Ii poti&nbsp;folosi in retete sarate, precum aceasta retete da cartofi dulci prajiti la cuptor sau in diverse <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mancare-de-conopida-si-cartof-dulce\/\"><strong>mancaruri<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supe,<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/burger-vegetarian-cu-linte-cartof-dulce\/\">burgeri<\/a><\/strong>, sau&nbsp;poti face chiar si deserturi cu ei!<\/p><p>Cartofii dulci sunt si o sursa bogata de vitamine si minerale, iar daca ii gatiti cu tot cu coaja, au si un aport considerabil de fibre! De asemenea, acestia au numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate si ar trebui sa ii consumam mai des.\u00a0Cartofii dulci au un indice glicemic scazut, asadar episoadele de scadere brusca a glicemiei vor fi de domeniul trecutului! Se pot prepara in varii forme, insa preferata mea ramane de departe aceasta reteta! I-am mai incercat in burgeri, tocanite, supe&nbsp;(linkurile mai sus) si abia astept sa ii incerc si in deserturi!<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se fac cartofii dulci prajiti la cuptor<\/h2><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Foarte usor! Se fac la fel ca si cartofii normali\u00a0prajiti la cuptor. Nici macar nu e nevoie sa ii curatati de coaja, desi eu in reteta de mai jos i-am curatat, prietenul meu preferandu-i asa. Sunt multe variante pe care le puteti incerca, preferatul meu fiind cel cu\u00a0usturoi\u00a0pudra + boia afumata + sare + piper. Preferatele mele sunt aioli vegan, tahini amestecat cu suc de lamaie si un catel de usturoi pisat, maioneza vegana, mujdei de usturoi, si nu in ultimul rand, guacamole! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Mereu adaug si <a href=\"\/\/event.2performant.com\/events\/click?ad_type=quicklink&amp;aff_code=534e1509b&amp;unique=861f9e301&amp;redirect_to=https%3A\/\/vegis.ro\/alimentare-condimente-sare\/sanovita\/4626-fulgi-de-drojdie-uscata-inactiva-100g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>fulgi de drojdie inactiva<\/strong><\/a> peste ei.
