Acestia se impart in cinci grupe si anume&nbsp;fructani, galacto-oligozaharide, lactoza , fructoza in exces si poliolii.<\/p>\n<p>FODMAP nu sunt ca alti carbohidrati, ei se regasesc intr-o gama larga de alimente precum ceapa, usturoiul, ciupercile, merele, lintea, secara si laptele. Problema este rata de absorbtie foarte scazuta a acestor zaharuri, pentru ca odata ce trec de intestinul subtire si ajung in colon, acestea fermenteaza. Astfel se produc gaze care, in cazul unui intestin sensibil, genereaza balonare, flatulenta si durere. Totodata lichidul din colon incepe sa se miste ducand la diaree sau constipatie sau chiar ambele. Persoanele cu sindromul intestinului iritabil se confrunta cu numeroase probleme provocate de acestea.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sa privim mai atent la ce inseamna dieta low FODMAP:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fermentabil<\/strong> \u2013 asta inseamna ca sunt descompuse de bacterii in intestinul gros<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oligozaharide<\/strong> \u2013 \u201coligo\u201d inseamna \u201ccateva\u201d si \u201czaharide\u201d inseamna zahar. Argumentul principal pentru adoptarea acestei diete este necesitatea rezolvarii problemelor digestive, dar a fost dovedit prin numeroase studii, ca aceasta dieta ajuta si in tratamentul altor afectiuni. Aceasta insa nu este o solutie permanenta pentru ca la un moment dat va trebui sa le reintroduceti in dieta, deoarece exista riscul instalarii malnutritiei, care poate avea efecte dezastruoase asupra sanatatii.<\/p>\n<p>Reducerea continutului de alimente FODMAP dintr-odata ofera posibilitatea bacteriilor din intestine sa corecteze orice dezechilibru si astfel sa se vindece intestinul. De retinut este ca o dieta low FODMAP este diferita de dieta care elimina toate alimentele FODMAP din meniul zilnic. Se recomanda sa se treaca la&nbsp; o dieta de reducere a cantitatii si nu de eliminare totala a acestor alimente.<\/p>\n<h2>Ce presupune dieta low FODMAP?<\/h2>\n<p>Inainte de a incepe aceasta dieta este indicat sa consultati un dietetician experimentat care sa cunoasca ambele etape ale dietei FODMAP, deoarece aceasta intoleranta spre deosebire de alte afectiuni are o cauza unica si de aceea tratamentul trebuie personalizat. Nu exista o formula standard de aplicare a aceste diete ci modelul nutritional trebuie croit in functie de particularitatile cazului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa analizam cele doua etape:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Etapa1<\/strong><br \/>\nAceasta este prima faza a dietei care presupune eliminarea acelor alimente etichetate ca FODMAP si care dureaza intre 4 si 6 saptamani. Dieteticianul identifica alimentele potrivite si sugereaza alte alimente alternative pentru ca dieta sa fie completa din punct de vedere nutritional. Simptomele sunt urmarite in toata aceasta perioada si in functie de acestea se recomanda trecerea la etapa 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Etapa 2<\/strong><br \/>\nIn etapa a 2-a alimentele care au fost restrictionate in prima etapa, sunt introduse gradual. In aceasta etapa sunt identificate acele alimente ce pot fi tolerate si se stabileste dieta pe termen lung. Este important sa intelegem care alimente sunt acceptate de organism astfel incat sa beneficiem de proprietatile prebiotice ale acestora&nbsp; si dieta sa nu fie prea restrictiva.<\/p>\n<p>Dieteticianul ofera o indrumare in ceea ce priveste procesul de reintroducere a alimentelor in dieta pentru diversificarea acesteia si minimizarea simptomelor neplacute. Pentru vegetarieni problema este mult mai complicata. Unul dintre motivele pentru care aceasta dieta poate fi o adevarata provocare, pentru cei care nu consuma carne, este ca dieta presupune eliminarea fasolei, aceasta fiind principala sursa de proteine pentru vegetarieni. Fasolea nu este digerata complet si creeaza discomfort abdominal multor persoane.<\/p>\n<p>Nu in ultimul rand, este important sa oferim organismului suficienti nutrienti in ciuda restrictiilor alimentare. Vegetarienii trebuie sa aiba grija sa se asigure ca nu au un deficit de proteine, fier si calciu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iata cateva sfaturi care ii pot ajuta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lintea<\/strong> in special lintea la conserva este usor digerabila si poate fi consumata in dieta cu continut scazut de FODMAP. Consumati-le cu paine prajita fara gluten sau sub forma de omleta.<\/li>\n<li>O alta sursa de proteine, in cazul in care nu consumati oua, ar fi<strong> lactatele<\/strong> care reprezinta o sursa bogata de proteine si calciu. Daca nu tolerati lactoza, exista si alte variante fara lactoza. Scopul este sa consumati 3 portii pe zi (1 cana de lapte, 2 felii de paine cu branza sau un iaurt mic).<\/li>\n<li>Pe de alta parte, daca nu consumati lapte puteti incerca<strong> laptele de orez sau migdale<\/strong>. Trebuie doar sa va asigurati ca respectati planul pe care vi l-a dat dieteticianul si asigurati-va ca acesta are cel putin 150 mg la 250 ml. Aceste tipuri de lapte sunt sarace in proteine dar pot fi o buna sursa de calciu pentru vegetarieni.<\/li>\n<li>Un alt mod in care ati putea sa suplimentati proteinele din dieta si sa asigurati cantitatea optima de grasimi sanatoase este acela de a manca <strong>nuci, migdale, nuci de Brazilia sau nuci pecan<\/strong>. Nu eliminati continutul de grasimi din dieta deoarece grasimea este unul dintre substantele nutritive esentiale si in lipsa acestora va veti confrunta cu o stare de oboseala cronica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Evitati capcanele dietei low FODMAP<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>V-ati gandit sa incercati dieta FODMAP sau deja ati inceput-o? Daca v-ati decis sa o incercati, asigurati-va ca evitati aceste capcane des intalnite ale dietei cu un continut scazut de FODMAP :<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Evitarea unui consult medical<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Asa cum am mentionat mai sus, este o greseala sa adoptati aceasta dieta fara un consult de specialitate. Nu va auto-diagnosticati ca avand sindromul intestinului iritabil. Consultati un doctor si discutati despre simptome, diagnostic si tratament. Daca este necesar consultati un gastroenterolog. Odata ce este confirmat diagnosticul, cautati un dietetician cu experienta in dieta low FODMAP.<\/p>\n<p>Uneori, aceasta dieta nu este potrivita acelor persoane cu o alimentatie deficitara. De aceea este cu atat mai important sa consultati un dietetician. Daca incepeti aceasta dieta pe cont propriu, aceasta ar putea avea un impact sever asupra sanatatii dumneavoastra. Daca exista alimente pe care nu le puteti manca din cauza altor afectiuni medicale sau a preferintelor alimentare veti avea nevoie de ajutor suplimentar pentru a va asigura&nbsp; necesarul de nutrienti .<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nu schimbati totul in acealsi timp<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Multi oameni fac greseala de a schimba totul dintr-o data. De exemplu, oligozaharidele sunt continute in soia sau grau si ar trebui evitate la o dieta low FODMAP. Anumite alimente de grau sau soia sunt totusi&nbsp; potrivite in aceasta dieta&nbsp; datorita metodelor de&nbsp; procesare care reduc oligozaharidele.
