Cu c\u00e2t sunt mai proaspete, cu at\u00e2t \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streaz\u0103 mai bine textura pe gr\u0103tar.<\/li><li><strong>O v\u00e2n\u0103t\u0103 mic\u0103<\/strong> &#8212; una mic\u0103 sau medie e mai fraged\u0103 \u0219i are semin\u021be mai pu\u021bine. Taie-o felii nu prea sub\u021biri ca s\u0103 nu se destrame pe gr\u0103tar.<\/li><li><strong>Marinata<\/strong> &#8212; boia dulce, curry, coriandru m\u0103cinat, usturoi pudr\u0103, fulgi de chili, sare, piper, busuioc proasp\u0103t tocat \u0219i ulei de m\u0103sline. Uleiul ajut\u0103 condimentele s\u0103 adere \u0219i \u021bine legumele de la lipit pe gr\u0103tar.<\/li><li><strong>Chifle f\u0103r\u0103 gluten<\/strong> &#8212; pentru varianta f\u0103r\u0103 gluten po\u021bi folosi chifle de la Schar. Amestec\u0103 bine, ca fiecare bucat\u0103 s\u0103 fie acoperit\u0103, \u0219i las\u0103 la frigider cel pu\u021bin o or\u0103. Nu s\u0103ri peste acest pas: e timpul \u00een care condimentele p\u0103trund \u00een v\u00e2n\u0103t\u0103 \u0219i \u00een ciuperci \u0219i le transform\u0103 dintr-o legum\u0103 banal\u0103 \u00eentr-un &#8220;piept de pui&#8221; plin de arom\u0103. Dac\u0103 ai timp, o marinare de c\u00e2teva ore sau peste noapte le face \u0219i mai gustoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum le rumene\u0219ti corect pe gr\u0103tar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preg\u0103te\u0219te gr\u0103tarul bine \u00eencins (merge la fel de bine \u0219i o tigaie grill, dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 le faci acas\u0103). Pune vinetele \u0219i ciupercile pe gr\u0103tar \u0219i rumene\u0219te-le bine pe ambele p\u0103r\u021bi, p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie \u0219i prind urme aurii-maronii. Nu le muta prea des: las\u0103-le suficient c\u00e2t s\u0103 se formeze crusta afumat\u0103, apoi \u00eentoarce-le. Ciupercile sunt gata c\u00e2nd se mic\u0219oreaz\u0103 \u0219i devin suple, iar v\u00e2n\u0103ta c\u00e2nd e complet moale la mijloc, nu cauciucat\u0103.
