Am incercat reteta asta de o multime de ori si de fiecare data i-am adus imbunatatiri. Am filmat doar cand i-am pus pe gratar, nu si partea de preparare, insa daca aveti nevoie de clarificari nu ezitati sa imi lasati un mesaj.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.retetecalamama.ro\/retete-culinare\/retete-mancare\/mititei-reteta-de-pasta-de-mici-facuta-acasa.html\">Reteta traditionala de mititei<\/a> este facuta cu carne de porc, vita si uneori chiar si de miel. In afara de carne, restul ingredientelor sunt vegane, asadar provocarea cea mare a fost sa gasesc un inlocuitor potrivit pentru carnea tocata. Bineinteles ca am apelat la texturatul de soia granule care mi se pare ca e inlocuitorul perfect pentru carne tocata in retetele vegetariene. Aveau un gust foarte bun, insa textura era prea lipicioasa. Asa ca am decis sa imbunatatesc reteta.<\/p><p>A doua oara am avut ideea de a inmuia in apa fiarta numai 100g de granule de soia, iar cealalta jumatate sa o adaug dupa. Textura s-a imbunatatit considerabil, insa tot parca ii lipsea ceva! Mititeii vegani au iesit perfecti, exact asa cum imi doream atat la textura cat si la gust. Pentru a imita bucatelele de grasime din micii traditionali cu carne, am adaugat tofu pasat cu furculita si ulei. Rezultatul a fost exact asa cum mi-am dorit. Nu se destrama si isi pastreaza textura. Nu uitati insa sa ii ungeti cu putin ulei inainte, pentru a nu se lipi.
