Iata cum sa preparati cel mai bun stufat de verdeturi pe care l-am incercat vreodata!<\/em><\/p><p>Este timpul pentru o confesiune! Am decis sa schimb putin lucrurile aici, pe blog \u2013 adica m-am decis sa postez TOATE acele retete excelente pe care le prepar zilnic pentru pranz sau cina. Este vorba de retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le-am incercat si care mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera foto pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Am tare multe retete in \u201csituatia\u201d asta pe care nu le-am postat aici pe blog din cauza ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit \u2013 nu aveam decor, lumina potrivita si nici plating. Sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. Fara imagini perfecte, pur si simplu o doza din viata mea de zi cu zi! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Anul acesta am dat startul&#8230; gradinaritului! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Nu, nu era de ajuns ca aveam 50+ plante prin casa (plant mom here!), asa ca am zis sa mai adaug cateva sute si la exterior. Am plantat de zor in lunile aprilie si mai. Mi se pare terapeutic sa ai grija de gradina ta si sa iti cultivi mancarea&#8230; parca si gustul e altfel! <\/p><p>Acum cateva saptamani am mancat pentru prima oara o mancare cu legume crescute de mine, din samanta &#8211; si anume acest stufat delicios. Plantasem in cutia cu frunze de salata si <em>collard greens<\/em>, fara sa stiu ca nu prea se mananca crude, ci se gatesc. Fiind inrudite cu varza, acestea au frunzele ceva mai tari. Crescusera foarte mari si imi umbreau salata, asa ca le-am scos pe toate direct din radacina si am facut o mancarica generoasa cu ele.<\/p><p>Ce vedeti in poza de mai jos e toata recolta mea de collard greens. Fiind plante tinere, nu a fost nevoie sa le tai si tija centrala, cum se procedeaza de exemplu la frunzele de stevie. Daca folositi plante mature, atunci e posibil sa fie nevoie sa indepartati si tija centrala a frunzelor, deci puteti tine minte acest lucru pentru momentul cand va veti alege verdeturile.<\/p><p>Pe langa aceste collard greens, am adaugat in acest stufat de verdeturi si niste ceapa verde si usturoi verde din gradina mea. Pe acestea, insa, am avut norocul de a nu le mai curata la momentul respectiv. Scosesem cu cateva saptamani inainte o cantitate mai mare din pamant si le-am bagat la congelator in pungi ziplock, gata curatate si taiate. <\/p><p>A fost mult de munca si la acelea, intreaga chiuveta a fost iar plina si a trebuit sa le spal chiar in 5-6 ape, sa le curat bine frunzele si sa le tai mustatile, avand mult pamant pe ele. Mie imi place la nebunie genul acesta de mancare de &#8220;frunze&#8221; si imi aduce aminte mereu cu drag de copilarie.<\/p><p>Si, bineinteles, nu se poate sa mananc stufat fara&#8230; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bol-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si-legume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">piure de cartofi<\/a><\/strong>! Asa ca m-am pus pe treaba si am servit acest stufat de verdeturi peste o portie fierbinte de piure cremos cu mult unt. <\/p><p>Recunosc, piureul de cartofi cu unt este slabiciunea mea&#8230; la fel, amintindu-mi de copilarie, pot spune sincer ca este de departe mancarea mea preferata. Daca vreau sa fie super-comfort food, mai adaug in el, cat e fierbinte, dupa ce il pun in farfurie, si cateva felii de branza raclette sau cu mucegai. Bineinteles, daca sunteti vegani il puteti face si in varianta de post sau puteti servi stufatul cu o alta garnitura. Daca nu aveti timp sau rabdare sa preparati <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-unt-vegan-de-post-fara-lactoza-acasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">retetea mea de unt vegan de casa<\/a><\/strong>, atunci puteti folosi inlocuitori vegani din comert pentru unt si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">branza<\/a><\/strong>. A aparut acum un unt de la Naturli de care am auzit numai de bine, insa nu am apucat sa il testez. De asemenea, pot sa confirm ca gouda de la Verdino e excelenta si topita!<\/p><p>Nu va voi scrie mai jos si reteta de piure. Tot ce va zic este ca eu il prepar super simplu si rapid! <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-ciobanului-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tai cartofii<\/a><\/strong> cubulete mici, ca sa fiarba mai repede. Adaug si putina sare in apa in care fierb cartofii. Odata moi, scurg apa, dar mai las putina pe fundul oalei. Adaug untul (nu il masor niciodata, ci pun dupa ochi in functie de cati cartofi am taiat) si amestec cu mixerul de mana. <\/p><p><strong>SFAT: <\/strong>Ca sa nu va sara cartofii peste tot prin bucatarie, acoperiti cratita cu un prosop de bucatarie in primele 20 de secunde de mixat. Atat. Iese cel mai gustos piure ever! Eu nici nu imi mai adaug sare, deoarece mi se pare deja sarat de la fierberea in apa cu sare, insa puteti adauga si sare sau piper dupa gust.<\/p><p>Sper sa va placa aceasta reteta de stufat de verdeturi! Apropo, o puteti incerca si cu alte frunze fara probleme &#8211; stevie, spanac, etc. Depinde ce aveti la indemana! Si daca va hotarati sa o incercati, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit in comentariile de mai jos.
