Pe cat e de simplu, pe atat e de delicios si este foarte ok chiar si pentru cei care au grija de aportul caloric. Estimat, totalul caloric e in jur de 380-400kcal. Cum va spusesem anterior, sunt intr-o perioada in care am mai multa grija la ceea ce mananc si aleg alimente mai bogate proteic. Acesta este un mic dejun bogat in proteine, rapid si foarte satisfacator.<\/p><p>Consum rar paine, asa ca de obicei cumpar o paine de la Vel Pitar &#8211; Grau Intreg (mi se pare cea mai ok paine feliata din comert) pe care o tin la frigider ca sa nu se strice. In doi, ne tine cam 2 saptamani la ritmul nostru de consum. Am folosit <strong>o singura felie de paine integrala<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Deoarece am dat o fuga la Lidl ieri si nu am rezistat la raionul de branzeturi, am luat si niste felii de Gouda, Maasdam si Cheddar. Pentru acest toast, am folosit <strong>jumatate de felie de Cheddar si jumatate de Maasdam<\/strong>. Le-am pus pur si simplu peste felia de paine si le-am bagat la cuptor pentru cateva minute, pe functia de grill cu convectie. <\/p><p>Pe langa am prajit <strong>doua oua<\/strong> eco, presarate cu putina sare si le-am servit cu putin <strong>sos harissa <\/strong>pe care l-am cumparat weekendul trecut cand am luat brunch-ul la <strong>Pickles<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Apropo, recomand acest mic restaurant cochet din zona Rosetti. Am mancat un grilled cheese sandwich cu galbiori care a fost genial si pentru prima oara am incercat castraveciorii murati prajiti. Am adaugat si o mana de legume deshidratate (Imi plac mult <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%253A\/\/vegis.ro\/condimente\/niavis\/41989-legume-deshidratate-250g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">cele de la Niavis<\/a><\/strong>). Ca sa imite carnea, am adaugat si jumatate de punga, cam 50g, de texturat de soia &#8211; noodles. Ca verdeata, mi s-a parut ca merge foarte bine cu marar tocat. I learned it the hard way. :)) De asemenea, cand sunt proaspete e bine sa decojiti si pielita de pe ele, dupa ce le desfaceti de coaja. Le-am testat pe toate 4 pana acum si toate mi-au placut in mod egal. Asa ca acum cateva zile am mai plasat o comanda la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%253A\/\/vegis.ro\/\">Vegis<\/a><\/strong> si am luat inca 4 din fiecare, ca sa am stoc. \ud83d\ude00 <\/p><p>Inspirata de culoarea rosiatica a pastelor din fasole Adzuki, am zis sa le combin cu rosii cherry si busuioc. Am avut puse la congelator niste rosii cherry deja coapte, cu usturoi, condimente si putin ulei de masline, asa ca le-am folosit pe acelea direct din punga. Puteti sa folositi si rosioare proaspete, doar sa adaugati pe langa si busuioc proaspat, usturoi feliat si putin ulei de masline. Sa le gatiti inainte pana se inmoaie si abia dupa adaugati si pastele.
