Vestea buna este ca orezul basmati se gaseste cam peste tot in ziua de azi. Este pufos, este delicios si, mai presus de toate, este foarte usor de gatit daca folositi tehnica potrivita!<\/p><p>Mai jos veti gasi toate informatiile si sfaturile mele despre cum sa gatesti orezul basmati perfect de fiecare data!<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce cantitate de apa este nevoie pentru orezul basmati?<\/h2><p>Raportul ideal de apa-versus-orez este de 1 : 1.5. Ceea ce inseamna ca pentru fiecare cana de orez, este nevoie de o cana si jumatate de apa. Sau 200ml de apa pentru 100g de orez. Simplu si usor de tinut minte!<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cat de mult trebuie inmuiat orezul basmati inainte de fierbere?<\/h2><p>Inmuierea orezului basmati in apa rece este un pas optional, dar util daca vreti rezultate perfecte. Puteti lasa orezul in apa rece intre 30 de minute si 2 ore pentru a scapa de amidonul in exces si pentru a grabi absorbtia apei. Trebuie doar sa tineti minte sa reduceti cantitatea de apa cu 2-3 linguri atunci cand orezul este inmuiat in prealabil.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum sa gatesti orezul basmati<\/h2><p>Acum haideti sa trecem la cea mai importanta si interesanta parte! Iata toti pasii pe care trebuie sa ii urmati pentru a gati orezul basmati perfect de fiecare data:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adauga orezul si apa (in cantitatea de 1:1.5 mentionata mai sus) intr-o cratita de marime medie, pe foc mediu;<\/li>\n\n<li>Adu la fierbere pana cand apa face bule;<\/li>\n\n<li>Redu focul la mediu spre mic si pune capacul;<\/li>\n\n<li>Gateste timp de 12 minute pentru o cana de orez sau 13 minute pentru doua cani (sau orice alt timp este indicat pe ambalajul orezului);<\/li>\n\n<li>Opreste focul, ia oala de pe aragaz si lasa orezul la &#8220;odihnit&#8221; timp de 10 minute;<\/li>\n\n<li>Afaneaza-l pentru a deveni pufos si nelipicios;<\/li>\n\n<li>Serveste!<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturile mele<\/h2><p>Inainte sa trecem la doza de inspiratie prin retete, veti gasi mai jos sfaturile mele care va vor ajuta sa obtineti un orez perfect pufos de fiecare data. Toate sfaturile de mai jos sunt usor de urmat si nu vor da gres niciodata. Eu le-am invatat cu greu, de-a lungul timpului, in timp ce am experimentat cu gatirea acestui tip de orez:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>NU CLATI OREZUL LA FINAL! <\/strong>Daca folosesti cantitatea corecta de apa, acest pas nu va fi deloc necesar. Ba mai mult, clatirea orezului il va face apos;<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Nu lua capacul <\/strong>in timp ce orezul este pe foc. Oricat de curioasa ai fi, capacul tine aburul in cratita, un element foarte important in tehnica de gatire a orezului basmati;<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste cele 10 minute de &#8220;repaos&#8221;. <\/strong>Dupa ce oprim focul, orezul trebuie lasat sa se &#8220;odihneasca&#8221; 10 minute inainte de a fi afanat si servit. Astfel, ne asiguram ca nu este lipicios sau cu textura de terci;<\/li>\n\n<li>Daca se poate, <strong>folositi o paleta de silicon <\/strong>pentru a afana orezul in loc de furculita. Paleta de silicon este mult mai &#8220;blanda&#8221; cu boabele de orez, ceea ce inseamna ca nu se vor rupe;<\/li>\n\n<li>Asigurati-va ca <strong>focul nu este dat prea tare<\/strong>. In caz contrar, orezul se va lipi de fundul oalei si se va arde.<\/li><\/ul><p>Acum ca stiti tot ce este nevoie despre gatirea orezului basmati, cred ca cel mai oportun lucru de facut este sa testati informatiile dobandite prin cateva retete bine alese. Credeti-ma, procesul de gatire al acestui tip de orez este foarte simplu de fapt si, odata ce veti incerca de 2-3 ori, o sa va iasa perfect de fiecare data!<\/p><p>Mai jos veti gasi selectia mea de retete vegane simple, rapide si delicioase ce contin orez basmati sau se servesc cu acest orez drept garnitura. De la retete indiene si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-mexicana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mexicane<\/a><\/strong> si pana la cateva tocanite absolut gustoase, sunt absolut convinsa ca veti gasi ceva pe placul vostru printre cele 10 retete de mai jos.<\/p><p>Tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa dati click pe butoane sau titluri pentru a accesa fiecare dintre retetele de mai jos.
