Branza halloumi prajita cu za&#8217;atar se combina cu avocado, rosii cherry, castraveti, masline si un mix crocant de seminte, totul asortat cu ulei de masline si suc de lamaie &#8212; rezultatul este o salata vegetariana care tine de foame si arata superb in bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Ai nevoie de un fel de mancare de vara, usor dar consistent? Iata cum sa faci cea mai buna salata cu halloumi &#8212; gustoasa si deloc plictisitoare!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este timpul pentru o confesiune! M-am decis sa postez mai multe dintre acele retete excelente pe care le prepar zilnic pentru pranz sau cina &#8212; retete usoare si delicioase de zi cu zi pe care le-am incercat si care mi-au placut, dar pentru care nu am avut timp sa fac fotografii profesionale cu camera foto, pentru ca imi era pur si simplu PREA foame. Am tare multe retete in situatia asta, pe care nu le-am postat pe blog din cauza ca partea vizuala lasa de dorit &#8212; nu aveam decor, lumina potrivita si nici plating. Dar de acum nu mai vreau sa las asta sa ma opreasca!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asadar, pentru reteta de mai jos veti gasi cateva fotografii facute cu telefonul, dar nu uitati ca ceea ce conteaza de data aceasta este gustul final si reteta in sine. este vedeta retetei. Halloumi este o branza cu punct de topire ridicat, ceea ce o face perfecta pentru prajit &#8212; devine aurie si crocanta pe exterior, ramanand ferma si moale la interior. Alege o branza halloumi de calitate, cu un continut bun de lapte de oaie sau de capra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Za&#8217;atar (2 lingurite)<\/strong> &#8212; acest amestec de condimente levantin, format de obicei din cimbru uscat, sumac, susan si sare, transforma complet branza prajita. Presarat pe feliile de halloumi inainte de prajit, za&#8217;atar creeaza o crusta aromata si usor crocanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avocado (1 bucata)<\/strong> &#8212; adauga cremozitate si grasimi sanatoase. Foloseste un avocado copt, dar ferm &#8212; taiat in felii subtiri, nu zdrobit. Se combina perfect cu aciditatea lamaiei din dressing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mix de frunze de salata (4 maini generoase)<\/strong> &#8212; baza verde a salatei. Poti folosi orice mix preferat &#8212; rucola, spanac baby, salata verde, frisee. Cu cat mai variat mixul, cu atat salata va fi mai interesanta ca gust si culoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosii cherry (10 bucati) si rosii deshidratate in ulei (4 bucati)<\/strong> &#8212; rosiile cherry taiate aduc prospetime si dulceata, iar rosiile deshidratate intensifica savoarea cu o nota umami concentrata. Cele doua tipuri de rosii se completeaza excelent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mix de seminte (2 linguri)<\/strong> &#8212; amestecul de seminte de floarea soarelui, in, susan, dovleac si chia adauga textura crocanta si un plus de proteine si minerale. Le poti adauga direct, fara a le praji in prealabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline (4 linguri) si suc de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; dressing-ul simplu si clasic. Doua minute pe fiecare parte sunt suficiente.<\/li>\n<li>Presara za&#8217;atar-ul pe ambele parti ale feliilor de halloumi inainte de prajit, nu dupa &#8212; astfel condimentele se lipesc de branza si formeaza o crusta aromata.<\/li>\n<li>Asambleaza salata inainte de a prajit halloumi-ul si aseaz-o in boluri individuale &#8212; astfel branza ajunge direct calda peste verdete proaspete, iar contrastul de temperatura este delicios.<\/li>\n<li>Nu adauga dressing-ul mai devreme de 5 minute inainte de servire &#8212; uleiul de masline si sucul de lamaie vor vesteji frunzele daca stau prea mult.<\/li>\n<li>Imparte cantitatile direct in cele doua boluri de la inceput (asa cum se arata in reteta), astfel procesul de asamblare este mai rapid si portiile sunt egale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In loc de za&#8217;atar<\/strong> &#8212; poti folosi un amestec de cimbru uscat, putina boia afumata si susan. Nu este identic, dar rezultatul este tot aromat si gustos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In loc de avocado<\/strong> &#8212; poti adauga cuburi de castravete suplimentar sau felii de mango verde pentru o varianta mai acrisoara si tropicala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Varianta cu gratar in loc de tigaie<\/strong> &#8212; branza halloumi se poate praji si pe gratarul exterior, la foc mediu. Totusi, daca vrei sa o pregatesti partial in avans, poti taia toate legumele cu pana la cateva ore inainte si le poti pastra in cutii separate la frigider. Dressing-ul de ulei de masline si lamaie se prepara in 2 minute si se adauga doar la momentul servirii. Branza halloumi prajita nu se pastreaza bine &#8212; devine cauciucoasa la rece, asa ca este recomandat sa o prajesti proaspat de fiecare data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ai ramas cu salata asamblata, o poti pastra la frigider maximum 1 zi, intr-un recipient acoperit, dar frunzele se vor vesteji partial din cauza dressing-ului. In acest caz, lasa dressing-ul separat si adauga-l doar inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac salatele consistente si nutritive, te invit sa explorezi si alte
