Orzo, pasta marunta in forma de bob de orez, fierbe direct in apa cu ciuperci calite, ulei de trufe si o smantana vegetala lichida, asa ca rezulta o textura matasoasa, ca de risotto, fara sa fie nevoie de amestecat continuu. M-am decis sa postez TOATE acele retete excelente pe care le prepar zilnic pentru pranz sau cina, retete usoare si delicioase pe care le-am incercat si care mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profi pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Credeam ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit fara decor si lumina potrivita &#8212; sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. Asa ca pentru reteta asta veti gasi cateva poze facute cu telefonul: fara imagini perfecte, pur si simplu o doza din viata mea de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi plac la nebunie retetele pe baza de orzo pentru ca mi se par un pic mai gustoase decat clasicul orez si mai interesante decat clasicele paste. Acest orzo cu trufe este simplu si elegant in acelasi timp, ceea ce mie mi se pare extraordinar &#8212; un fel de mancare de sine statator, foarte cremos, care contine unul dintre ingredientele mele preferate din lume: trufele!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este orzo si de ce iese atat de cremos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orzo nu este un cereala, ci o pasta mica in forma de bob de orez, facuta din gris de grau dur, exact ca spaghetele. Diferenta de risotto este ca aici nu ai nevoie de tehnica de amestecat constant. Cand orzo fierbe direct in apa, isi elibereaza amidonul in lichid, iar acel amidon, combinat cu smantana vegetala lichida de la final, leaga totul intr-un sos catifelat. Practic, pasta isi face singura sosul cremos in care sta. Eu va recomand <strong>ciuperci King Oyster<\/strong>, pentru ca au o textura similara cu a trufelor si tin bine la calit, dar merge orice ciuperca aveti la indemana. Daca vrei sa stii cum sa le pregatesti corect, am scris pe larg despre <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-gatesti-ciupercile\/\">cum sa gatesti ciupercile<\/a> ca sa iasa rumenite, nu fierte in propriul lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru cremozitate folosesc <strong>smantana vegetala lichida Alpro pe baza de orez<\/strong>, care e nelipsita din camara mea: are un gust neutru si ma ajuta sa ingros sosurile albe, exact ca aici. Daca nu vrei varianta vegana, poti folosi si smantana lichida normala. Iar pentru un plus de cremozitate adaug <strong>pudra proteica de ciuperci<\/strong> (eu folosesc Formula 1 de la Herbalife) &#8212; da o textura bogata si nu i se mai simte deloc lipsa parmezanului ras. Ingredientul este optional: il poti inlocui linistit cu 2 linguri de amidon de porumb. Absoarbe apa destul de rapid si exista riscul sa ti se lipeasca de fundul cratitei, asa ca amesteca din cand in cand. Daca vrei sa-l transformi intr-o masa mai consistenta, il poti servi alaturi de cateva <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cosulete-de-spaghete-cu-chiftelute\/\">chiftelute vegetale<\/a> sau intr-o varianta cu si mai multa savoare, ca in reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orzo-cremos-cu-chiftelute-vegetale\/\">orzo cremos cu chiftelute vegetale<\/a>. Daca esti in cautare de inspiratie pentru pranzul de zi cu zi, gasesti multe idei in colectia mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-orzo\/\">retete cu orzo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum il pastrezi si cum il reincalzesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orzo cu trufe se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis ermetic, 3-4 zile. Pe masura ce sta, pasta continua sa absoarba din sos si se ingroasa, asa ca la reincalzire adauga un strop de apa sau de smantana lichida si amesteca pe foc mic pana redevine cremos. Eu il prepar adesea ca parte din meniul de zi cu zi, iar daca iti faci provizii pentru pranzul de la birou, merge perfect alaturi de alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">retete de pranz la pachet<\/a>.
