Sa faci torturi vegane nu a fost niciodata mai usor! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

Inainte obisnuiam sa ma cam chinui cand ma hotaram sa prepar un tort vegan din mai multe motive. Eram la inceput cu testatul si cu experimentarea intregului proces, ingredientele vegane nu se gaseau asa de usor peste tot in Romania si uneori era greu si sa nimeresc cantitatile inlocuitorilor vegani pentru oua, de exemplu.<\/p>

Dar sunt asa de fericita ca lucrurile s-au schimbat acum! Astazi este muuuult mai usor sa prepari retete de torturi vegane – exista EXTREM de multe optiuni pe net si multe solutii si tehnici de a prepara un tort vegan simplu si rapid. Ganditi-va doar: de la torturi raw vegane<\/a><\/strong> fara coacere si pana la checuri vegane<\/a><\/strong> sau cheesecake vegan<\/a><\/strong> – posibilitatile sunt nelimitate acum!<\/p>

Cred cu tarie ca, daca esti vegan, nu pierzi mare lucru in ziua de azi. Exista un inlocuitor pentru orice: friptura<\/a><\/strong>, omleta<\/a><\/strong>, burgeri zemosi<\/a><\/strong>, paste carbonara<\/a><\/strong> si multe altele. Da, inclusiv torturi! Mai ales torturi! Pentru orice tip de tort de pe lumea asta (ciocolata<\/a><\/strong>, vanilie, fructe etc) exista o reteta\/un echivalent vegan care este la fel de usor de facut precum varianta originala. <\/p>

Multe persoane pare ca se intreaba daca mai pot manca tort odata ce au trecut la o dieta vegana<\/a><\/strong>. Bineinteles ca pot! Si cred cu tarie ca fiecare dintre noi ar trebui sa gustam dintr-un tort vegan sau raw vegan macar o data in viata. Macar o bucatica mica, pentru a intelege gustul si faptul ca este chiar la fel ca un tort “normal”, uneori poate chiar mai bun! <\/p>

Principala provocare cand vine vorba de incercat retete de torturi vegane este faptul ca nu putem folosi deloc lapte (sau alte lactate) sau oua<\/a><\/strong>. Dar, bineinteles, puteti oricand sa folositi alternative pe baza de plante pentru lactate, cum ar fi laptele vegetal<\/a><\/strong> sau iaurtul vegan<\/a><\/strong>. Plus alternative vegane pentru oua precum aquafaba (lichidul din conservele de naut<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>

In caz ca abia ati inceput sa experimentati cu torturile vegane sau daca aveti nevoie pur si simplu de putina inspiratie, lista mea de mai jos va va fi de mare ajutor. Am pus laolalta mai mult de 10 retete de torturi vegane minunate pe care le poate face oricine, chiar si cei ce nu au mai incercat niciodata sa faca un tort vegan! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

Toate retetele de tort de mai jos sunt creatii proprii, ceea ce inseamna ca pot sa garantez pentru fiecare dintre ele – si cu siguranta le-am facut si eu de foarte multe ori! Va promit ca tot ce veti vedea in lista mea de mai jos este simplu de facut; unele retete sunt si foarte rapide, depinde ce alegeti! In orice caz, retetele pas-cu-pas sunt explicate pe indelete si contin tot ce trebuie sa stiti.<\/p>

Asadar, indiferent daca aveti pofta de un tort decadent cu ciocolata, de un tort lejer, cu fructe de vara sau un tort elegant tip Raffaello cu cocos<\/a><\/strong>, cu siguranta veti gasi ceva pe gustul vostru mai jos. Pentru unele retete puteti chiar sa folositi alte fructe sau arome pentru a obtine rezultatul dorit – asta, bineinteles, daca sunteti experimentati cu coacerea torturilor vegane!<\/p>

Acestea fiind spuse, sunt sigura ca sunteti entuziasmati sa incercati ceva din lista mea de 10+ retete de torturi vegane! Tot ce trebuie sa faceti pentru a le accesa este sa dati click pe titluri sau butoane.<\/p>
