Mananc intr-o foarte mare proportie vegan, e adevarat, insa consum oua si uneori lactate, si destul de rar mananc si peste sau fructe de mare. Pentru mine aceasta dieta este cea mai potrivita. <\/p><p>Sper sa va ajute aceasta serie. Daca aveti intrebari, va raspund cu drag! De asemenea, sa imi spuneti daca vreti sa adaug si informatii nutritionale pentru retetele din seria asta. Lasati un comentariu mai jos. \ud83d\ude42 <\/p><p>Asadar, incep seria cu ce am mancat ieri. Tin sa precizez ca atat eu cat si Costin suntem la &#8220;dieta&#8221; in aceasta perioada, deoarece am inceput sa facem sport. Necesarul proteic fiind mai mare, veti vedea multe retete bogate in proteine. Pe langa ce vedeti in acest meniu, el mai suplimenteaza si cu shake-uri proteice sau cu fulgi de soia cu lapte vegetal la micul dejun. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mic dejun<\/h2><p>Am inceput ziua cu un mic dejun rapid format din doua felii crocante de orez brun expandat (le recomand pe cele de la Rice up! &#8211; sunt foarte gustoase) pe care am pus jumatate de avocado pasat si 25g de branza telemea de capra. Asa ca am facut o supa clara, simpla, cu legume si mult patrunjel tocat. Se face super rapid. Am pus o punga de 450g de legume congelate pentru supa\/ciorba la fiert, alaturi de 6 cubulete bio pentru supa de legume. Le-am dat in clocot si apoi am adaugat mult patrunjel tocat. E excelenta.
