Rezulta un sos verde, parfumat si catifelat, perfect pentru o zi in care vrei ceva rapid, dar care sa aiba gust de mancare adevarata. Le poti prepara la pranz, fara prea mult efort si fara o gramada de vase de spalat dupa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este timpul pentru o confesiune! Am decis sa postez mai multe dintre retetele usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le prepar pentru pranz sau cina, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera foto pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Inainte credeam ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit fara decor si lumina potrivita, sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. Asa ca vei gasi mai jos cateva fotografii facute cu telefonul, pentru ca de data aceasta conteaza gustul final si reteta in sine. Foloseste doar jumatatile superioare, care sunt mai fragede si se gatesc uniform. Jumatatile inferioare, mai lemnoase, nu le arunca: taie-le in felii subtiri si pastreaza-le pentru supe sau risotto. Alege tije ferme, cu varfuri inchise si compacte, fara aspect zbarcit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paste fusilli:<\/strong> 200 g. Forma in spirala prinde foarte bine sosul cremos. Daca ai nevoie, poti folosi si paste fara gluten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smantana vegetala de orez:<\/strong> 250 ml. Mie imi este nelipsita din casa smantana lichida vegetala de la Alpro. Ea da cremozitatea sosului, fara niciun produs de origine animala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pesto verde:<\/strong> 2 linguri, facut in casa sau cumparat. Daca vrei sa-l prepari singura, te poti inspira din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-pesto\/\">retetele cu pesto<\/a> de pe blog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fulgi de drojdie inactiva:<\/strong> 2 linguri. Dau o nota usor branzoasa, savuroasa, sosului, fara branza propriu-zisa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usturoi si busuioc proaspat:<\/strong> 4 catei feliati si o mana generoasa de busuioc. Iata cateva repere care te ajuta sa nimeresti texturile corecte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soteaza sparanghelul scurt:<\/strong> 4-5 minute la foc mediu sunt suficiente. Trebuie sa ramana de un verde viu si usor crocant la mijloc, nu moale si tern. Daca il lasi prea mult, isi pierde culoarea si textura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Da focul la mic inainte de smantana:<\/strong> cand adaugi pesto, busuiocul tocat, smantana vegetala si fulgii de drojdie, tine focul incet. Smantana vegetala se poate taia sau se poate ingrosa prea tare daca fierbe in clocot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pastreaza apa de la paste:<\/strong> inainte sa scurgi pastele, opreste o cana din apa de fierbere. Cateva linguri adaugate la final fluidizeaza sosul si il ajuta sa imbrace mai bine pastele. Daca vrei sa intelegi mai bine cum se controleaza consistenta unui sos, gasesti explicatii utile despre <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-ingrosi-sosurile-ciorbele-si-alte-preparate\/\">cum ingrosi sosurile<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combina la final:<\/strong> adauga pastele fierte in tigaie si amesteca doar cat sa se acopere uniform cu sos. Daca iti raman, pune-le intr-un recipient cu capac si tine-le la frigider 1-2 zile. La reincalzire, foloseste foc mic si adauga un strop de smantana vegetala sau cateva linguri de apa, fiindca sosul se mai ingroasa la rece. Iar daca decizi sa le faci, nu uita sa-mi spui cum ti-au iesit, sunt mereu nerabdatoare sa va citesc opiniile in sectiunea de comentarii de mai jos!
