Combini naut fiert dintr-o conserva cu sfecla coapta la borcan, ceapa verde, ridichi, ardei kapia si patrunjel, apoi totul se imbraca intr-un dressing simplu din otet de rodie, ulei de masline si chimion. Satioasa, colorata si perfecta ca fel principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa stiti din start ca sunt o MARE iubitoare a salatei. Parerea mea este simpla: salatele nu trebuie sa fie deloc plictisitoare, fara gust sau un fel de mancare de compromis la care apelam doar cand vrem sa slabim. Dimpotriva, daca stii cum sa le combini, pot fi de zece ori mai gustoase decat orice friptura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata aceasta cu naut si sfecla coapta este preferata mea cand vreau ceva proaspat si satios fara batai de cap. Am devorat-o imediat ce a fost gata, cam atat de buna e. folosesc o conserva de 400g de naut fiert. Important este sa il scurgi bine si sa il speli in mai multe ape, ca sa scapi de lichidul de conservare si de excesul de sare. Nautul aduce proteina si fibrele care fac salata satioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sfecla coapta<\/strong> &#8212; eu folosesc sfecla coapta la borcan, taiata cubulete, vreo 8-10 linguri. Este comoda si rapida, dar poti folosi si sfecla pe care o coci tu acasa. Aduce dulceata si putina aciditate care echilibreaza salata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa verde<\/strong> &#8212; 3 fire de ceapa verde tocata adauga un gust proaspat, usor intepator, si o nota crocanta. Daca nu ai ceapa verde, o ceapa rosie mica tocata marunt functioneaza la fel de bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ridichi<\/strong> &#8212; 4 ridichi tocate marunt aduc crocanta si un gust usor picant care contrasteaza placut cu dulceata sfeclei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardei kapia<\/strong> &#8212; 2 ardei kapia tocati marunt adauga dulceata si textura crocanta. Sunt mai dulci si mai aromati decat ardeiul gras obisnuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patrunjel proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; pune patrunjel din belsug, tocat marunt. El aduce prospetimea si nota verde care leaga toate aromele intre ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otet de rodie<\/strong> &#8212; jumatate de lingura de otet de rodie da salatei o aroma intensa, de inspiratie orientala. Daca nu gasesti, poti folosi orice alt otet sau putina lamaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de masline si chimion<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura si jumatate de ulei de masline plus un praf de chimion completeaza dressingul. E singura parte care cere un pic de rabdare.<\/li><li>Pentru dressing tine minte proportia: aproximativ 1 parte otet de rodie la 3 parti ulei de masline, plus sare, piper si chimion dupa gust.<\/li><li>Adauga sfecla la final si amesteca usor, ca sa nu coloreze prea tare tot nautul in roz.<\/li><li>Lasa salata 10-15 minute la frigider inainte de servire, ca aromele sa se imbine.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fara otet de rodie<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste cu orice alt otet sau cu zeama de lamaie.
