Se asambleaza in cateva minute, intra la cuptor pentru o jumatate de ora si iese aurie, crocanta pe deasupra si cremoasa in interior. Este alegerea perfecta cand vrei ceva clasic, fara prea mult efort si fara ingrediente complicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca te-ai saturat de clasicele <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-cu-dovleac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">placinte cu dovleac<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/placinta-americana-cu-mere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">placinte cu mere<\/a>, iti recomand ceva sarat astazi. Mie una mi se pare minunat ca pot folosi orice fel de ingrediente ramase prin frigider (sau chiar congelate) pentru a face o placinta si stiu sigur ca va iesi delicios. Cateva detalii care chiar conteaza pentru rezultat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Foi filo (aprox. 10-12):<\/strong> eu am folosit Linco Patisero, care mi se pare foarte bun. Foile filo sunt foarte subtiri, asa ca tin-le acoperite cu un prosop usor umed cat timp lucrezi, ca sa nu se usuce si sa crape.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Telemea de vaca (250 g):<\/strong> am folosit telemea cremoasa, din aceea in saramura, la conserva inalta. Daca e foarte sarata, o poti tine 10-15 minute in apa rece inainte sa o pisezi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iaurt (5 linguri):<\/strong> leaga branza si o face mai cremoasa, ca sa nu iasa umplutura uscata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marar proaspat sau uscat, dupa gust:<\/strong> da prospetime si aroma; cel proaspat are gust mai intens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unt (20 g) sau ulei de masline:<\/strong> pentru uns intre straturi si pe deasupra, ca placinta sa fie aurie si crocanta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seminte de susan:<\/strong> presarate deasupra, pentru un finisaj crocant si aspectuos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum asamblezi placinta pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul este sa lucrezi in straturi si sa formezi mici pachetele din marginile foilor, ca umplutura sa ramana inchisa bine in interior. Piseaza intai telemeaua cu furculita, amesteca cu iaurtul si mararul, apoi preincalzeste cuptorul la 180C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pune hartie de copt intr-o tava ceramica mica (in jur de 30&#215;30 cm) si unge-o cu putin ulei. Aseaza 3 foi filo pe fund, una peste alta, intinde compozitia de branza, apoi adu marginile foilor peste umplutura ca un pachetel. Repeta cu inca 2-3 foi, indesand marginile ca sa acoperi branza pe toate partile, adauga cateva felii subtiri de unt sau unge cu ulei, mai pui un strat de 2-3 foi si inchizi din nou. Nu sari peste el si distribuie-l cu o pensula, in strat subtire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tine foile filo neutilizate acoperite, ca sa nu se usuce si sa devina sfaramicioase.<\/li>\n<li>Stoarce bine umplutura daca telemeaua a lasat multa zeama, altfel foile de jos raman crude.<\/li>\n<li>Coace la 180C aprox. 30 de minute, pana cand placinta este frumos rumenita pe deasupra.<\/li>\n<li>Daca iti raman cateva foi, poti face o funda decorativa, asa cum am facut eu, umpluta cu putina branza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placinta cu branza si marar este buna calda sau la temperatura camerei, ceea ce o face ideala si pentru pachetel. Alaturi de un iaurt simplu sau o salata verde devine un pranz complet, iar bucati taiate marunt se potrivesc perfect pe o masa cu prietenii. Ca sa redevina crocanta, reincalzeste-o in cuptor sau in air fryer cateva minute, nu la microunde, unde foile filo se inmoaie. Se asambleaza si dintr-o data, gata de copt, daca vrei sa o pregatesti din timp.
