Iata cum sa prepari cea mai buna conopida gratinata cu branza si spanac, perfecta pentru pranz sau cina!<\/em><\/p><p>Pentru pranzul de astazi avea pofta de ceva reconfortant, dar usor in acelasi timp. In acelasi timp, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/idei-pentru-transformarea-resturilor-de-mancare-in-preparate-delicioase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aveam niste resturi de mancare<\/a> in frigider, pe care nu voiam sa le arunc (si stiti deja cat de mult urasc sa arunc mancarea!), asa ca am inceput sa ma gandesc la feluri de mancare in care le-as putea folosi.<\/p><p>Astazi aveam <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-conopida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">niste conopida<\/a> si niste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-spanac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spanac<\/a> proaspat din gradina, plus morcovi, ceapa, branza de capra si altele.<\/p><p>O idee super buna mi-a venit curand in minte: cum ar fi sa fac niste legume gratinate? Pana la urma se numara printre cele mai usoare tipuri de mancare din lume si este si super versatil &#8211; poti pune orice vrei intr-o tava de cuptor, apoi trebuie doar sa presari branza sau parmezan peste (cum am facut i eu) si sa bagi totul la cuptor pana ce devine auriu si delicios. Un gratin este, de regula, un fel de mancare la cuptor, in care ingredientele sunt puse intr-o tava la cuptor si gatite cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un strat de branza<\/a> sau pesmet amestecat <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-unt-vegan-de-post-fara-lactoza-acasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cu unt<\/a> deasupra. Puteti transforma multe tipuri de mancare intr-un gratin prin caramelizarea stratului de deasupra la cuptor sau sub grill.<\/p><p>Si iata si un fun fact: termenul &#8220;gratinat&#8221; vine din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-frantuzeasca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">frantuzescul<\/a> &#8220;au gratin&#8221; sau &#8220;<meta charset=\"utf-8\">gratin\u00e9e&#8221;! Deja suna mult mai elegant acest fel de mancare, nu-i asa? \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p>Ce-mi place cel mai mult la aceasta reteta este faptul ca este super versatila si extrem de simpla si usor de facut. O puteti face cu orice aveti la indemana prin frigider. Legumele din compozitie, in cazul de fata conopida si spanacul, se vor inmuia si transforma intr-un amestec cremos, in timp ce stratul de deasupra va deveni un pic crocant si maroniu. Mie mi se pare o combinatie excelenta de texturi care va transforma acest fel de mancare in ceva deloc plictisitor. Pe scurt, fiecare imbucatura va fi diferita! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><p><strong>SFAT: <\/strong>Se pot folosi si alte verdeturi &#8211; de exemplu mararul e excelent in combinatia asta. Eu nu am avut la momentul respectiv, din pacate, dar pe voi va sfatuiesc sa adaugati.<\/p><p><strong>ALTERNATIVE: <\/strong>In caz ca nu va place conopida sau nu se gaseste in aceasta perioada a anului, o puteti inlocui cu <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-broccoli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">broccoli<\/a>. In caz ca spanacul nu este in sezon atunci cand veti prepara aceasta reteta, puteti folosi si spanac congelat, dar sa va asigurati ca stoarceti tot lichidul in exces, altfel se va modifica complet textura acestui preparat.<\/p><p>As vrea sa mai adaug si ca pozele nu fac &#8220;dreptate&#8221; acestei retete de conopida gratinata &#8211; este acel gen de preparat care are un gust minunat, dar nu este foarte fotogenic.
