Bananele se numara printre cele mai versatile fructe din lume. Doar ganditi-va la smoothie-uri<\/a><\/strong>, banana bread, clatite cu banane<\/a><\/strong>, prajituri cu crema pufoasa de banane si multe altele!<\/p>

Dar, sincera sa fiu, cred ca bananele ar trebui sa fie folosite mai des in bucatarie, mai ales daca sunteti adeptii unei diete vegane<\/a><\/strong>. Acestea sunt un element-minune in compozitii de blat pentru prajituri daca vreti un rezultat vegan\/de post si ofera un boost <\/em>nutritional atunci cand sunt adaugate in smoothie-ul de dimineata. Dar, sincera sa fiu, m-am plictisit putin sa vad DOAR retete de clatite vegane cu banane pe net!<\/p>

Da, stiu, clatitele vegane se fac extrem de usor daca inlocuim ouale<\/a><\/strong> cu banane si chiar si eu am, cred, mai mult de 5 astfel de retete pe blog. Dar se pot face atat de multe cu banane coapte, credeti-ma!<\/p>

Am atat de multe cunostinte care cumpara banane, le lasa pe masa din bucatarie sau in frigider si-si mai amintesc de ele doar cand sunt pline de pete negre asa ca… ajung sa le arunce intr-un final.<\/p>

Ce nu-si dau ei seama este faptul ca bananele foarte coapte, cu puncte negre, sunt perfecte pentru a fi folosite in deserturi<\/a><\/strong> in acel stadiu! Cand bananele se innegresc, inseamna ca sunt in cel mai dulce stadiu de coacere. Devin moi si aroma lor devine mult mai intensa. Asadar, de ce sa le aruncam cand putem face deserturi tare bune cu ele?!<\/p>

Daca sunteti nerabdatori sa urmati sfatul meu de mai sus, atunci va anunt cu bucurie ca ati deschis articolul potrivit. In lista de mai jos am reunit 10 dintre deserturi cu banane care au ajuns sa fie preferatele mele. Si nu, niciuna dintre ele nu este de clatite!<\/p>
