Frunzele fierb circa 15 minute, apoi se adauga smantana lichida de orez si verdeturile. Se serveste calda sau rece si este complet vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am decis sa schimb putin lucrurile aici, pe blog, adica sa postez mai multe dintre acele retete simple pe care le prepar zilnic pentru pranz sau cina. Sunt retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le-am incercat si mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profi cu camera, pentru ca-mi era pur si simplu PREA foame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi plac la nebunie mancarurile facute cu putine ingrediente, dar de calitate. Ciorba aceasta de frunze de sfecla este inspirata din reteta mea de ciorba de loboda: pastrez baza mereu la fel, indiferent de ce frunze folosesc. Le toci grosier, iar tijele se pot toca mai marunt, deoarece au nevoie de putin mai mult timp pana se inmoaie. Frunzele dau ciorbei culoarea si gustul caracteristic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa rosie<\/strong>, o ceapa mare tocata marunt, formeaza baza aromata a ciorbei. Fierbe impreuna cu frunzele de la inceput, ca sa-si elibereze dulceata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana lichida de orez<\/strong> (eu folosesc Alpro), 250 ml, da ciorbei o culoare mai deschisa si o textura usor cremoasa. Se adauga la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul, ca sa nu se taie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otetul<\/strong> aduce acreala. Eu folosesc otetul ramas din jumatate de borcan de 750 ml de castraveti murati, pentru ca are deja condimente in el si e mai diluat. Daca folosesti otet de orez, adauga doar 2-3 linguri, amesteca si gusta, apoi mai pune dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjelul si leusteanul<\/strong>, cate o legatura mare din fiecare, tocate marunt, sunt verdeturile care dau prospetime. Niciodata nu sunt prea multe verdeturi in ciorba pentru gustul meu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasta miso<\/strong> (optional, 2 linguri) o folosesc ca inlocuitor pentru sare. O poti servi rece direct din frigider sau o incalzesti usor, fara sa o lasi sa clocoteasca, ca smantana de orez sa ramana cremoasa. Verdeturile proaspete pot fi adaugate suplimentar inainte de servire pentru un plus de prospetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac ciorbele simple si racoritoare de vara, incearca si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-de-ciuperci-cu-arome-asiatice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">supa de ciuperci cu arome asiatice<\/a><\/strong> sau, pentru zilele cand vrei ceva mai consistent, o portie de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ramen-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ramen vegan<\/a><\/strong>.
