Iese o mancare racoritoare si satioasa in acelasi timp, gata in mai putin de 30 de minute, complet vegana si numai buna alaturi de un piure de cartofi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recunosc, asta e una dintre acele retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le prepar des, dar pentru care nu am avut niciodata timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera foto pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Multa vreme am crezut ca o reteta nu merita postata fara decor, lumina potrivita si plating. Sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. Aici vedeti cateva poze facute cu telefonul si o doza din viata mea de zi cu zi, pentru ca de data asta conteaza gustul final si reteta in sine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce face stufatul asta special pentru mine e ca am mancat pentru prima oara o mancare cu legume crescute de mine, din samanta, exact acest stufat. Am plantat cateva rasaduri alaturi de socrii mei, iar frunzele de collard greens crescusera atat de mari incat imi umbreau salata, asa ca le-am scos pe toate direct din radacina si am facut o mancarica generoasa cu ele. Pe langa collard greens, am adaugat ceapa verde si usturoi verde tot din gradina mea. Pare o cantitate uriasa, dar nu te speria, gatite se vor micsora foarte mult. Alege frunze ferme, de un verde intens, fara pete galbene sau margini ofilite &#8212; acelea sunt cele mai proaspete. Daca folosesti stevie sau spanac, tine cont ca lasa mai multa apa si se gatesc mai repede decat collard greens, care sunt mai groase si rezistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoi verde si ceapa verde<\/strong> &#8212; reteta cere cate 10 legaturi mari din fiecare, si aici e tot secretul aromei. Folosite proaspete, primavara si la inceputul verii, au un gust bland si dulceag, mult mai delicat decat usturoiul si ceapa uscate. Foloseste si partea alba, si cozile verzi tocate, ca sa nu pierzi nimic din aroma. Cauta legaturi cu cozi crocante, drepte, nu moi sau ingalbenite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa uscata<\/strong> &#8212; o singura ceapa tocata marunt, calita la inceput, construieste baza dulce a mancarii. E pasul care da profunzime gustului, asa ca nu il sari. Toac-o cat mai marunt ca sa se topeasca uniform in mancare si sa nu ramana bucati tari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suc de rosii<\/strong> &#8212; cele 500 ml de suc de rosii adaugate la final dau culoarea, aciditatea si prospetimea care fac din stufat o mancare racoritoare. Alege un suc de rosii cat mai natural, fara zahar sau aditivi adaugati, sau foloseste rosii pasate de casa daca ai. Adauga-l abia dupa ce frunzele s-au gatit, ca aciditatea sa nu intareasca verdeturile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de floarea soarelui<\/strong> &#8212; 4 linguri sunt suficiente pentru calirea cepei si a frunzelor. Asteapta sa se incinga bine inainte sa adaugi ceapa, ca sa caleasca, nu sa fiarba in propria apa. Daca incepe sa se prinda, scade focul si adauga o lingura de apa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toaca frunzele grosier, nu marunt<\/strong> &#8212; collard greens se micsoreaza mult la gatit, asa ca bucatile mai mari isi pastreaza textura si nu se transforma intr-o pasta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga apa si acopera cu capac<\/strong> &#8212; cele 200 ml de apa plus aburul din oala inabusa frunzele uniform in cele 20 de minute, ca sa se inmoaie fara sa se arda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune sucul de rosii abia la final<\/strong> &#8212; daca il adaugi prea devreme, aciditatea poate intari frunzele si prelungeste timpul de gatit. Ca multe mancaruri de legume, are gust si mai bun a doua zi, dupa ce aromele apuca sa se lege. Il poti reincalzi usor pe aragaz, la foc mic, cu un strop de apa daca s-a ingrosat prea tare. Se congeleaza fara probleme pana la 2-3 luni, asa ca poti face o portie dubla cand ai verdeturi din belsug si sa pui jumatate la congelator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mie imi place sa il servesc alaturi de un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bol-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si-legume\/\">piure de cartofi cremos<\/a> &#8212; combinatia de frunze acrisoare cu piure este pentru mine mancarea perfecta de copilarie. Daca vrei sa il transformi intr-o masa completa de post, il poti pune alaturi de niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chiftelute-de-linte-cu-masline-si-verdeturi\/\">chiftelute de linte cu masline si verdeturi<\/a> sau de o salata verde proaspata.
