Originar din Orientul Mijlociu, are o textura intre iaurt gros si crema de branza si un gust usor intepator. Reteta cere doar iaurt grecesc si sare, sub 10 minute de lucru activ si o noapte de scurgere la frigider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Vrei sa inveti cum sa faci labneh acasa? Iata cea mai usoara reteta pas-cu-pas care te invata cum sa faci cel mai cremos labneh, plus cateva informatii utile despre acest preparat cu iaurt.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-am dorit mult timp sa pot manca labneh oricand, fara sa astept o vacanta in Grecia sau Liban ca sa il gust. Cand am descoperit ca tot ce imi trebuie este un iaurt grecesc bun si un tifon, am inceput sa il fac aproape saptamanal in propria bucatarie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acum il am mereu in frigider, iar mie-mi place sa il aromatizez cu menta proaspata taiata subtire, amestecata direct in crema. Il intind pe paine la micul-dejun, il pun langa legume la pranz sau il servesc ca sos cremos alaturi de pita. Iti recomand iaurt grecesc autentic facut din lapte integral, pentru o crema cat mai densa si mai bogata. Pentru aceasta reteta folosesti 500 g; cu cat iaurtul este mai gras la inceput, cu atat labneh-ul iese mai cremos dupa scurgere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sare<\/strong> &#8212; un sfert de lingurita este suficient pentru 500 g de iaurt. Sarea nu doar asezoneaza, ci ajuta iaurtul sa elimine mai usor zerul in timpul scurgerii. Ajusteaz-o dupa gust, tinand cont ca labneh-ul are in mod natural mai putina sare decat alte tipuri de branza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Menta proaspata, za&#8217;atar, ulei de masline si fulgi de chili<\/strong> sunt topping-uri optionale. Mie-mi place sa amestec menta proaspata taiata subtire direct in crema, iar uleiul de masline si za&#8217;atar le adaug la final, deasupra, pentru aroma si aspect. Fulgii de chili dau o nota picanta, daca iti place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tifon<\/strong> &#8212; nu este un ingredient, dar este esential. Daca iti iese mai mult sau decizi sa dublezi reteta, nu este nicio problema &#8212; ramane proaspat si cremos. Pentru a-l tine si mai bine, poti turna un strat subtire de ulei de masline deasupra, care actioneaza ca o bariera. Ierburile proaspete, precum menta, le adaugi ideal chiar inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiindca scurgerea dureaza peste noapte, reteta este perfecta de pregatit in avans: pui iaurtul la scurs seara si ai labneh gata a doua zi dimineata. Il poti folosi apoi toata saptamana ca aperitiv tip mezze alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">humus simplu<\/a>, ca sos
