai catifelata &#8211; eu prefer dovleacul placintar (butternut) pentru ca are putine seminte si pulpa densa. Taie-l in cuburi de circa 3 cm ca sa se fiarba uniform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> aduce cremozitatea si bogatia care echilibreaza condimentele picante. Reteta foloseste o conserva de 400 ml cu continut scazut de grasime, dar daca vrei o supa si mai onctuoasa poti folosi varianta integrala. Agita bine conserva inainte de a o deschide, pentru ca partea grasa se separa de apa la depozitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbirul<\/strong> proaspat (o bucata de circa 5 cm, decojita si rasa) este cel care da supei caldura si o nota usor picanta, aromata. Alege radacini ferme, cu pielea neteda si lucioasa &#8211; ghimbirul zbarcit este vechi si si-a pierdut aroma. Eu il decojesc cu marginea unei lingurite, e mult mai rapid decat cu cutitul si nu pierzi din pulpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lemongrass-ul<\/strong> aduce o prospetime citrica subtila, specifica bucatariei asiatice. Arunca frunzele exterioare tari si foloseste doar partea fragezi de la baza tulpinii, taiata marunt. Daca nu gasesti lemongrass proaspat, cauta-l congelat sau in pasta &#8211; aroma se pastreaza surprinzator de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chilli rosu si usturoiul<\/strong> formeaza baza aromata calita la inceput. Daca preferi o supa mai blanda, scoate semintele si nervurile albe din chilli, acolo se concentreaza iuteala. Usturoiul zdrobit se elibereaza mai bine de aroma decat cel taiat marunt, dar ai grija sa nu il arzi &#8211; se caleste rapid si capata gust amar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudrele proteice vegane<\/strong> (F1 Gourmet si Formula 3 PPP de la Herbalife Nutrition) sunt cele care ridica aportul proteic. Shake-ul Formula 1 Gourmet cu ciuperci si ierburi imi aminteste de gustul fulgilor de drojdie inactiva, asa ca se integreaza natural intr-o supa savuroasa. Important: adauga pudrele abia dupa ce iei cratita de pe foc, pentru ca fierberea indelungata poate degrada o parte din nutrienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul proaspat<\/strong> se adauga la final, presarat deasupra, ca sa pastreze aroma vie si culoarea verde. Asa pastrezi aromele curate si dovleacul incepe sa se gateasca uniform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asteapta ca dovleacul sa fie complet moale inainte sa pasezi.<\/strong> Stii ca e gata cand o bucata se strapunge fara rezistenta cu varful cutitului. Daca pasezi prea devreme, supa ramane cu fibre si nu obtii crema matasoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu fierbe supa dupa ce ai adaugat pudrele proteice.<\/strong> Greseala frecventa este sa le pui inca de la inceput &#8211; ia cratita de pe foc, amesteca pudrele pana se omogenizeaza complet, fara cocoloase, si doar reincalzeste usor daca s-a racit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regleaza consistenta cu supa de legume.<\/strong> Daca supa s-a ingrosat prea mult dupa pasare sau dupa ce a stat, adauga treptat cate putina supa de legume calda pana ajunge la cremozitatea pe care o vrei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta si ajusteaza la final.<\/strong> Sarea, piperul si o stropire de sos de peste (optional) sau de sos de soia se adauga dupa ce supa e gata &#8211; condimentele se concentreaza pe masura ce supa fierbe, asa ca e mai sigur sa potrivesti gustul la sfarsit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fara dovleac placintar:<\/strong> poti folosi dovleac comun, cartofi dulci sau o combinatie a celor doua. Cartoful dulce da o supa mai dulce si la fel de cremoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versiune complet pe baza de plante:<\/strong> omite sosul de peste (oricum optional) si potriveste gustul cu sos de soia, tamari sau un strop de miso pentru o nota savuroasa, umami.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara pudre proteice:<\/strong> daca nu ai shake-uri proteice la indemana, supa ramane delicioasa ca atare; pentru proteine in plus poti adauga o lingura de unt de arahide sau naut fiert pasat impreuna cu dovleacul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai cremoasa sau mai picanta:<\/strong> foloseste lapte de cocos integral pentru o textura mai bogata, sau adauga mai mult chilli ori un varf de pasta de curry rosu pentru o supa mai aromata si mai iute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta supa se pastreaza acoperita in frigider cateva zile si se reincalzeste usor la foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand. Daca s-a ingrosat peste noapte, subtiaz-o cu putina supa de legume calda. Se congeleaza foarte bine cateva luni &#8211; portioneaz-o in recipiente etanse si dezgheata-o in frigider inainte de reincalzire. Tocmai pentru ca ramane cremoasa dupa reincalzire este perfecta ca <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pranz la
