Se asambleaza in straturi si se coace la 180C timp de 30 de minute, dintr-o tava mare iesind intre 4 si 8 portii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasagna a fost mereu, pentru mine, definitia de comfort food. Imi place sa cred ca toata lumea a gustat-o macar o data, fie la un restaurant italian, fie acasa, facuta de mamele noastre. Asa ca mi-am propus sa o recreez intr-o varianta complet vegetariana, fara sa pierd nimic din gustul pe care il stim cu totii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Provocarea cea mare a fost sosul ragu bolognese, inima oricarei lasagna bune. Sosul bechamel este vegetarian in mod natural, dar pentru ragu aveam nevoie de cel mai bun inlocuitor pentru carnea tocata. Am ales mixul Naturli Minced, unul dintre brandurile mele preferate, si am ajuns la o lasagna care este cea mai buna varianta vegetariana pe care am gustat-o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure poti pregati in avans si chiar congela pentru mai tarziu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un fel de mancare cald si satios pentru o masa de duminica in familie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O modalitate de a folosi carnea tocata vegetala intr-o reteta clasica, recunoscuta de toata lumea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gust apropiat de cel traditional:<\/strong> ragu cu carne tocata vegetala, vin alb sec, busuioc si oregano da senzatia retetei clasice, fara carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complet vegetariana:<\/strong> inlocuiesti carnea cu un mix vegetal, fara sa renunti la straturile bogate si la sosul consistent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perfecta nevoie de aproximativ 500g. Alege un brand care nu necesita fierberea foilor in prealabil, ca sa le poti aseza direct in tava, nefierte, si sa se gateasca impreuna cu restul ingredientelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Naturli Minced<\/strong> reprezinta carnea tocata vegetala din ragu, 500g in total. Este unul dintre brandurile mele preferate, putin mai gras, ceea ce se potriveste de minune unei retete clasice precum lasagna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovul, ceapa si usturoiul<\/strong> formeaza baza aromata a ragului bolognese: un morcov taiat bucatele, o ceapa medie tocata si 4 catei de usturoi zdrobiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de rosii<\/strong> intra in ragu sub forma unei conserve de 400g si, impreuna cu cele 2 cani de apa adaugate, da consistenta sosului in timp ce scade la foc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vinul alb sec<\/strong> adauga profunzime ragului; sunt suficiente 100 ml. Poti folosi orice vin alb sec ai prin casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuiocul si oregano<\/strong> dau parfumul italian al ragului: 2 lingurite de busuioc uscat si o lingurita de oregano, alaturi de sare, piper si o lingura de ulei de masline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele si untul de capra<\/strong> sunt baza sosului bechamel: 500 ml lapte de capra si 50g unt de capra. Fiind ingrediente lactate, reteta este vegetariana, nu vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina<\/strong>, 50g, se amesteca cu untul topit si formeaza rantasul care ingroasa sosul bechamel. Le pui direct in tava, nefierte, si se gatesc odata cu restul ingredientelor, asa economisesti timp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lasa ragu sa scada bine: soteaza 20 de minute pe foc mediu, apoi inca 15-20 de minute pe foc mic, pana cand cea mai mare parte din lichid se evapora. Dupa ce s-a racit, acopera tava sau muta portiile intr-un recipient inchis ermetic si tine-le la frigider 3-4 zile. O reincalzesti la cuptor sau la microunde, pana este calda in mijloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru meal prep, poti pregati intreaga tava in avans si o poti congela pana la 2-3 luni.
