{"id":182045,"date":"2021-12-31T12:34:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-31T10:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/?p=182045"},"modified":"2026-06-09T12:42:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T10:42:42","slug":"paste-cu-salsa-de-trufe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-cu-salsa-de-trufe\/","title":{"rendered":"Paste cu salsa de trufe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastele cu salsa de trufe sunt un fel de mancare vegetarian gata in aproximativ 30 de minute, in care tagliatelle cu trufe se amesteca cu o salsa cremoasa de trufe facuta in casa din ciuperci champignon brune, ulei aromatizat cu trufe, ceapa, usturoi si cimbru. Sosul final se leaga cu smantana vegetala si parmezan ras pentru o aroma intensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trufele se numara printre ingredientele mele preferate. Imi plac pentru ca sunt foarte aromate (asta daca stii de unde sa le cumperi) si pentru ca au puterea de a transforma un fel de mancare simplu, cum ar fi niste paste fierte, intr-o delicatesa demna de meniul unui restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta aceasta a luat nastere intr-o zi cand aveam pofta mare de ceva cu trufe. Aveam o punga de tagliatelle proaspete cu trufe de la magazin, asa ca m-am pus pe facut o salsa de trufe de la zero, din ciuperci si ulei aromatizat. salsa din ciuperci si ulei aromatizat da gustul bogat de trufe, fara costul trufelor proaspete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gata in circa 30 de minute<\/strong> &#8212; cat fierb pastele, salsa se caleste si se mixeaza, asa ca totul se incadreaza intr-o jumatate de ora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cremoasa fara lactate grele<\/strong> &#8212; smantana vegetala de orez sau soia leaga sosul si il face fin, fara sa fie greoi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salsa pentru mai multe mese<\/strong> &#8212; la o portie de paste folosesti doar 4-5 linguri de salsa, deci ramane suficienta pentru alte retete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ingrediente accesibile<\/strong> &#8212; pentru aroma maxima folosesc tagliatelle care au deja bucatele de trufe in compozitie. Merg si tagliatelle normale, dar gustul nu va fi la fel de intens. Ai nevoie de circa 200 g pentru doua portii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciuperci champignon brune<\/strong> &#8212; sunt baza salsei, in locul bucatilor de trufa. Folosesc 500 g, curatate si taiate felii. Ciupercile brune au un gust mai pamantiu si se potrivesc foarte bine cu trufele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei aromatizat cu trufe<\/strong> &#8212; aici sta tot secretul. Multe uleiuri de trufe sunt aproape fara gust, asa ca alege unul de calitate, cu aroma reala. Se adauga 5 linguri in salsa, dupa ce ciupercile sunt calite si mixate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana vegetala de orez sau soia<\/strong> &#8212; leaga sosul de paste si il face cremos. Folosesc 200 ml de smantana vegetala, dar merge si smantana lichida obisnuita daca preferi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmezan ras<\/strong> &#8212; adauga gustul sarat si umami al sosului. Sunt 50 g in reteta, plus inca putin ras deasupra la servire. Aceasta este ingredientul care face reteta vegetariana, nu vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unt, ceapa, usturoi, cimbru si vin alb<\/strong> &#8212; baza aromata a salsei. Aroma de trufe este delicata si nu suporta caldura prelungita.<\/li>\n<li>Foloseste doar 4-5 linguri de salsa la o portie de paste.
