Se coc 25-30 de minute la 180C si ies super aromate, exact in stilul simplu si gustos al bucatariei italiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu sunt un mare fan al bucatariei italiene si imi place la nebunie faptul ca preparatele clasic italienesti sunt atat de simple in ingrediente si preparare, dar super aromate. Cannelloni intra exact in categoria asta: niste tuburi mari de paste, facute pentru a fi umplute cu un amestec de carne sau legume, impreuna cu un sos pe baza de rosii sau branza. Versiunea mea cu ricotta si spanac e preferata mea cand vreau ceva consistent, dar fara complicatii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recunosc, cannelloni pot fi putin greu de umplut, avand in vedere forma lor. In trecut am incercat sa ii umplu chiar si cu o lingura si, credeti-ma, obisnuia sa dureze de 10 ori mai mult si era pe alocuri chiar enervant. Asa ca acum prepar amestecul cremos pentru umplutura intr-un blender, apoi umplu o punga ziplock cu el si o folosesc drept pos. ai nevoie de 500 g si chiar conteaza sa fie versiunea grasa, nu cea degresata. Grasimea e cea care da cremozitatea umpluturii si o impiedica sa iasa uscata dupa coacere. Cand o cumperi, cauta una densa, nu apoasa; daca arata foarte lichida in caserola, scurge-o cateva minute intr-o sita ca sa nu inmoaie compozitia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanac proaspat<\/strong> &#8212; folosesc 300 g de spanac proaspat, care intra direct in blender impreuna cu restul ingredientelor. Alege frunze de un verde intens, fara pete galbene sau zone vestejite, si spala-l bine de nisip. Spanacul isi reduce mult volumul, asa ca nu te speria de cantitatea care pare mare la inceput.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oul<\/strong> &#8212; un singur ou leaga umplutura si o ajuta sa stea ferma in tub dupa coacere, in loc sa se imprastie. Daca il scoti cu cateva minute inainte din frigider, se incorporeaza mai uniform in amestec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> &#8212; 3 catei dau aroma de baza intregului preparat. Pentru ca merg direct in blender cruzi, cauta catei fermi, fara coltisori verzi; coltul verde din mijloc e cel care da un gust intepator, asa ca scoate-l daca apare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Busuioc si oregano uscat<\/strong> &#8212; ierburile uscate sunt cele care dau parfumul italian. Le folosesc atat in umplutura (cate o lingurita din fiecare), cat si in sosul de rosii (inca 2 lingurite de busuioc). Freaca-le putin intre palme inainte sa le adaugi, ca sa elibereze uleiurile aromate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de rosii<\/strong> &#8212; aprox. 800 ml; eu am folosit o sticla intreaga. Il amestec cu 250 ml apa si ierburi, ca sa aiba lichid suficient cat sa fiarba pastele direct in tava. Cauta un sos simplu de rosii, fara prea mult zahar adaugat, ca sa pastrezi gustul curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cannelloni<\/strong> &#8212; ai nevoie de aproximativ 20 de tuburi. Eu folosesc varianta care nu se fierbe in prealabil; tuburile se hidrateaza si se inmoaie direct in sos, la cuptor. De aceea e important sa fie acoperite bine de sos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mozzarella rasa<\/strong> &#8212; 230 g presarate deasupra dau crusta aurie si filanta. Ca sa torni amestecul in punga fara mizerie, aseaza punga in recipientul blenderului, cu marginile rulate in afara, ca sa stea drept.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapeteaza fundul tavii cu sos.<\/strong> Intinde cam 1\/3 din sos pe fundul tavii inainte sa pui tuburile &#8212; asa pastele se hidrateaza pe dedesubt si nu se lipesc de tava.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acopera bine cu sos si folie de aluminiu.<\/strong> Pentru ca tuburile se gatesc direct in sos, ele trebuie sa fie acoperite; folia tine aburul inauntru si gateste pastele uniform, fara sa se usuce la margini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica textura, nu doar ceasul.<\/strong> Stii ca sunt gata cand pastele s-au inmuiat complet la atingerea furculitei, iar mozzarella s-a topit si a inceput sa se rumeneasca. Daca tuburile inca sunt tari, mai lasa-le cateva minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-le 5-10 minute dupa cuptor.<\/strong> Umplutura e foarte fierbinte si se aseaza la racire; asa portionezi mai usor, fara sa se imprastie tot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varianta vegana<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste ricotta cu o ricotta vegetala (din tofu sau caju), oul cu o lingura de faina de naut amestecata cu apa, iar mozzarella cu o varianta vegetala care se topeste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu branza feta<\/strong> &#8212; daca preferi un gust mai sarat si mai puternic, poti merge spre o umplutura de tip spanac cu feta in loc de ricotta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai multe ierburi si condimente<\/strong> &#8212; un praf de nucsoara in umplutura merge excelent cu spanacul, iar un varf de fulgi de ardei iute in sos da o nota picanta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu un strat de bechamel<\/strong> &#8212; pentru o versiune si mai cremoasa, poti adauga putin sos alb peste cannelloni inainte de mozzarella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta reteta mi se pare perfecta chiar si pentru meal prep &#8212; tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa coci intreaga tava de cannelloni si, la final, vei avea suficiente portii care sa iti ajunga pentru urmatoarele zile. Pastreaza-le in frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile; reincalzeste-le la cuptor sau la microunde, eventual cu putin sos suplimentar deasupra ca sa nu se usuce. Poti chiar sa asamblezi toata tava cu o zi inainte, sa o tii in frigider acoperita si sa o bagi la cuptor cand ai nevoie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac retetele italienesti din aceeasi familie, arunca un ochi si pe <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-vegetariana-reteta-traditionala\/\">lasagna vegetariana<\/a> sau pe varianta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cannelloni-cu-spanac-si-branza-feta\/\">cannelloni cu spanac si branza feta<\/a>.
