Coacerea (in loc de fierbere) concentreaza zaharurile rosiilor si da o supa profund dulce-aromata, gata in circa 40 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca urmariti blogul meu, stiti deja ca sunt mare fan al supelor, mai ales al supelor crema. Printre cele mai gustoase pe care le-am facut recent se numara aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-pastarnac\/\"><strong>supa crema de pastarnac<\/strong><\/a>, aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-avocado\/\"><strong>supa crema de avocado<\/strong><\/a> sau aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-legume\/\"><strong>supa crema de legume<\/strong><\/a>. Toate au fost satioase si gustoase, dar aceasta supa de rosii coapte cu feta este, sincer, cu totul altceva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asa s-a &#8220;nascut&#8221;: intr-una din zile, dupa ce am facut o reteta cu rosii si feta coapte impreuna, ma uitam la combinatia zemoasa care se stransese in tava, abia scoasa din cuptor. Mi-am dat seama imediat ca trebuie neaparat sa transform acel combo intr-o supa &#8212; si ma bucur asa de tare ca am incercat, pentru ca mi-a reusit. Atat. Niciun ingredient complicat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contrastul de texturi<\/strong> &#8212; supa fierbinte si cremoasa alaturi de crutoanele crocante si feta sarata e unul dintre preferatele mele.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aproape fara efort<\/strong> &#8212; pui totul in tava, dai la cuptor, apoi blenduiesti. La cumparare, alege-le bine coapte, ferme, cu coaja lucioasa si fara pete; cele mai parfumate sunt cele cu codita inca atasata, care iti spune ca sunt proaspete. Daca nu gasesti cherry, merge orice tip de rosii iti place &#8212; ideal cele bine coapte, de sezon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> &#8212; cei 6 catei se coc impreuna cu rosiile, iar caldura ii imblanzeste complet: din intepator devine dulce, untos si aromat, fara nicio urma de gust crud. Alege capatani tari, fara coltisori verzi incoltiti, care dau amareala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> &#8212; cele 3 linguri nu sunt doar pentru copt, ci aduc si corp si rotunjime supei. Foloseste un ulei extravirgin de calitate, pe care sa-ti placa gustul, pentru ca aroma lui se simte in farfurie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza feta<\/strong> &#8212; se adauga la final, taiata in cubulete, peste supa fierbinte. Sararea ei taie dulceata rosiilor si echilibreaza perfect farfuria. Cauta feta autentica, din lapte de oaie sau oaie si capra, pastrata in saramura &#8212; are gust mai bogat si textura mai cremoasa decat variantele uscate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; se pune doar la servire, niciodata in timpul coacerii sau blenduirii, ca sa-si pastreze aroma vie si culoarea. Rupe frunzele cu mana in loc sa le tai, ca sa nu se inegreasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crutoanele integrale<\/strong> &#8212; aduc crocantul care face diferenta. Contrastul dintre supa cremoasa si fierbinte si painea crocanta este unul dintre preferatele mele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coace rosiile, nu le fierbe.<\/strong> Daca visati la cea mai buna supa crema de rosii, cel mai bun sfat pe care vi-l pot da este sa coaceti rosiile inainte sa le blenduiti. Caldura uscata a cuptorului evapora apa si concentreaza aroma; fierberea, in schimb, dilueaza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste o tava ceramica de cuptor.<\/strong> Asaza rosiile intr-un singur strat, ca sa se coaca uniform si sa apuce sa se caramelizeze pe margini, nu sa se aburesca ingramadite.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca sunt gata cand<\/strong> rosiile s-au inmuiat de tot, au crapat si s-au zbarcit usor, iar in tava s-a strans un suc rosu-inchis, siropos. Acel suc e aur lichid &#8212; toarna-l tot in blender.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste strecurare.<\/strong> Dupa ce blenduiesti circa 5 minute, treci supa printr-o strecuratoare mare. Cherry raman favoritele mele pentru dulceata lor, dar rosiile inima de bou bine coapte dau si ele o supa excelenta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai multa profunzime<\/strong> &#8212; adauga un ardei rosu sau cateva felii de ceapa in tava, langa rosii, ca sa se coaca impreuna si sa dea supei un strat in plus de dulceata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; foloseste crutoane din paine fara gluten sau seminte prajite, ca sa pastrezi crocantul fara gluten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa, fara feta si crutoane, se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider 3-4 zile, intr-un recipient inchis. O incalzesti usor pe aragaz si adaugi feta si crutoanele abia in momentul servirii, ca sa ramana proaspete. Se preteaza si la congelat: toarna supa strecurata in portii, lasa-o sa se raceasca complet, apoi congeleaza pana la 3 luni si decongeleaz-o la frigider peste noapte.
