Iata cum sa prepari cea mai buna ciorba de frunze de sfecla ce merge de minune pentru pranz. Este delicioasa, racoritoare si usor de facut!<\/em><\/p><p>Am decis sa schimb putin lucrurile aici, pe blog \u2013 adica m-am decis sa postez mai multe dintre acele retete excelente pe care le prepar zilnic pentru pranz sau cina. Este vorba de retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le-am incercat si care mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera foto pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Am tare multe retete in \u201csituatia\u201d asta pe care nu le-am postat aici pe blog din cauza ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit \u2013 nu aveam decor, lumina potrivita si nici plating. Sau cel putin asta credeam eu inainte. Fara imagini perfecte, pur si simplu o doza din viata mea de zi cu zi! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Vara este deja aici, ceea ce nu poate insemna decat un singur lucru pentru mine: feluri de mancare simple si racoroase! Deja este prea cald ca sa ne mai putem bucura de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-cremos-de-paste-cu-dovleac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o farfurie fierbinte cu paste<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ramen-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un bol de ramen<\/a><\/strong>, nu-i asa?<\/p><p>Imi plac la nebunie mancarurile si retetele simple, facute cu putine ingrediente dar de calitate. Mi se pare ca aceste mancaruri parca ne echilibreaza si ne hranesc atat corpul, cat si sufletul. Afara era o lumina atat de stralucitoare, iar iarba stralucea \u00eentr-o culoare neobisnuita verde neon prin lentilele telefonului meu.<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Imi plac mancarurile de orice fel, de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetal-cu-sfecla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">burgeri<\/a><\/strong> si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-dovlecel-la-gratar-cu-sfecla-coapta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pana la salate<\/a><\/strong>, insa parca din cand in cand mai avem nevoie si de un <em>reset<\/em>, un fel de <em>back to basics<\/em>, prin simplitate care sa se manifeste in toate aspectele vietii, inclusiv in privinta mancarii! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Exact asa as descrie si aceasta reteta: pe cat e de simpla, pe atat e de gustoasa si racoritoare. Sper ca stiti deja cat de mult imi displac retete complicate, fara gust, indiferent daca vorbim de o salata sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-de-ciuperci-cu-arome-asiatice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o supa<\/a><\/strong>. Mereu incerc sa incorporez arome bune si texturi interesante in felurile de mancare pe care le prepar, iar aceasta ciorba de frunze de sfecla este un exemplu <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">perfect pentru vara<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Aceasta ciorba de frunze de sfecla este inspirata din reteta de ciorba de loboda. Practic, eu o numesc ciorba de frunze pentru ca pastrez baza mereu la fel, indiferent de ce frunze folosesc in ea. Atunci cand vreau sa o fac mai consistenta, mai adaug in ea fie oua batute &#8211; &#8220;zdrente&#8221; de ou &#8211; fie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-orez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o mana de orez<\/a><\/strong> sau cateva cubulete mai maricele <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ciorba-de-varza-cu-cartofi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de cartofi<\/a><\/strong>. Oricare din cele 3 variante merge de minune intr-o ciorba de genul acesta!&nbsp;<\/p><p>Imi place ca corbita de frunze sa aiba o culoare mai alba, de aceea folosesc mereu fie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-lapte-vegetal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lapte de orez<\/a><\/strong> neindulcit, fie smantana vegetala de orez (cea de la Alpro este preferata mea). Uneori pun chiar din ambele, daca le am in casa.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Pentru acreala, prefer otetul ramas din borcanele de muraturi din doua motive: in primul rand pentru ca are deja condimente in el si, in al doilea rand, fiind mai diluat, este mai bland pentru stomac. Otetul din vin nu imi prieste, asa ca o alternativa ar mai fi otetul de orez &#8211; da, acela care se se foloseste cand preparam sushi. Insa atunci cand dispare stocul din congelator si nu mai am nici proaspat, merge si patrunjelul tocat. In acest caz, am pus ambele verdeturi. Niciodata nu sunt prea multe verdeturi in ciorba pentru gustul meu! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Daca si voi sunteti ca mine si va place la nebunie sa serviti vara o ciorbita rece, racoritoare, din frunze, atunci aceasta ciorba de frunze de sfecla este cea mai buna alegere. Este rapida, usor de facut si este si foarte delicioasa!<\/p><p>Daca va decideti sa o incercati, nu uitati sa-mi spuneti cum v-a iesit, caci sunt mereu curioasa sa va citesc comentariile. Eu voi face cu siguranta aceasta ciorba din nou in weekend, abia astept!
