Acest tip de antrenament implica sesiuni scurte de exercitii foarte intense cu perioade scurte de odihna intre aceste \u201cexplozii\u201d de efort &#8211; de unde si termenul \u201eintensity\u201d si \u201einterval\u201d.<\/p><p>Antrenamentele HIIT sunt o forma de exercitii cardiovasculare. Acest tip de exercitiu este <strong>scurt, intens si eficient<\/strong>. Se bazeaza pe conceptul de antrenament tip alternant. Aceste \u201eintervale\u201d sunt perioade de activitate de mare intensitate urmate de perioade de activitate de intensitate mai mica sau de odihna. Vei gasi antrenamente HIIT sub mai multe forme, inclusiv mers pe jos, jogging si sprinting.<\/p><p>In antrenamentul HIIT, <strong>exercitiile iti vor creste rapid ritmul cardiac si apoi il vor scadea treptat<\/strong>. Ideea este sa dai tot si sa te fortezi cat de tare posibil in fiecare interval, iar apoi sa te \u201erecuperezi\u201d intre intervale, astfel incat sa poti depune din nou efort la nivel maxim.<\/p><p>Te poti gandi la antrenamentele HIIT astfel: daca un jogger alearga intr-un ritm usor si constant timp de 30 de minute, va arde in jur de 120 de calorii pe kilometru (sau 0,5 calorii pe minut). De asemenea, te pot ajuta sa traiesti mai mult \u2013 si cine nu-si doreste acest lucru?!<\/p><p>Deci, de ce si cand este bine sa faci un antrenament HIIT? Antrenamentele HIIT au multe beneficii. Sunt o modalitate excelenta de a pierde in greutate si de a arde grasime, imbunatatindu-ne in acelasi timp sanatatea cardiovasculara si metabolismul. Iar datorita intensitatii acestui tip de exercitii, nu va dura mult pana cand corpul tau va incepe sa dea semne de tonifiere si\/sau slabire. Vei observa cu siguranta o crestere a nivelului de energie si o rezistenta crescuta dupa cateva saptamani.<\/p><p>Antrenamentele HIIT sunt, de asemenea, bune pentru a-ti imbunatati sanatatea generala deoarece stimuleaza atat de multe functii diferite ale corpului:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ritmul cardiac\/fluxul sanguin creste, ceea ce face sa creasca si cantitatea de oxigen din corp;<\/li><li>creste si nivelul de endorfine (hormonii care ne dau o stare de bine) in timp ce ardem calorii;<\/li><li>se construieste masa musculara slaba prin antrenamentul de rezistenta;<\/li><li>imbunatateste echilibrul si coordonarea pentru ca necesita miscarea intregului corp.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"ch2 wp-block-heading\" id=\"3\">Cele mai populare echipamente pentru antrenamentele HIIT<\/h2><p>Daca esti in cautarea celui mai bun echipament pentru antrenamentele HIIT, exista o multime de variante diferite intre ele. Bineinteles, in functie de preferintele tale si de ce fel de antrenament vrei sa faci, unele echipamente pot functiona mai bine decat altele.<\/p><p>Iata cateva tipuri populare de echipamente ce pot folosite pentru antrenamentul HIIT:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Kettlebells<\/strong> \u2013 Antrenamentul HIIT cu gantere de tip kettlebell este ceva chiar foarte popular! Kettlebell-urile sunt excelente pentru a-ti dezvolta forta si anduranta. De asemenea, ajuta la dezvoltarea echilibrului si a stabilitatii \u2013 atunci cand ai o greutate in fiecare mana, te poti antrena pe o parte in timp ce iti mentii echilibrul cu cealalta mana. O banda de alergare poate fi folosita foarte bine si pentru antrenamentul HIIT (apropo, pe internet poti gasi cu usurinta antrenamente HIIT create special pentru alergatori) pentru ca poti face sprinturi la intensitate maxima timp de 20 de secunde, iar apoi sa te odihnesti 10 secunde inainte de a lua totul de la capat.<\/li><li><strong>Bicicleta eliptica<\/strong> \u2013 o bicicleta eliptica functioneaza pe principiul pasilor pe care ii facem atunci cand mergem; aceasta imita miscarile de mers in timp ce tu stai nemiscat, iar acest lucru pune mai putina presiune pe articulatii decat ar face-o alergatul in aer liber.<\/li><li><strong>Bicicleta fitness \/ bicicleta de spinning<\/strong> \u2013 o bicicleta de acest gen este, in esenta, o versiune de interior a unei biciclete reale. Pe scurt, este ca si cum ai folosi benzi de rezistenta in timp ce mergi cu bicicleta, mai degraba decat sa pedalezi impotriva presiunii aerului, ceea ce ingreuneaza lucrurile.<\/li><\/ul><p>Cea mai buna idee este sa incerci diferite exercitii si echipamente pana cand gasesti cel mai bun plan de antrenament HIIT pentru tine!
