Aveam nevoie urgenta de acest lucru. In ultima vreme eram deosebit de capricioasa, super stresata si totul ma enerva. Asa ca m-am gandit ca o cura de detoxifiere ma va ajuta sa scap de toare acestea. Auzisem de dieta macrobiotica si m-am decis sa fac o incercare. Bineinteles ca la inceput am fost putin sceptica pentru ca am considerat ca cerealele nu sunt chiar atat de bune pentru sanatate si mi-a fost putin tema ca ma voi ingrasa daca voi manca multi carbohidrati.<\/p>\n<p>Am auzit ca <strong>dieta Oshawa<\/strong> este minunata pentru ca te ajuta sa ajungi la greutatea ideala. De exemplu, daca esti supraponderal poti slabi cam 1 kg pe zi pana atingi greutatea normala, iar daca ai o greutate normala, te vei mentine. In schimb, daca esti subponderal atunci vei lua in greutate. Minunat este ca la aceasta dieta nu trebuie sa te infometezi. Poti manca atat cat ai nevoie. Te vei satura oricum, chiar daca portiile sunt mici.<\/p>\n<p>Cele 10 zile ale dietei Oshawa sunt greu de tinut la inceput. Trebuie sa mananci numai cereale ca orez brun, grau integral, mei si hrisca. Poti manca si alte alimente ca, de exemplu, fructe si legume care te pot ajuta sa tii dieta pana la capat. Dupa aproximativ 3 zile pofta de fructe va disparea.<\/p>\n<p>Am decis sa incep <strong>dieta macrobiotica<\/strong>, dar de fapt am dorit mai mult un <strong>stil de viata macrobiotic. <\/strong>Cred ca este o dieta minunata si cred cu adevarat in principiile ei. De asemenea am descoperit multe retete macrobiotice si am fost uimita de cat de gustoase sunt. Am fost nerabdatoare sa le incerc, iar acum va voi impartasi din experienta mea in ceea ce priveste dieta Oshawa (pe care o recomand cu tarie). Dieta macrobiotica contine alimente ca cerealele integrale, produsele din fasole sau alte boabe (ca tofu), legumele organice (locale si in sezon), supe, alge marine, deserturi (indulcite cu sirop de orez, malt din orz, supe si sirop de artar, putin peste, putine fructe, muraturi, condiment, nuci, seminte, si ceaiuri fara arome.<\/p>\n<p>Oricum, a tine dieta macrobiotica nu inseamna ca ca nu veti mai manca vreodata ciocolata sa ca nu veti mai bea vreodata margarita! Bineinteles ca veti putea manca din cand in cand o felie de tort de ciocolata sau va veti rasfata cu un delicious cocktail cu alcool.
