Gata in cateva minute, fara lactate si fara oua, este un desert vegan racoros, plin de vitamine si de gustul intens al fructelor de padure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cum eu ador inghetatele raw vegane, am zis ca e pacat sa las zmeura din congelator sa stea degeaba si mai bine s-o transform intr-un desert simplu, rapid si sanatos. Asa a aparut acest sorbet: il fac ori de cate ori am chef de ceva dulce si racoros, dar nu vreau sa stau cu orele in bucatarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai mult imi place ca pot alege cum il servesc: fie il dau prin blender pe loc, cu zmeura congelata, pentru o textura de sorbet cremos servit imediat, fie congelez amestecul si il scot mai tarziu, cand am pofta. Mai simplu de atat nu se poate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doar cateva ingrediente<\/strong> &#8212; zmeura, putin zahar brun si, optional, menta si coaja de lime. Nimic complicat, nimic procesat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aroma intensa de fructe de padure<\/strong> &#8212; fara apa adaugata si fara umpluturi, sorbetul pastreaza gustul pur si concentrat al zmeurei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vegan si fara lactate<\/strong> &#8212; niciun strop de smantana sau lapte, doar fructe, asa ca este usor de digerat si potrivit pentru oricine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doua metode dintr-o singura reteta<\/strong> &#8212; il poti servi pe loc, ca sorbet cremos, sau il poti congela pentru mai tarziu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dulceata pe care o controlezi tu<\/strong> &#8212; adaugi zahar brun dupa gust, in functie de cat de coapta si de dulce e zmeura ta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zmeura<\/strong> este vedeta retetei, asa ca merita aleasa cu grija. Daca o cumperi proaspata, cauta fructe ferme, uniform colorate, fara pete moi sau urme de mucegai &#8212; zmeura se strica repede, asa ca foloseste-o in aceeasi zi. Cea congelata este la fel de buna, ba chiar mai practica pentru sorbet: e culeasa la maturitate si congelata imediat, deci pastreaza aroma. Eu prefer sa tin mereu o punga in congelator exact pentru momentele cand am pofta de un desert rapid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul brun<\/strong> se adauga dupa gust, nu dupa o cantitate fixa. Zmeura este natural acrisoara, iar cat de mult indulcesti depinde de cat de coapta este. Zaharul brun aduce o nota usor caramelizata care merge frumos cu fructele de padure. Sfatul meu: pune mai putin la inceput, guste compozitia si mai adauga doar daca e nevoie &#8212; la congelare dulceata se simte putin mai estompata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Menta<\/strong> este optionala, dar cateva frunze proaspete dau o prospetime aparte sorbetului. Alege frunze de un verde viu, fara margini innegrite, si adauga-le direct in blender. Daca nu esti sigur ca iti place, incepe cu doua-trei frunze &#8212; menta poate domina usor daca exagerezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coaja de lime<\/strong> (sau de lamaie) este tot optionala, insa aduce un plus de aroma si o acrisoara subtila care echilibreaza dulceata. Razuieste doar partea verde, exterioara, evitand stratul alb de dedesubt, care e amar. Daca al tau nu e foarte puternic, lasa fructele cateva minute la temperatura camerei inainte sa le procesezi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gata cand compozitia devine fina si cremoasa<\/strong>, fara cocoloase si fara seminte intregi vizibile. Daca vrei o textura si mai catifelata, poti trece amestecul printr-o sita pentru a indeparta o parte din seminte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pentru metoda servita imediat, foloseste zmeura congelata, nu proaspata.<\/strong> Greseala frecventa e sa procesezi fructe proaspete si sa te astepti la textura de sorbet &#8212; iese mai degraba un piure. Frigul fructelor congelate da consistenta cremoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daca il congelezi, scoate-l cu 4-5 minute inainte de servire.<\/strong> Direct din congelator e prea tare ca sa il portionezi; lasat putin la temperatura camerei, se inmoaie exact cat trebuie ca sa il scobesti cu lingura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta inainte sa congelezi.<\/strong> Frigul amorteste putin perceptia dulcelui, asa ca un amestec care iti pare perfect dulce la temperatura camerei va parea mai putin dulce inghetat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alte fructe de padure.<\/strong> Aceeasi metoda merge cu mure, afine sau capsuni, fie singure, fie in combinatie cu zmeura, pentru un sorbet de fructe de padure mixt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indulcitor diferit.<\/strong> In loc de zahar brun poti folosi sirop de artar sau sirop de agave, daca preferi un indulcitor lichid &#8212; ajusteaza cantitatea dupa gust.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara indulcitor adaugat.<\/strong> Daca zmeura ta e foarte coapta si dulce, poti renunta complet la zahar si lasa fructele sa vorbeasca singure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plus de aroma.<\/strong> O lingurita de suc de lime sau cateva picaturi de extract de vanilie schimba complet profilul, fara sa complice reteta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sorbetul de zmeura se preteaza de minune la pregatit in avans. Toarna compozitia procesata intr-un recipient cu capac si tine-l la congelator &#8212; se pastreaza bine cateva saptamani. Pentru o textura cat mai cremoasa la servire, scoate-l cu 4-5 minute inainte si lasa-l sa se inmoaie putin la temperatura camerei. Daca s-a intarit prea tare, il poti da din nou scurt prin blender ca sa redevina cremos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru aceasta reteta am folosit <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/blender-g21-perfect-smoothie-vitality\/\">blenderul G21 Perfect Smoothie Vitality<\/a>, despre care am scris pe larg intr-un articol separat.
