In caz ca esti in cautare de retete de Paste pentru masa de pranz, in aceasta lista vei gasi 10+ propuneri gustoase si usor de facut! Perfecte pentru a sarbatori alaturi de familie!<\/em><\/p>

Pastele se apropie cu pasi repezi<\/a><\/strong> si, la fel ca in fiecare an, sunt foarte entuziasmata sa creez un meniu delicios si de data asta!<\/p>

Sunt deja multi ani la rand de cand gatesc un meniu exclusiv vegetarian<\/a><\/strong> (uneori chiar vegan<\/a><\/strong>!) de Paste. Da, le gatesc in aceeasi maniera si prietenilor si membrilor familiei care vin in vizita, nu doar pentru mine si sotul meu – si fiecare dintre ei se pare ca a apreciat acest lucru pana acum. De la aperitive<\/a><\/strong> si pana la felul principal sau garnituri. <\/p>

In fiecare an imi place sa vin cu idei noi si sa creez o combinatie de meniu diferita de fiecare data, pentru ca nu-mi place sa ma repet. Bineinteles ca am anumite elemente pe care le repet mai des, dar felul principal incerc sa il fac mereu macar putin diferit. Ar fi si pacat la cat de multe retete bune exista pe lumea asta! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

In caz ca v-ati dorit si voi sa pregatiti un meniu de Paste vegetarian dar mereu v-a fost “teama” de reactii sau de faptul ca, poate, invitatilor li se va parea absurda initiativa sau chiar ca se vor plange de lipsa carnii, va indemn sa va ganditi din nou!<\/p>

In ziua de azi putem gasi nenumarate retete si inlocuitori vegani pentru absolut orice reteta din lume. Da, putem face si miel vegan, chiar daca sunt absolut nebunesc! Valabil si pentru aripioare, burgeri sau orice altceva. Daca stam sa ne gandim mai bine, poate fi chiar un fel de “joc” distractiv sa incerci sa gasesi un inlocuitor vegan pentru felurile de mancare clasice de sarbatoare. Si s-ar putea sa fie chiar si mai distractiv sa ii rogi pe cei prezenti la masa sa ghiceasca ce ingrediente ai folosit in locul celor clasice! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

Veti vedea in scurt timp ca, pentru majoritatea, lipsa carnii nu va mai fi o problema daca le veti prezenta un fel de mancare gustos. Si, dupa cum spuneam, aveti atat de multe optiuni din care alege.<\/p>

Daca va simtiti complesiti de aceasta alegere sau daca nu aveti pic de inspiratie pentru meniul de Paste de anul acesta, lista de mai jos va fi un real ajutor. Am pus laolalta un combo de mai mult de 10 retete de Paste pentru masa de pranz din care puteti alege.<\/p>

Veti gasi mai jos retete de Paste pentru toate gusturile, care va vor ajuta sa pregatiti un pranz special, sanatos si gustos. De la retete clasice transformate in retete vegetariene cum ar fi sarmale, oua umplute cu avocado sau icre din amarant si pana la garnituri speciale precum niste cartofi<\/a><\/strong> hasselback cu sos delicios<\/a><\/strong>. Am pregatit si optiuni mai “neortodoxe” sau neasteptate pentru cei carora nu le place neaparat mancarea traditionale – acestia pot incerca o reteta de gnocchi in schimb.<\/p>

Unul dintre cele mai bune sfaturi pe care vi le pot oferi cand vine vorba de sarbatori petrecute in familie (cand vine vorba de mancare, desigur), este sa nu va fie teama sa experimentati si sa ii implicati si pe cei invitati la masa. Credeti-ma, toti invitatii vor aprecia o mica prezentare a felurilor de mancare, a ingredientelor folosite si motivul din spatele acestor alegeri. Cine stie, poate acest lucru ii va inspira si pe ceilalti sa manance mai sanatos si sa inteleaga faptul ca un fel de viata vegetarian sau vegan nu este chiar atat de ciudat si neobisnuit. Merita sa incercati! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

In cel mai rau caz, vor pleca acasa cu burta plina, gandindu-se ca au mancat chiar bine, chiar daca nu vor repeta experienta si la ei acasa.<\/p>

Acestea fiind spuse, sper ca veti gasi macar putina inspiratie in lista de retete de Paste pentru pranz pe care v-am pregatit-o mai jos. Am incercat sa combin retete cat mai diverse, dar usor de facut in acelasi. Eu zic ca toate sunt absolut delicioase.<\/p>
