Iata cum sa faci cea mai buna lasagna vegetariana, foarte similara cu reteta traditionala!<\/em><\/p><p>Daca avem fani ai <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bucatariei italiene<\/a> printre noi, atunci cu siguranta ati auzit de lasagna. Si chiar daca nu sunteti, eu cred ca lasagna este un fel de mancare pe care toata lumea l-a gustat cel putin o data in viata, fie intr-un restaurant cu tematica, fie chiar acasa, facut de mamele noastre.<\/p><p>Lasagna a devenit extrem de populara peste tot in lume, nu doar in Italia. Si exista multe motive pentru acest lucru: este usor de facut, este super gustoasa si este, practic, definitia pentru <em>comfort food<\/em>.<\/p><p>Nu cred ca mai este nevoie sa spun ca este si un candidat excelent <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/idei-rapide-pentru-pranzul-la-birou-retete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pentru meal prep<\/a>, avand in vedere faptul ca intregul fel de mancare este pus la cuptor intr-o tava mare, din care rezulta suficienta cantitate pentru a hrani intre 4 si 8 oameni. Dar cand vine vorba de ragu bolognese, care este, practic, inima si sufletul oricarei lasagna buna, am intampinat o mica provocare. <\/p><p>In caz ca nu stiti, un ragu bolognese este fix acelasi tip de sos cu carne care se foloseste si in clasica reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-bolognese-vegane-de-post\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">paste bolognese<\/a>. Ceea ce inseamna ca reteta originala contine carne tocata. Asadar, un lucru este sigur: daca vreau ca aceasta lasagna vegetariana sa aiba cel mai bun gust, trebuie sa gasesc cel mai bun <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/alternative-vegane-de-post-la-carnea-tocata-retete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inlocuitor vegetarian pentru carnea tocata<\/a>. V-am mai spus despre produsele lor de mai multe ori inainte, inclusiv in aceasta reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/orzo-cremos-cu-chiftelute-vegetale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Orzo cremos cu chiftelute vegetale<\/a> sau in seria de retete &#8220;Ce mananc intr-o zi&#8221;, cum ar fi aceasta &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/ce-mananc-intr-o-zi-9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ce mananc intr-o zi #9<\/a> &#8211; asta pentru ca folosesc Naturli cel putin saptamanal!<\/p><p>O alta alternativa buna ar fi fost carnea tocata de la Verdino. Daca ati mai facut lasagna pana acum, probabil stiti ca nu este cea mai rapida sau facila reteta din lume. Intregul proces implica gatirea si scaderea sosului ragu, amestecarea continua a sosului bechamel cremos, plus intreaga asamblare de la final, cand trebuie sa asezam totul portionat pe straturi.<\/p><p>Indiferent cat de mult ar dura sau cat de complexa ar fi aceasta reteta, un lucru este cert: lasagna merita tot efortul din lume! Doar ganditi-va la bunatatea de care va veti bucura la final, la stratul crocant de deasupra, la tot <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/risotto-cu-parmezan-conopida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">parmezanul<\/a> presarat la final. Ahh, parca-i simt gustul in timp ce scriu aceste randuri! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Si in caz ca eu nu reusesc sa va explic foarte bine in cuvinte, va puteti uita la poze in schimb &#8211; sunt sigura ca arata delicios!<\/p><p><strong>SFAT: <\/strong>Pentru a salva timp, va recomand sa cautati un brand de foi de lasagna ce nu necesita fierbere separata. Daca ma intrebati pe mine, aceasta este extrem de asemanatoare cu lasagna traditionala, insa este 100% vegetariana.
