La final, fulgii de ceapa prajita aduc nota crocanta care face diferenta. Din acest motiv nu veti vedea poze profesionale in acest articol, cu lumini de studio sau plating special, cum fac de obicei. In schimb, veti vedea fotografii simple, facute cu telefonul chiar inainte sa ne asezam la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cam asa e viata reala, pana la urma \ud83d\ude42 &#8212; pregatesc mancare intre sesiuni de lucrat si, daca imi iese suficient de bine, impartasesc retetele si cu voi aici pe blog. Vremea aici este foarte rece, cu mult vant si soare ocazional; de obicei am treaba prin curte si gradina aproape zilnic, asa ca nu am de ales decat sa petrec destul de mult timp afara, in frig. Cam asta a fost &#8220;inspiratia&#8221; mea si pentru aceasta reteta &#8212; ceva cald, cremos si gata repede. Mazarea se numara oricum printre ingredientele mele preferate, pentru ca este versatila, gustoasa si bogata in proteine: 100 g de mazare verde contine 5 grame de proteine, ceea ce este destul de mult!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mazarea verde congelata<\/strong> este eroina retetei. Folosesc 1 kg de mazare decongelata in prealabil, fiindca asa se gateste uniform si rapid. Puteti folosi si mazare direct din congelator, trebuie doar sa tineti minte ca timpul de gatire va fi mai mare. Un detaliu care conteaza: mazarea tanara, mica si pre-fiarta se face foarte repede, in timp ce una mai mare cere cateva minute in plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smantana de gatit din soia<\/strong> (eu folosesc Alpro Cuisine Soya) este cea care transforma mancarea intr-una cremoasa, fara lactate. Spre deosebire de smantana clasica, cea pe baza de soia nu se taie la caldura, asa ca o puteti adauga linistit in tigaie. Adaugati-o spre final, dupa ce mazarea s-a gatit, ca sa pastreze textura catifelata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul pisat<\/strong>, sotat in ulei de masline la inceput, este baza de aroma. Patru catei pot parea multi, dar gustul lui se imblanzeste cand este gatit, asa ca nu domina. Pe langa el adaug si <strong>praf de usturoi si praf de ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; cate o lingurita din fiecare &#8212; pentru un strat de aroma rotund, care sustine ceapa prajita de la final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mararul si cimbrul proaspat<\/strong> aduc prospetimea. Eu de obicei adaug multa verdeata mancarurilor, dar e doar o preferinta personala &#8212; folositi cat de mult vreti. Cimbrul se pune dupa gust si merge sotat scurt, ca sa-si elibereze uleiurile aromate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de ceapa prajita<\/strong> sunt nota care face mancarea memorabila. Mi-am dat seama la un moment dat ca mancarica aceasta cremoasa are nevoie de un plus de textura, iar cei 100 g de fulgi crocanti rezolva exact asta. Daca o folositi direct din congelator, mariti timpul si verificati ca este moale inainte sa o luati de pe foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sotati usturoiul, nu il ardeti.<\/strong> Adaugati-l in uleiul incins doar pana devine parfumat. Usturoiul ars amaraste toata mancarea, asa ca tineti focul la mediu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cele 60 ml de apa cu capacul pus<\/strong> creeaza abur care fragezeste mazarea fara sa o prajeasca. Stiti ca este gata cand bobul cedeaza usor sub furculita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smantana intra spre final.<\/strong> O adaugati impreuna cu ierburile si condimentele, apoi mai lasati 5 minute. Cel mai des o pun langa niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-mazare-chiftelute-vegetale\/\">chiftelute vegetale<\/a>, care completeaza textura cremoasa cu ceva consistent si satios. Daca vreti o masa rapida la pachet, se potriveste si printre <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-pranz-pachet\/\">retetele de pranz la pachet<\/a>. Iar daca v-a placut combinatia cu usturoi, aruncati o privire si peste celelalte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-usturoi\/\">retete cu usturoi<\/a> de pe blog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un mic secret de-al meu: fulgii de ceapa prajita nu sunt buni doar aici. Ii folosesc, de exemplu, atunci cand prepar hot dog vegan &#8212; presar niste fulgi deasupra dupa ce adaug sosurile. Nu uitati ce va spun mereu: nu va fie teama sa experimentati si sa adaptati retetele dupa propriul plac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mancarea de mazare se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Singura recomandare: adaugati fulgii de ceapa prajita abia in farfurie, la servire, fiindca cei amestecati in mancare se vor inmuia peste noapte. Cand o reincalziti, faceti-o la foc mic si, daca sosul s-a ingrosat, adaugati o lingura-doua de apa ca sa redevina cremos. Nu recomand congelarea &#8212; mazarea deja gatita si sosul cremos isi pierd textura dupa decongelare.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-182737\"
