Intre sesiuni de munca la laptop si treaba prin casa si in gradina, abia ce am apucat sa gatesc ceva pentru pranz. Asa ca m-am intors la una dintre marile mele iubiri: orzo! Acum am reinceput sa prepar feluri de mancare cu orzo si, sincera sa fiu, imi place mult. Dupa parerea mea, acest orzo cremos cu chiftelute vegetale este un fel de mancare perfect pentru iarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este orzo si de ce merge atat de bine aici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orzo face parte din categoria de paste de foarte mici dimensiuni, ce este folosita de obicei in supe, dar nu numai. Forma lui mica, ca de bob de orez, este si motivul pentru care functioneaza atat de bine intr-o garnitura cremoasa. Puteti folosi orzo pentru a pregati o garnitura cremoasa, cum am facut eu aici, sau chiar un fel principal consistent. Pentru ca este o pasta din gris de grau dur, orzo elibereaza amidon pe masura ce fierbe, iar acel amidon este cel care leaga lichidul si da textura cremoasa, fara sa fie nevoie de faina sau de alti agenti de ingrosare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie si ce sa cauti la cumparaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista este scurta, asa ca fiecare ingredient conteaza. Iata la ce sa fii atent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orzo<\/strong> &#8212; 200 g sunt suficiente pentru aceasta cantitate de lichid. Cauta-l la raionul de paste; arata ca niste boabe de orez putin mai mari.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smantana de gatit din soia<\/strong> &#8212; eu am folosit Alpro Cuisine. Este partea care aduce cremozitatea finala; orice smantana de gatit vegetala neutra functioneaza la fel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rosii zdrobite la conserva<\/strong> &#8212; 200 g dau aciditatea si culoarea sosului. Alege un sortiment fara zahar adaugat, pentru un gust curat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vin alb sec<\/strong> &#8212; 50 ml. Poti adauga si putin vin, cum am facut si eu, pentru profunzime de gust; alternativ il poti inlocui cu apa sau cu stock de legume.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Busuioc<\/strong> &#8212; proaspat sau uscat, dupa gust. Se potriveste perfect cu rosiile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chiftelute vegetale Naturli<\/strong> &#8212; 8 bucati, coapte separat la cuptor. Cheia sta in cateva detalii simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Caleste orzo un minut in ulei<\/strong> inainte sa adaugi lichidele. Acel minut de prajire pe foc mediu, amestecand constant, inveleste boabele in grasime si scoate o nota usor de nuca, exact ca la risotto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amesteca des in timpul fierberii.<\/strong> Asigura-te ca amesteci constant cele 10 minute de gatit la foc mic, ca sa nu se lipeasca orzo de fundul tigaii si ca amidonul sa se distribuie uniform in sos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opreste-te cand lichidul este aproape absorbit.<\/strong> Orzo trebuie sa ramana cremos, nu uscat. Daca se ingroasa prea tare, mai adauga cateva linguri de apa fierbinte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coace chiftelutele separat.<\/strong> Pune-le congelate pe o tava si coace-le 15 minute la 200C, ca sa ramana crocante pe dinafara, apoi aseaza-le deasupra la servire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru ca eram un pic pe fuga, am decis sa nu pierd timp si am ales chiftelutele gata facute. Daca ti-a placut combinatia de paste mici cu sos cremos, ai putea incerca si acest <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/sos-cremos-de-paste-cu-dovleac\/\">sos cremos de paste cu dovleac<\/a> sau, pentru o seara cu mai mult timp la dispozitie, un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/risotto-cu-rosii-coapte\/\">risotto cu rosii coapte<\/a> care merge pe aceeasi nota de rosii si cremozitate. Tine chiftelutele separat daca poti, pentru ca ele isi pierd din crocant in contact cu sosul peste noapte. La reincalzire, orzo tinde sa se ingroase pentru ca amidonul continua sa absoarba lichid, asa ca adauga cateva linguri de apa sau de smantana de gatit vegetala si incalzeste-l la foc mic, amestecand, pana redevine cremos.
