In caz ca esti in cautarea unor retete noi, in aceasta lista vei gasi 10 retete de checuri rapide. Toate retetele de mai jos sunt delicioase si foarte usor de facut!<\/em><\/p>

Checuri… ce poate fi mai usor pe lumea asta?! Probabil ca nimic!<\/p>

Imi plac la nebunie checurile! Imi plac pentru ca sunt gata imediat, necesita 0 efort si sunt extrem de usor de customizat si adaptat la proprille gusturi. De orice aroma ai avea pofta, cu siguranta exista o reteta de chec pentru asta – si daca nu, o poti adapta tu. Ciocolata<\/a><\/strong>, fructe proaspete, gem, fructe uscate, fulgi de cocos, nuci crocante, vanilie<\/a><\/strong>, rom si muuulte altele.<\/p>

Am fost dintotdeauna un mare fan al checurilor, inca de cand eram mica. Imi aduc aminte ca o obisnuiam sa o rog pe bunica mea sa-mi faca checul meu preferat (chec marmorat cu cacao, desigur) aproape in fiecare weekend. Mereu mi s-a parut ca nu are cum sa fie ASA de usor sa faci chec, avand in vedere cat de bun este, dar dupa ce am aflat reteta pas cu pas, am devenit chiar si mai atrasa de acest desert!<\/p>

Si da, se pot face retete de checuri vegane fara probleme, iar rezultatul va fi la fel de pufos si delicios precum varianta originala.<\/p>

Ah, inainte sa uit – v-am mai spus cumva ca exista si optiuni de checuri sarate? Da, da, e adevarat! Puteti face checuri sarate cu multe lucruri, de la cimbru si pana la masline<\/a><\/strong>, rosii uscate si altele. Am vreo doua exemple si in lista mea de mai jos, dar bineinteles ca posibilitatile sunt nelimitate. Asta asa, ca sa stiti ca exista si o alternativa pentru cei ce nu prefera dulciurile sau checurile obisnuite! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

Nu stiu despre voi, dar, inca de cand eram mica, la toate ocaziile speciale si zilele de nastere din familia mea exista cel putin un chec. Indiferent daca era Craciun<\/a><\/strong>, Revelion<\/a><\/strong>, ziua mea sau orice alta aniversare, checul era nelipsit. Si, bineinteles, nu mai ramanea nici urma de el pana la finalul serii.<\/p>

Pe langa faptul ca sunt simple si usor de customizat, checurile sunt si ieftine. Ai nevoie doar de cateva oua, niste ulei de floarea-soarelui, faina si cam cat zahar doresti sa pui. Iar daca faci un chec vegan, nici aici nu se complica foarte tare lucrurile; cateva ingrediente comune ar fi unt vegan<\/a><\/strong>, iaurt vegan<\/a><\/strong>, lapte vegetal<\/a><\/strong>, ulei vegetal, zahar etc.<\/p>

Asadar, daca nu ai prea mult timp sau prea multi bani la dispozitie, cateva retete de checuri bine alese te pot salva foarte usor, indiferent daca este vorba de o zi “normala” sau o ocazie speciala. O idee foarte buna ar fi sa pregatiti retete de checuri cu fructe in functie de sezon. Cu fructe proaspete, desigur. De exemplu chec cu cirese<\/a><\/strong> sau visine pe timpul verii. Chec cu portocale<\/a><\/strong> iarna. Chec cu coacaze in mijlocul toamnei. Mereu este o idee buna sa ne bucuram de fructele proaspete de sezon; iar daca avem prea multe, un desert cu ele e solutia perfecta. <\/p>

Acestea fiind spuse, sunt sigura ca sunteti deja entuziasmati sa incercati o noua reteta de chec astazi. Daca am dreptate, atunci va invit sa aruncati o privire pe lista mea de mai jos si sa va alegeti preferata. Indiferent daca va plac piersicile, scortisoara, ciocolata, fructele de padure sau fructele uscate, sunt 100% sigura ca veti gasi ceva pe placul vostru.<\/p>

Tot ce trebuie sa faceti pentru a accesa fiecare dintre aceste retete este sa dati click pe titluri sau pe butoane. In rest, eu va urez spor la gatit!<\/p>
