Combinatia dintre sfecla si za&#8217;atar este pur si simplu minunata, ideala pentru pranz!<\/em><\/p><p>Daca va place sfecla sub toate formele ei si sunteti in cautarea unei retete care ii va pune, in sfarsit, gustul in evidenta, ati ajuns in locul potrivit!<\/p><p>Mie-mi place foarte mult sfecla si, de cand am inceput sa gradinaresc si sa cresc fructe si legume in propria gradina, am inceput sa apreciez altfel fiecare leguma si fiecare fruct in parte. Sigur ca imi placeau toate si inainte, dar dupa ce vezi cum cresc dintr-o mica samanta si din efortul mainilor tale, simti cu totul altceva!<\/p><p>De cand imi cresc singura fructele si legumele am inceput sa fiu mult mai inspirata si caut mereu combinatii inedite, ce vor pune in valoare gustul natural al acestora. Eu am folosit sfecla rosie cilindrica si sfecla galbena. Chiar si aroma lor este putin diferita, deci veti obtine un preparat mai complex si mai interesant. <\/p><p>Doar uitati-va la culorile minunate de mai jos si spuneti-mi ca nu abia asteptati sa faceti si voi niste sfecla coapta la cuptor!<\/p><p>Eu am ales sa adaug si <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-gatesti-cartofii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">niste cartofi<\/a><\/strong> in combinatie, taiati in felii ca pentru <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cartofi-prajiti-cu-toppinguri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cartofi prajiti<\/a><\/strong>. Pentru ca sfecla este o leguma foarte dulce, cartoful va contra-balansa acest lucru si va oferi un gust echilibrat.<\/p><p><strong>Pssst! <\/strong>In caz ca nu va doriti neaparat ca aceasta reteta sa fie vegana, puteti adauga cateva felii sau cubulete de branza brie sau camembert peste sfecla si cartofi, inainte sa ii puneti la cuptor. Este un combo super bun. Il puteti folosi pentru a marina carnea (pui, peste, miel sau vita), il puteti presara deasupra aperitivelor orientale cremoase precum <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">humus<\/a><\/strong> sau <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/baba-ganoush-vinete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ganoush<\/a><\/strong> sau il puteti folosi, ca in aceasta reteta, peste legume la cuptor.<\/p><p>Bineinteles, optiunile de folosire nu se termina aici si puteti adauga za&#8217;atar in orice combinatie simtiti ca s-ar potrivi. Am amestecat sfecla (si branza brie la cuptor) cu salata verde, rosii si castraveti si a iesit o combinatie minunata &#8211; ba chiar una dintre cele mai bune salate vegetariene incercate de mine!<\/p><p>Este foarte aromata, fresh dar si reconfortanta. Mie una imi place la nebunie combinatia dintre sfecla cremoasa si cartofi! Nu simt nevoia sa mai adaug nimic!<\/p><p>Da<meta charset=\"utf-8\">r daca simtiti nevoia sa mai puneti ceva deasup<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ra, va <meta charset=\"utf-8\">recomand o combinatie int<meta charset=\"utf-8\">re <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smantana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smantana<\/a><\/strong> (vegana sau lactata, dupa caz) si ie<meta charset=\"utf-8\">rbu<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ri p<meta charset=\"utf-8\">roaspete cum a<meta charset=\"utf-8\">r fi pat<meta charset=\"utf-8\">runjel sau ma<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ra<meta charset=\"utf-8\">r. Apoi punem ulei de masline deasup<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ra si p<meta charset=\"utf-8\">resa<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ram za&#8217;ata<meta charset=\"utf-8\">r din plin si lasam cupto<meta charset=\"utf-8\">rul sa faca toata t<meta charset=\"utf-8\">reaba. Si gata!<\/p><p>Cam cat de bine suna acest luc<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ru? Chia<meta charset=\"utf-8\">r mi se pa<meta charset=\"utf-8\">re ca aceasta <meta charset=\"utf-8\">reteta este sanatoasa si f<meta charset=\"utf-8\">resh si me<meta charset=\"utf-8\">rge de minune pent<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ru p<meta charset=\"utf-8\">ranz, chia<meta charset=\"utf-8\">r si in timpul saptamanii.
