Pui bananele in blender, le procesezi pana devin crema, adaugi cacaoa si gata. Iese o inghetata cremoasa, cu gust bogat de ciocolata, in mai putin de 10 minute, fara zahar adaugat si fara masina de inghetata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mie imi place foarte mult inghetata raw vegana si inca de cand am descoperit cum se prepara, am renuntat sa mai cumpar inghetata de la magazin. Pana acum am incercat retete raw vegane simple de inghetata cu fructe, vanilie si sorbet, iar acum a venit timpul sa fac o inghetata decadenta de ciocolata, cu un gust bogat si o textura cremoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce imi place cel mai mult la reteta asta e ca nu cere nimic complicat: doar banane bine coapte, pe care le tin oricum la congelator pentru momentele cand am pofta de ceva dulce, doua linguri de cacao si o mana de nuci deasupra. Bananele trebuie sa fie bine coapte, cu coaja patata cu maro, pentru ca atunci sunt cele mai dulci si cel mai usor de blenduit. Le curat de coaja inainte sa le pun la congelator, niciodata cu coaja, si le taie in felii sau bucati mici ca sa nu suprasolicit blenderul. Daca le congelezi intregi, riscati sa va opriti la jumatatea procesului ca sa le spargeti. Lasa-le sa se inmoaie 5 minute pe blat inainte sa le procesezi, ca sa se prinda mai usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de cacao<\/strong> &#8212; alege cacao naturala, neindulcita, nu cea instant pentru baut, care contine zahar si lapte praf. Cacao de calitate da culoarea inchisa si gustul intens de ciocolata. Cerneste-o usor inainte sa o adaugi, ca sa nu ramana cocoloase in crema. Doua linguri sunt suficiente pentru un gust bogat; daca o vrei mai inchisa, mai poti adauga, dar gusta intai, pentru ca prea multa cacao poate da o nota amaruie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nuci<\/strong> &#8212; nucile se pun deasupra, la servire, pentru crocant si contrast cu crema rece. Eu le prajesc usor intr-o tigaie uscata, fara ulei, 2-3 minute, pana incep sa miroasa a prajit &#8212; atunci aroma lor se intensifica si devin mai crocante. Ai grija sa nu le lasi prea mult, ca trec repede de la rumenite la arse. Le toci grosier dupa ce s-au racit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Congeleaza bananele felii, nu intregi.<\/strong> Feliile se proceseaza uniform si nu blocheaza lamele blenderului. Cea mai frecventa greseala e sa arunci bananele intregi la congelator si apoi sa te chinui sa le spargi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opreste blenderul si amesteca cu o spatula.<\/strong> La inceput crema se aduna pe pereti. Opreste, impinge totul spre lame si reia. Stii ca e gata cand crema devine neteda, lucioasa si se invarte singura in blender.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu adauga lichid daca nu e nevoie.<\/strong> Bananele lasa singure suficienta umiditate. Daca blenderul chiar nu face fata, pune doar o lingura de lapte vegetal, nu mai mult, ca sa nu pierzi din cremozitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveste imediat pentru textura de soft serve.<\/strong> Proaspat din blender, inghetata are consistenta moale si cremoasa. Daca vrei sa o pastrezi, depoziteaza inghetata intr-o caserola cu capac, in congelator. Tine cont ca, dupa cateva ore, se intareste destul de mult, asa ca scoate-o cu 10-15 minute inainte de servire si las-o pe blat sa se inmoaie. Pentru preparare in avans, tin mereu un stoc de banane coapte taiate felii la congelator, ca sa pot face o portie proaspata in cateva minute, oricand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile reci si rapide, incearca si aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-banane-cu-nectarine-caramelizate\/\">inghetata de banane cu nectarine caramelizate<\/a> sau acest <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sorbet-de-caise-stafide-rom\/\">sorbet de caise cu stafide si rom<\/a>.
